I appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. The staff was exceptionally friendly and communicated well. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at the restaurant; the food was exceptional. I highly recommend this place to fellow travelers.

I did not eat on the premises, we ate at a coffee shop on the main business street in Canandaigua. We had coffee and fruited yogurt, both very good.
We were told on arrival that we'd have a wait of 1/2 to 1 hour to get in our room. I told the receptionists that I was going to give a review (which I do now and then) for Trip Advisor, and that I would note the wait. I got room keys within 2 minutes.
My total wait was around 10 minutes, not an hour. I did send off a good review of the hotel to Trip Advisor, but it was not published, for some reason. Everything is very clean and new, and the location on the lake is outstanding!
In our room, only one comment-the soaps were almost empty in the bathroom, and the dispensers were falling off of the tub wall.

The location is nice. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor bar were nice amenities.
We got there 10 minutes after the check-in and out room was not ready. We checked again at 5 and nothing. We checked again at 6, and still nothing. They ended up switching us to another room.

Close to lake
Did not get the room I paid for booked a balcony room with a view did not get it. The check in person named Mia was rude The restaurant staff some fair some excellent. The room had a dirty ice bucket

Location and cleanliness. Breakfast was good. Loved the walking paths all around. Actually could walk to Wegman’s. Was able to make individual coffees in a machine in the room.
Your website had false info. No rooms have microwaves and our room was to have a terrace but didn’t. The room chair, yes only one, was hard wood. Lucky we had a cushion and then they brought us a banquet type chair.
No info in print in the room. Had to use smart phone to access info.

The manager was very friendly, the location is great and the hotel is nice and new.
I had reserved two rooms for two nights, with four adults. Upon arrival we were told they did not have our reservation and blamed booking.com. This was at 9pm on a Friday and our two couples ended up having to share a room. We were accommodated the following night (our 2nd night of our reservation) with no problems, which leads me to believe they had given away our room on the Friday and because we checked in later in the day, just lied and said they couldn't find it / blamed booking.com. They attempted to give us credits to the restaurant / bar however 2/2 times these charges ended up on our bill and I had to fight it again. If you book here, confirm yourself and double check your invoice.

Location and facility was beautiful, service was TERRIBLE at bar, even when slow it took 15 minutes to be acknowledged by any of the 4 people behind the bar and another 10 minutes any time a drink was ordered. Completely clouded the otherwise pleasant experience.

The location of the hotel is great! The hotel is new and very clean.
The rooms are nice, but they are poorly furnished. When you are paying hundreds of dollars for a stay at this hotel, there should be maid service each day. We did not get any service in our two-day stay. At least the bed should be made, and the trash can emptied. They gave us coffee for one day in our room and never came back to give us coffee for the second day. We had to go to the lobby to ask for coffee. There is only a small wooden chair in the room near a table to sit at. If you want to watch the TV, everyone has to lie on the bed. That is crazy! Who was the decorator? They were not thinking comfort. The hotel can become a great place to stay, but work needs to be done. Be careful, ordering from the bar, when you order food and drinks, there is no itemized bill. We thought our bill was too high, but the bartender could not give us an itemized bill. I knew he felt badly about it.

Very beautiful AND A PERFECT SPOT.
we had a king sized room, it was huge and had one wooden chair in it. When I asked for another chair I was told that’s the way the room was designed even after I told them we were older and my husband had health issues. They refused to get us another chair. They said they didn’t have any. I’m sure the hotel was full.

This hotel is located right on the lakefront, and a quick walk to downtown. Very close to a few great breweries, too! The room was spacious and super clean, and you could tell everything was brand new. The pool is gorgeous and so relaxing. This is a dog-friendly property, great for traveling with your best friend!
This hotel is brand new, but there seem to be a lot of kinks that haven't been worked out. First off, there was no hand soap in our room, and when we asked for us, they gave us tiny bottles of body wash. We also had issues getting our room cleaned- we'd asked for it to be cleaned the second day, and no one ever came (housekeeping told us in the hall that there were still 5+ rooms ahead of ours to clean). Someone finally came the second day after we made it a point to ask the staff again. Additionally, our bathroom sink had 2 separate leaks while we were there- the poor maintenance man had to fully remove the sink from the wall to address the leak, but it seemingly wasn't fixed as it continued to leak and water pooled all over the bathroom floor.

The hotel and the grounds are beautiful. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly. We had brunch at the hotel restaurant, and it was very tasty. They also had a local IPA beer on tap which we liked.
We paid for a lake view, but it was more like a parking lot, pool, and tent view. I would not have paid more for a lake view if I knew the lake view was only visible from the far left side of the window in our room. We did not consider our view to be a lake view. We asked for fresh bath towels and waited 3 hours. I finally texted back with a second request, and they were delivered by placing them on the hotel hallway floor - not in a bag or anything - on the dirty floor. I know it's a new hotel, and they are working out the kinks but putting clean towels on a dirty floor doesn't make sense to me. There also is no "do not disturb" sign to hang on the door, so the person delivering the towel was knocking on the door but I was in the shower.
It was also odd that the room was so big, but there wasn't much furniture in the room. There was a table but only one wooden chair, and there was no workspace like a desk/chair with a plug nearby for me to set up my laptop to do work.
Another concern is that anyone can park in the lot and then come in and use the hotel pool. We used the lovely pool, but there were people not staying at the hotel also using the pool. There is no key card required to get into the pool, so it's basically open to the public.
