We had a great stay at this property for a bachelorette party, it’s super cute and well decorated, close to everything, and was well stocked. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay in this beautiful home that is obviously well cared for and exceptionally clean. We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals in old town scottsdale and this is now one of our favorites. Love the fun decor and the king bed was heavenly along with loving the different settings in the shower. The backyard and patio were much larger than we expected and gave everyone a lot of space to spread out and enjoy. We’ll be back!

This is our family’s second visit to this home, which continues to be absolutely perfect. Paula is the best host out of all the places we’ve rented over the years. We’ve been coming to old town for a decade and this home has become our favorite because of how clean and well maintained it is, the big patio/yard and the size of the home. We also love how new everything is and how private it feels to us. We feel as if we are in our own little 5 star resort and will keep coming back.

Upon arriving and after unpacking our things, we received a call from the property owner saying there “might be a mouse in the home but they’re pretty sure it’s gone”. This was alarming. We then found poop in multiple locations (bathroom, beds, kitchen cabinets). We were even told to put our dry food in the oven to “make sure it wasn’t eaten by the mouse”. It would have been nice to know that they had a mouse problem before arriving and unpacking all of our things. The owner did refund us in full for this occurrence and said they would be taking the situation “very seriously”. That afternoon, after finding another place to stay last-minute, we inquired under a different name about booking this same property (as we had seen it listed again right after our reservation was cancelled by the owner). The owner messaged the new inquiring guest (a friend of mine) and said the property would be ready by 1pm the next day, and that the “previous guests had a medical emergency and had to cancel”. Completely untrue. Very disappointing to see that this owner was lying to guests and allowing others to book immediately after saying they were taking the situation “very seriously”. I’d be very surprised if the home was completely exterminated, deep cleaned, and safe for guests to arrive less than 24 hours later (seeing that we left the home on a Friday at 2pm on Memorial Day weekend). Be aware of who you’re booking with!

Absolutely loved our stay! The rental was pristine and well-equipped, offering all the comforts of home. No detail was overlooked. The location was perfect, making our trip both relaxing and convenient. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a flawless getaway

Home was as advertised and exceeded our expectations. Great location, close to Old Town Scottsdale and a comfortable drive to Chase Field. Owner is terrific to work with! Highly recommend!
