Pablo's villa is exactly as described and more, clean and spacious with great outdoor and indoor areas. Because the weather was good during our stay we spent most of our time on the terrace but the entertainment room downstairs would have seen more use otherwise. The surrounding area is quiet with a handful of restaurants and a car is advised if you want to make the most of your stay. Special thanks to the host Marcelo who helped us several times during our stay and was happy to greet us when we arrived late after long delays to our flight and at immigration. Overall we recommend this villa for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

We have wonderful vacation at Pablo’s beautiful house. Mornings begin with swimming at the heated pool and breakfast at garden table. House is really big and have even wine cellar. We play golf at many nearby courses. There was also good restaurants serving fish foods near the house.

We stayed as a family of 4 just before Christmas 2020 in this beautiful villa. The house is very tastefully decorated and is very well equipped with everything that you would need (full equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine & tumble dryer etc.). We enjoyed several evenings barbecuing in the large outdoor kitchen while enjoying the uninterrupted sea views. The children loved the table tennis in the basement as well as the large DVD collection. Although the outdoor pool is heated, it was still a bit on the chilly side in December for our taste. Chayofa is a quiet, residential area. While the Jungle Park is only a 5-minute walk up the mountain, a car is required for pretty much everything else since. Overall, we would highly recommend this place. As mentioned by others, the pictures do not do the property justice and guests will be pleasantly surprised.

Me and my partner had a great time here. Very spacious villa with excellent views. The pictures definitely don’t do it justice. I think they should add more so you can see how lovely the property is! We will be back.

And any queries were dealt with immediately. Villa was spotless and huge...it had everything we needed for our stay and more. The basement is a fab area for relaxing in the evening. Stunning views from the pool of the surrounding area and sea. Not overlooked. La finca restaurant down the hill was lovely and we ate there for most of the hols. Beautiful traditional food and friendly staff...and a small mini market within walking distance which was fine for topping up supplies. U probably need a car if u want to go exploring, but if are looking for a restful holiday...this is for you . It's quite a walk up the hill or the steps .from the village up to the villa..so not for the less mobile Thanks for a lovely time.

We had a wonderful stay here. The villa had everything we needed. Possibly a couple more cups and cutlery would have been useful as we had to keep washing them but it’s not a big issue. There were enough for the 4 of us we just didn’t want to keep switching on the dishwasher. The heated pool was brilliant when we came in from the days sightseeing and the view from the terrace spectacular. The owner Pablo was very responsive and his representative Marcelo was really helpful although we had no problems at all during our stay. Big thanks to both. We would definitely consider coming back to this villa.

We really appreciated the room downstairs & the table tennis table. It’s a spacious villa that has been well looked after. Any issues were promptly dealt with.

We are just back from our stay in this villa and what a place as everyone says the photos do not do it justice it is gorgeous and the perfect place to be celebrating my 50th with family and friends ,the views are stunning and we had a fantastic time with so much to do definitely be there again it was fab . Fantastic villa, no complaints at all, has all amenities, clean, wonderfully looked after by Marcello and his wife Dana. Heated pool, and, rare for rental villas, a good sharp knife! The outdoor kitchen and BBQ are great, especially the built in deep fat fryer, which was great for quick chips, prawns, whitebait, etc. We had a car, which I think is preferable, but not essential as there are buses and taxis (8 euro into Playa de las Americas seafront). There a couple of decent little supermarkets within a 5 min walk, same for a couple of restaurants and a little friendly tapas (tasca) bar. Do try La Finca, it's a lovely place and food is really good too.

Wonderful villa ! We were pleasantly surprised about the size of the place , it was huge! The basement downstairs is a separate living area on its own with a bar, cinema corner with enormous collection of DVDs , table tennis, wine cellar , jacuzzi , running machine , secret garden , lovely decor.. The villa had everything you need and even more. The pool was clean and warm. Bbq area was amazing too! Enormous stove , hot plate, big dining table .. The villa is located in a quiet location on top of the hill yet at the same time minutes away from the main attractions- Safari park 2 minutes by car,Siam park -10 minutes drive, lovely restaurant 2 mins down the hill - la Finca with authentic Spanish food and live music . Great atmosphere . Pablo was very responsive to emails , nice to deal with the owner like this. Marcelo met us and showed around and the lady called Silvia came to change our beds. We had a great time and would love to come back there again

We loved this villa. The views are beautiful, and it had everything we needed. It's so spacious, and as others have said in their feedback the photos don't do it justice. We particularly enjoyed the basement area which was incredibly spacious. The table tennis and jacuzzi bath were a hit with the family. Moviestar on the TV was a treat on the nights it wasn't warm enough to sit out. We thoroughly recommend it. Pablo was great at replying to emails prior to our stay.

The villa was a wonderful base from which to explore the island. We loved the views down to the coast and the pool was perfect. Inside is everything you need for your stay - we loved eating at the outside dining table in the evening and watching the stars from the balcony. I was meant to ring Marcelo when we landed to tell him we were on our way and I forgot, but he was at the villa to greet us anyway! He was very helpful and showed us how to use everything and gave good tips for supermarkets and shopping malls. The welcome pack was handy as we arrived late evening, and Dana very kindly changed our towels and sheets mid week. The kids used the table tennis table in the basement and loved the large TV and DVD collection. A good tip is to drive up the hill to the next village as you can buy groceries from the petrol station and 200 yards further there are a Chinese restaurant and Pizza restaurant which both do very reasonable take-aways. The decor was lovely and everything was spotlessly clean. We wouldn't hesitate to use this villa again - we much preferred it to a hotel and it was lovely to come back to at the end of the day. The villa exceeded our expectations, Marcelo was great from start to finish, and Pablo was really helpful at all times from booking to arrival. It had everything we needed, 2 teenage girls loved messing about in the heated pool and they loved the basement too. The sun loungers are good quality and the swing chair a huge bonus, you have under-sold it! The villa was very clean and the starter pack was appreciated as we arrived after 9pm but local supermarket was easy to find and has all you need. We went to La Finca restaurant in Chayofa which was lovely and we were entertained by a saxophonist too! The girls snorkelled with turtles, paddle boarded and we all enjoyed el Teide and Loro Parque, well worth the trip. Las Vistas and Torviscas were good beaches away from the busier Los Cristianos. We would definitely return and would not hesitate to recommend this villa. Thank you Pablo, Marcelo and the ladies!

Our friends recommended this villa to us and boy we were not disappointed. It had everything you could think off to keep everyone occupied from the pool to table tennis. It is well equipped and we made use of most of the facilities it had to offer. Great views from the terrace and we had fantastic weather too, so the pool was ideal to cool down. We cooked at home quite a bit and were thrilled to find that the supermarkets were well stocked with gluten free products from amazing pizza bases to pastas in Mercadona. Disposable BBQs were ideal too to use. We would go back to this villa and would recommend it to anyone but you do need a car as it is very high up and steep......but we loved having the car and it was safely parked at the villa behind electric gates...perfect.

We just got back from our Easter holiday break at this villa. Loved every minute of it, and have already planned our return! Booking was easy as Pablo communicated well, gave great info, and just came across very helpful. Upon arrival, Marcelo showed us round, made sure we were fully comfortable, and certainly made us feel very welcome, and his wife Dana came in mid week to change the bed linen, and she was just as pleasant, and made the rooms up beautifully. The villa was spotless, contained everything we needed, and was a lot bigger inside than the photos showed, it was a very pleasant surprise: 3 sensible double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 5 different eating areas inside & out, with shade to dodge the sun, a huge cellar with table tennis table, running machine & jacuzi, and outside, 4 very comfortable sun beds & a heated pool, which the kids loved (5 & 8, both good swimmers). The pool is not really big enough for adult swimming, and a constant depth of around 4ft, so not ideal for small children who cannot swim, but it was just lovely to slip into after getting back from the beach every afternoon to cool off. As said in the other reviews, the views are stunning, and the villa is in a nice elevated quiet position. The local neighbours did have a couple of parties, to celebrate Easter, but other than that, it was just so tranquil. Again as said before, a hire car is needed if you want to get out to the beaches, and there are plenty within a few miles down the hill. The villa is very secure & private, tall fences all round (apart from the view down to the ocean!), well locked, alarmed & gated driveway. The village of Chayofa has a couple of bars and restaurants, British & Spanish, which are a 5 to 10 minute walk away, but the return back from them is fairly steep back up to the villa, a downside for a raised position with great views a guess! There is no real shop that I found within walking distance, but there are supermarkets & a petrol station with a mini mart within a couple of miles drive. both up & down the hill. Not sure what else to say - lovely people, great place to stay, looking forward to going back! I hope this is helpful.

We have just returned from a wonderful relaxing holiday in this fantastic villa. The location is excellent and this gives you all the options for every holiday type. The villa is fully equipped and we enjoyed many of our days relaxing on the terrace taking in the superb views and using the pool. We will definitely be returning and will recommend to our friends and family.

We stayed in this lovely villa mid July '14. What a location! Situated at at top of village, with clear view right down to coast. As others have said the photos do not do this fabulous villa justice. It had everything we could have possibly needed, and lots more. Privacy,Space,Comfort, Amenities. It ticked all the boxes for us. Pablo, the owner, was a joy to deal with and made me feel confident all through the booking process. Many thank. Hope to be back. Sandy.

absolutely fantastic villa. the pictures do not do the villa justice. the views were outstanding and their was everything you needed to enjoy a truely relaxing break. will highly recommend.

The villa is beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice. There are 4 bathrooms which were great as we had 3 teenagers with us. The bedrooms are all well furnished, the master bedroom has a balcony which is a bit of a sun trap. The basement is huge and we all had shot in the jacuzzi bath, very luxurious. You do need a car as it's a short drive to Los Cristianos, Americas and Adeje but an hours walk along the hard shoulder of the motorway, I know I walked it! You are also 5 minutes drive from Siam water park which was a great day out. I would absolutely recommend this villa we will definitely be going back, just remember to pack mosquito spray!
