Location.

No anti-slip strips in showers/baths. No blinds in addition to the thin curtains in the bedrooms. Bathrooms are too dark (need more light). Window screens do not fit properly and therefore not able to have windows open. Kitchen faucet drips constantly (waste of water). Kitchen chair legs need to be re-glued or screws added to secure legs. Hot water is dangerously / scolding hot.

Great location with plenty of room.

We had a wonderful breakfast not far away at Hill City cafe. The location was fantastic within walking distance of downtown Hill City. I liked the flowers on all the front porches. My nose always judges the cleanliness of lodging rooms and our chalet got an A--no smoke, dampness.

When we returned to our cabin in the evening, the parking space in front of our cabin was taken by someone else. The entire interior could use some upgrading. I especially noticed the splintered wood at the inside bottom of the downstairs bathroom.

There was no offered breakfast here. Which we knew. Had a small kitchen and grilling area. Loved the cleanliness hospitality. Cute cabins. Will be back and share with other friends and family.

Missing a toaster and some burnt out lightbulbs. Not a deal killer. The chalet itself was wonderful!!!!

The cabin was a little small and the upstairs smelled like mold. It wasn't very clean.

The place was very beautiful, clean and cozy for our family of seven. The host was very friendly on the phone and said we could extend our check out. We could have stayed longer but we have to leave early for our driving vacation.

Perfect size place for our family of 6. Great value, and great location next to Hill City and in the heart of Black Hills activities.

Peaceful, very friendly hosts, and location. Also, the little house was stocked pretty well with cups, plates, silverware, pans.

Play equipment for the kids is broken and has a big crack/split. Injured my child. Also, place a little out dated. Beds were uncomfortable in all 4 of our opinions.

Busy road. Slapped on a cleaning fee that WASN’T mentioned on booking.com, which made the rental much more than I wanted to pay for 1 night. A bit run down.
