Accommodations were just right for the 5 of us: 2 couples and 1 single. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the ocean

My husband and I rented the house for our small sunrise wedding on the beach. It was perfect. The house was great. The stove and the microwave were great, it took us a bit to figure out how to use them. Lol . Master bedroom didn't get as cold as the rest of the house. The neighbors upstairs were very heavy footed. Thru out the night woke us up a few times. Sounded like they were bowling .

We had a great time. Karen was a great host!

We come back year after year because of this great place!

Great property. On the beach with great views. We saw moonrises, sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the sound. Wide beach with easy access to the ocean. The house was perfect for the five of us, 2 grandparents, 2 parents and a 5 year old.

This was a great place. Perfect for a relaxing week on the beach!

This was the second year for us to stay at this property. We love this home and will definitely continue to rent this property when we stay at Topsail.

Karen the owner was fantastic she was always quick to answer my emails with questions prior to our stay. The place was perfect, the view from the porch was breathtaking. Walk off the deck and few steps your right on the beach nothing better than that. The place had everything, every appliance imaginable, extra bath towels, some cleaning supplies if needed, plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, skim boards etc. The place was spaceous and decorated so beautifully. The only negative which the owner had no control over were the tenets that were staying in the unit above us, which is managed by someone else, the people above us had children and all day and night the kids would jump, and run and stomp above us so especially in the early hours so falling asleep and getting woke was an everyday event. We love this place so much we plan on hopefully renting it for two weeks next summer Pat

Great directions on how to operate the elevator and locate keys. The unit is spacious, clean and plenty of room to move around. Huge kitchen and fully supplied with everything we needed. Although it rained everyday we did not feel cramped. Loved this unit.

Our favorite place to stay. The place has all the amenities you could want. This is our third consecutive year and we plan on continuing.

All lovely. Would have liked to have some cable TV available to be be able to watch the French Open live. The YouTube did not get it.

The property was very clean and well equipped with modern conveniences. The personal elevator was perfect for easy loading/unloading of luggage. The views from the large deck were worth every penny. I would absolutely stay there again.

Liked hard beds(soft one is miserable), loved two thermostats,recliner, chairs in BRs, large deck, many nice deck chairs, outside shower, well stocked kitchen, labeled light switches, multiple outlets in BRs, + 1/2 bath, baths en suite parking off sand, extra parking spaces…Thanks for patience with my locking self out… Smoke detectors disarmed, chest drawer front off, kitchen ants, Oceanside BR shower too hot to use, door handle hanging utility closet, door bumps in wind, elevator mildew; worst is elevator not always work-must push plastic piece on door (up or down) first, to get it to work, master bed carpet large stained spot, water stain DR wall

Our family of 4 adults and 2 kids stayed in this rental for 9 nights. We loved the space! Plenty of room for all of us and it was great having everything on one level. The area is quiet but still has a few restaurants and shops within walking distance. Beach didn’t get too crowded, which was great! Karen is also very responsive and was flexible in letting us stay additional nights.

VRBO was super easy to book through! We loved our beach vacation home & will definitely consider renting the same hims again!

We couldn’t have ask for a better beach rental. Perfect location and just steps away from the beach!! Would definitely return, very pleased.

The property is absolutely beautiful! We had a few issues that were completely out of the hosts control, and they went above and beyond to stay in touch and make sure we were taken care of. I will definitely be saving this property on my list of places to return! We can't wait for our next stay!!

In South Topsail, I imagine it doesn’t get much better. The place is incredible. Beach access and view is the best around. Easy 2 minute walk to Lewis’s market, Quarter Moon wine and bookstore (with live music), the Beach Shop with bar/grill, town center playground, etc. this was our second stay here and we are looking forward to our third next month!

Wonderful location and property

The property is extremely well maintained and you can’t beat the location. Karen was so accommodating and very fast to respond. We will stay again for sure!

I frequent VRBO properties and this is one of the nicest I have visited in quite a while. It have everything we wanted and needed for a week at the beach including a very well equipped kitchen. This house is one of the closest to the beach so we loved the views, being able to see our family on the beach easily, and dinners on the massive covered deck were perfect! The condo was clean, very spacious, had a great tv set up in every room, and the elevator made move in and out a breeze. Highly recommended! Thanks for a great stay at Topsail!

This was our first family trip to Topsail Island. Karen was a fantastic host. The house was absolutely perfect. We LOVED the covered back deck overlooking the ocean. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back!
