Me, my siblings and some of their children (ages 12-24) were a group of 9 in need of a place for one night in Paris. This place was exceptional for our needs. We had some minor challenges with the check-in and actually getting to the right door (that may have been my problem, but a bit more description and pictures could have made it perfect). Other than that, the apartment's location, condition, size, layout and price all were what we needed or better. The hosts were responsive and very accommodating. I stayed in Paris the previous year, and while that VRBO was also great, we were exceedingly pleased with this experience all around.

The place was incredibly loud and no help from LivinParis. My issue - I had requested and inquired in advance that we needed a quiet place, to which the operator assured that it was. For 4 nights straight there were loud parties going on well past midnight (one occasion into 3:00 am). We had 3 generations on the trip. Nothing like trying to recover from jet lag with an inability to sleep due to music and loud chatter, especially for 70+ and under 10 yo. If you want a family place, I would stay away. We left 4 days early and found another place, which was not easy. The operator would not give a refund, after baiting us with bad info. LivinParis tried to offer me 20% refund for days not used. Said that it wasn’t their fault, even though that upon checkin they required a noise deposit (why would you need, if there are never any issues there…really felt like they already knew the issues). I told them to keep the money, as I’d rather make sure nobody else goes through this (unless of course you want a bit of partying). STAY AWAY!!!

We stayed at this beautiful, secure apartment while visiting Paris with family. Communication with the property manger was seamless, we had a lot of questions and they were always answered in a quick manner. The apartment was clean and ready for us. It is very close to the train station (la Gare du Nord) with restaurants and places to by groceries near by.

Very straightforward to deal with. Good property, great location, good communication from the hosts who were very helpful!
