The location is and isn't good, it's on the island, which is good, but it's a good hike to get up to the hotel and they don't haver a shuttle from the station.

I didn't find the mats comfortable, I had to stack two to have enough padding. Our room only had a view of a rock face, the buffet was underwhelming and the pool was drained and unavailable. The layout of the bathroom shower was not suitable for a room shared with friends considering you could basically see them inside.... Over all, it was very expensive and not really worth it.

The placement of the Hotel is great, just near the peace park.

The receptionist was rude, she doesn't speak inglish at all and when I tried to talk in japanese she ask me to stop. After 15 minutes searching our reservation asking us if we were sure about the booking, she was able to find it. Also, after rejecting 2 different kinds of credit cards, we had to use cash to pay. Once in the room, we had the bigger room in the 9th floor. It was supposed to be enought for 4 person's, well, just say that the two beds were at less than an inch of distance and less than 1 meter from the wall.

The window had a view and it’s surrounded by many different venues that are easy to get too.

They have good balconies but unfortunately you can't use them, but that's the thing in japan, they rely so much on ac, i prefer real fresh air !

great location across Hiroshima Peace Park with easy access to the tram system. Walking distance to Hondori area where we could find small restaurants. Clean hotel with practically no staff to be seen.

Location was great just across the Hiroshima Peace Memorial. Also walking distance to the nice places to eat, about 300-400meters away from the good okonomiyaki and oyster restaurants!

its a self service apartment so you can not have the extra service of leaving your luggage when your flight or train schedule is later in the day. Because there are no staff to attend to your luggage in case you step out of the hotel.

Location was excellent. Not too far from the train station and right next to Hiroshima Peace Park.

The room was very small. Difficult with only two backpacks to get comfortable and uncluttered.

Clean, good value for money and right in front of Hiroshima Peace Park. Staff allowed us to change our room from smoking to non-smoking.

The property doesn’t have it’s own parking but there is public parking nearby.

Great location. Could see the museum from my window. Close to a main shopping street and different kinds of public transport. Quick check in - didn’t ask for my passport which was a first for me since coming to Japan and staying in hotels.

Couldn’t open my window much to get fresh air. Pretty standard hotel room all around. Location is what sold it.

Facilities was so good.

The location really close to Memorial museum & Atomic bomb dome. There is also many restaurants & cafe nearby. You can find many coins carparks nearby.

If you can’t stand the smell of the cigarette smokes, please don’t choose smoking room. The smells quite strong. However the hotel provides air refresher spray.

I like the amenities. The room is equipped with complete mini appliances.

The reception staff was not so approachable. He didn't dare to explain properly on how to book a room for the first timers like us. He just said "there's no room available".
