Location Location! Newly Renovated Luxury Beachfront with private Pool. Just10 steps to beach boardwalk. Next-door to Watercolor Beach Club & Downtown Watercolor shops, restaurants & Seaside Community is a walk or bike ride away.
Our Condo SLEEPS 6 adults comfortably. A bunk bed is tucked away inside a living room nook for 2 children - No more than 3 teens per stay.
Newly renovated & decorated with beach decor. All New Kitchen and Appliances. The Emerald Gulf Views from every window in this two story, open floor plan condo. You will have Access to our private pool as well as to all 8 of the Watercolor pools.
And the 3 pools are next door to the BEACH CLUB! KID'S CAMP is close with pool and Lazy Rive.r Snack bar food, activities at Kids Camp!
#2 Condo has 3 King bedrooms. One set of twin bunk beds inside a living room nook. Each Bedroom has its own bathroom. Our condo, has one of the Best Ocean Front Views in the Beachside complex! Our upper deck is covered, & peaceful. Lots of birds, sometimes deer, pelicans fly by as well as many air force aircraft flyovers entertain.
Our Condo rents 7 day weeks in Spring and Summer-Saturday to Saturday -
(will make some exceptions in shoulder seasons, such as 4 day weekends),

We had a great time in Watercolor. The house is beautiful and was in a great location to everything the area has to offer. We would love to come back and would definitely recommend!

This was an amazing location and property! I hate to leave such a good review thinking I’ll never get to stay here again but it’s awesome. Have your own pool pretty much with a 5 min walk to the beach club and the beach is on your back doorstep. We walked to seaside 4 nights and it tools 10-15 min. We had an amazing time and will be back! Marcy helped us out from start to finish! Bravo!!

The condo is beautiful and loved the decor. The view from the deck was breathtaking. The location was only a few steps to the beach. We enjoyed having the pool next to it. Kitchen was well stocked. We would love to come back sometime. Thank you Marcy for sharing your lovely home. Kathy

Check in was at 4pm and not allowed to check in any sooner so make sure your flights don’t arrive too early.
The house was clean and bedding nice. Balcony on second floor great. You can see the ocean some from the second floor balcony but cannot see it from level 1 where Master is.
Con was always hearing people above us when we were on the second level in kitchen, bedroom and living room watching tv. Some of my guests said they could hear the people staying above us while trying to sleep in their room and on the bunkbeds in off living room.
Parking is very tight. We had a Silverado truck and hard to fit. Other car was sedan and we parked in the garage.
Pros
Great location, beach close, lots of amenities (especially for littles) food nearby was great and pavilion within walking distance.

The property works for adults and older teens perfectly. Easy access to beach and pools. Bikes just outside are perfectly situated. It’s like having two levels of living and the decks are great for multiple groups to hang out in morning and evening. Well appointed and the owners are always accessible by phone or text with any questions. Parking spots are convenient and access to a garage space is a plus!! All in all, a wonderful unit and experience. Comfy beds and cozy seating in living room. Having the door cracked open to hear that breeze or enjoy morning coffee on the upper deck is just wonderful!!! 5 stars! Thank u!! We will be back.

Wonderful one week stay with 6 adults! Marcy was extremely responsive and quick to communicate. First off the property was beautiful with great views of the ocean from the main floor. The condo was a great size for people to spread out and so many amenities were included. The decor was bright and warm with very comfortable living room. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable but did have to get use to a Tempur pedic like mattress. The location was perfect, so close to multiple pools and food. We will definitely be back and thank for sharing your perfect condo!

This condo was the perfect
Location to everything - beach- right in town - across from scratch biscuit and the candy shop- the condo was super clean and beautifully decorated - we loved sitting on the 2nd floor balcony listening to the waves - and the moon at night was spectacular - great host - communication very easy .
We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location. Great place to stay. We had 2 adults and 2 kids (11 & 12) for spring break and had plenty of room. The owner was very attentive and responsive before and throughout the stay (ie-small bike issue resolved immediately). View is spectacular. Pristine beach only steps away. Would return to Watercolor/Seaside and not hesitate staying at this condo again.

We stayed here for a week, and the location was perfect for our family of 5 and 2 grandparents. Easy access to the beach, lots to do in the area, great restaurants near by. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had since this was our first visit to watercolor.

Lovely property and right on the beach in Watercolor. The grandparents, parents and kids all enjoyed time together at the beach. We have traveled to 30a several times but it was our first time in Watercolor. My kids really enjoyed Camp Watercolor and everything the community had to offer.

This condo is beautiful! The decor and furnishings make it feel like a home away from home. A welcome change from the usual sterile rental on 30A! The unit was spotless upon arrival with nice linens, plenty of towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and essential household items. The location was perfect...beachfront, adjacent to the Watercolor Beach Club, a private pool, and close to Seaside restaurants and shopping (without the noise and crowds)! Marcy was attentive and hospitable. We will be back!

Wonderful stay in the perfect location.
The condo was perfect for our family. Everyone felt like they had plenty of room and spread out and with 8 people that is saying a lot.
Easy walk to the beach, about 25 steps to be exact. The private pool was perfect for those afternoon cool downs after a long (or short) day on the beach.
We enjoyed a very short walk several days into Seaside to watch a movie/ play and eat at all our favorite spots.
We had everything we needed.
Felt right at home.
Can’t wait to come back again next year.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo
My whole family was impressed with this beautiful home. It is very stylishly decorated. My sister and I kept noticing different cute decor items all week :) The property is very well maintained, nothing is worn, dated, or broken. The ocean views from the kitchen, dining room, and living area are spectacular. Our family has rented many different oceanfront condos in this general area, and this one stands out! You will not be disappointed.

The property was awesome and in a perfect location with Watercolor Resort amenities. For our family of 5 it did not disappoint. Not to mention the amazing views. Marcy, the owner, couldn’t have been more helpful. We are already thinking about coming back next year.

Perfect Location
The condo was very clean upon arrival and probably the best location of all the units. Located right next to the beach access and only a few steps away from The Beach Club and all of the other main attractions like shopping, restaurants, and the food truck area. I would highly recommend this property. The owner of the condo is very involved and accommodating. One of the best places we have stayed on 30a.

Since I didn't have the password memorized, I had to get wifi access for my computer every time I needed info or wanted to ask a question. As I am elderly, that made things more difficult for me.
I also felt a bit less welcome this time. I love the condo and the view and the sound of the surf is unparalleled. However, when I left the patio doors open to hear that beautiful sound, the owner called saying she detected elevated humidity in the condo and demanded that I close the doors immediately and accused me of having a party in violation of the rental agreement, which was not true. I did have my children over for dinner, just as I had done at the same property last year and of which I told the owner was our purpose in renting her condo (family time!). It was a bit Big Brother-ish for me. I stopped feeling the "welcome to my home" and more like an intruder for the rest of the stay. A note from the owner 20 minutes before checkout time asking if we were out because the cleaners were waiting to get in left me so disturbed that I became physically ill, which delayed our eventual checkout. Just as we had done last year, we left new stemware for the owner as a hostess gift.

Great property, outstanding host
Our family of four and two grandparents had such a nice time at this property over Thanksgiving. The condo is spacious, very-well appointed, clean, and delivers exactly what it describes. The location is simply outstanding - views of the Gulf, beach access right next to the unit, a nearby pool dedicated only to the adjacent condos, and just steps from the large Watercolor Beach Club and restaurant. The kids club pools, Seaside market, and Watercolor bike trails are all easily accessed from this prime location. And the owner/host could not have been any more responsive and helpful - top notch!

Amazing Vacation Home!
We loved everything about our vacation! The property was so clean and beautiful. It had everything we needed and more! In addition, the location is just amazing. There is so much within walking distance, and we were constantly surrounded by views of the beautiful ocean.. The kids loved that we had access to so many pools including the amazing Camp Watercolor. This place is very special and helped make our vacation so wonderful! We hope to be back!

I cannot say enough about our stay! It was everything we expected and more. We were able to walk and bike everywhere we wanted to go with the exception of a shopping day in Destin. The private pool, being steps to the beach, the view, the restaurants, the beach bonfire, the shopping and food trucks at Seaside all made this trip one of our best. A bonus was that it felt so private even though we were steps from so much! We already have a list of things we want to do when we return in 2022! This vacation was worth every penny.

Absolutely perfect location!
Perfect location close to everything. Access to the Watercolor Beach Club is awesome…kids loved it. The house was very clean and the owners were very accommodating and addressed and concerns or questions immediately. Highly recommended!

Our family of 6 stayed here over spring break. Marcy was extremely attentive and always quick to respond to my texts. We had an issue with the lock one day and she had it taken care of immediately.
The location is awesome. We easily walked to restaurants and shopping. Bikes were provided, but we have a child that can’t ride. There is a pool steps away from the unit, which made the kids very happy. The beach is also just right outside the door. The condo came with chairs and umbrellas, but we did rent from Watercolor one day just to make things easier. We can’t wait to stay here again!
