Sehr reichliches Frühstück; tolles Restaurant (zum Hotel gehörend). Zimmer relativ klein, aber sehr stilvoll. Toller Balkon (nur leider sehr windig). Gustavo und Soraya (Hoteleigentümer) waren täglich zur Frühstückszeit vor Ort und standen für Fragen oder Wünsche zur Verfügung. Gustavo hat uns viele tolle Tipps für Wanderungen gegeben. (Er spricht perfekt Englisch) Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

My goodness where would you start with this hotel - you don't have ratings high enough - absolutely everything was beyond exceptional. From the moment you step in you are met with the loveliest welcome we have ever had anywhere, Gustavo & Soraya really do treat you as personal guest, what a lovely couple. The rooms are stunning, beautifully furnished, lots of lovely touches. Breakfast was excellent, presented beautifully, freshly prepared and a very welcoming experience. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough - we were made so very welcome that we both felt emotional when we had to leave. If you are travelling in this area then a stay in Hotel Lua is a must. I wish them every success in the future.

the hosts were exceptional and helped with planning all of our activities and tours in the area.
just be aware that there is no elevator and we had some issues with water pressure in the shower.

New hotel with fancy, but small room. We had a fine stay. The owner is very friendly and helpfull. I think the place s a bit overpriced though.

Very clean and modern style, nice bathroom with spacious shower.
Great breakfast until 10 am, fresh scrambled eggs orderable! Coffee was also very fine.
Absolute highlight is the rooftop restaurant / bar, with an enourmous panorama view.
It's located in a warm hearted neighborhood, with everything the village has to offer in short range reachable on foot
The Hotel is located in great altitude (which is actually nice), but don't think it's a short way to Las Playas, it's about 45min(!), because you have to drive all the way back to Valverde to get down to the coast on the east side. Actually you get faster to la Restinga or Tacorón (20min each).
The neighborhood gets easily disturbed by noise, therefore the rooftop bar closes already about midnight, which is sad.
There are only public parking spots nearby, so sometimes you have to search for a while.
