- das Fenster im Schlafzimmer konnte nicht geschlossen werden, dieses wurde mit Klebeband notdürftig verschlossen. Diese Konstruktion hat aber nicht gehalten und so war es bei den Temperaturen sehr kalt und mit einem Kleinkind dazu noch sehr gefährlich. - Spülmaschine hat nicht gespült - Backofen extrem verdreckt und Licht defekt - Abflüsse sind nicht abgelaufen - im Bad war alles extrem verkalkt und teilweise mit Schimmel - Wasserspülung im separaten WC war kaputt - Lichtschalter waren in den Schlafzimmern vorhanden, aber keine Lichter an der Decke - es wurde ohne Vorankündigung und Rücksprache die Wohnung während unserem gebuchten Aufenthaltes betreten, um die Klospülung zu reparieren. Das ist ein no Go - offene Steckdosen, Lebensgefahr!

Spacious & clean apartment for a family of 8 visiting Disneyland. Apartment in a great location, 5 minute walk to Val d’Europe, 15 minute walk to Disneyland and a park directly opposite. Parking & free wi-fi an added bonus.

Broken window in one of the bedrooms & some broken furniture/equipment but this did not affect our stay.

Great location to Disneyland and a shopping mall a few minutes walk away! The apartment is very spacious and equipped with everything we needed.

The drains smelt quite a bit.

Le logement est très spacieux, propre et agréablement décoré. L'emplacement est un atout fort, à 10 minutes d'un centre commercial, 15 minutes du RER A et 5 minutes d'un arrêt de bus (trajet de 12 minutes pour DISNEY).

Absolument rien. Nous avons tout apprécié.

The property is impeccable. Well-maintained and in a beautiful location (in the small town of Serris), in a quiet building, a short walk from a couple of restaurants and a great bakery. The checkin/checkout instructions were very accurate, the neighbors were very nice — it’s a really lovely find. And a short walk from the apartment is a bus station that takes you right to the Disneyland entrance.

Old buildings have some maintenance issues — a couple of the pipes (sinks) were quite slow to drain. Did not affect our stay though — just a little patience and time, and everything was set! Some of the spaces are hard to heat properly — it was cold in the living room/dining room despite turning on the heating elements.

Very good value for money Short drive to Disney land and close to a large shopping centre too

Fully equiped. Clean and quiet. Has a park in front.

Some renovation may be needed in the near future.

ideally situated for Disneyland. Beautiful rooms with equipment to suit our needs. Would use again if fault was sorted.
