Location was great, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

It didn't have a washing machine/dryer on the premises which meant we couldn't do our laundry during a four-night stay there. The room was also quite dark.

Property was very clean, staff were friendly and very welcoming! And breakfast was free & they had a nice set-up.

the location! It was amazing ! Near all the food places, shopping centers and the mall. Also if into public trans , right across from the station.

the wifi. was shot in both of my rooms. Couldn’t connect any of my little ones devices. which was a bummer. The mirror they had on the wall, was poorly placed on wall. It fell down n swiped my little one - they entered the room without advising they’d do so. but they put it back up.

Reservamos una habitación para 4 personas y era para 3. Lo dijimos en recepción y el chico nos dijo que no podía hacer nada porque no estaba el manager. Pedimos sábanas para el sofá cama y se confundieron y nos dieron 8 fundas de almohadas, y todas llenas de pelos. Las toallas que teníamos en el baño también estaban con pelos. La zona de desayuno no está preparada para tanta gente. Hemos tenido que esperar en cola para desayunar y no hay una zona específica de comedor, el desayuno es en el hall del hotel. Reservamos en este hotel por la puntuación que tenía y los comentarios y, sinceramente, nos hemos llevado una gran decepción.

The staff. I know things happen but on the way there, my fiancé got into an a bad car accident and broke his shoulder which forced us to cancel and they had no sympathy and still charged me for the first night. I even offered to provide proof so that they knew it wasn’t a lie.

I have always like this particular facility, unfortunately I arrived unexpectedly early for my stay, Booked a King with sofa bed as always, this usually comes out of my account when I checked in, i took a queen room instead. had an additional night pre booked, came to desk, to pay for last night, card machine declined my card, I know the funds were there, so I paid with my credit union visa debit instead only to find out that at the end of my stay, i ended up paying 414 for 2 nights, the card that I was told declined went through for 160.54 visa credit card plus, the 160.00 as also charged on my credit union card, I don’t understand what the problem was with the charges, but fraud is horrible and this will not be tolerated.

The horrible resolution when I called to speak with the manager the employee working 1/25/2024 worst customer service ever, so I called my bank Hyatt has never treated me so poorly I am furious and the misconduct of my charges on a credits card that my bank verified that no declined charges were found on my account

The location, room, cleanliness, staff, and breakfast were exceptional.

I just noticed the bed sheet inside out, that made me wonder. Besides that, our whole experience was excellent.

I like the location, the people was very kind.

The sofa-bed was too small

De kamers waren schoon en up to date. De Mall en restaurants op loopafstand.

We zaten op de 2e verdieping direct naast een grote airco unit die heel de nacht herrie maakte. We dachten eerst dat het geluid van de airco in onze kamer was. Aangezien we deze 's nachts uitzetten dachten we daarmee het probleem op te lossen. Helaas was dit waarschijnlijk de unit voor de receptie en die ging dus heel de nacht door. Aangezien ons zoontje op dat moment al sliep zijn we niet bij de receptie geweest. Achteraf spijt van gehad omdat mijn vrouw en ik nu een slechte nachtrust hadden vlak voor onze lange vlucht naar huis We begrijpen dat deze units er moeten zijn maar niet dat er is gekozen voor een die zo luid was zonder voorziening om het geluid minder luid te maken. Aangezien goede nachtrust het meest belangrijke is van een overnachting was het voor ons echt een ruime onvoldoende. Als je gaat zorg dan dat je niet op de tweede verdieping en wellicht ook de hogere verdiepingen aan de kant van de binnenplaats komt te zitten. Wij hadden kamer 209.

The staff were very kind and helpful. We needed a feather free room and they accommodated us before we arrived. We needed extra towels and TP and they immediately accommodated us. They were friendly and engaging, too.

Unprofessional staff as I was checking in. Water from faucet was brown the entire stay. Complaints were relaid to the manager on duty each night, but no one took care of the issue. My card on file was charged a total of 4 times after check out.

Beautiful facility; close to many things. Staff was professional and personable. Room was clean and comfortable.

I was absolutely frustrated because I could not locate it, despite GPS telling me I had arrived. It is located on a “side” street with little street signage. That was the only downside of the whole experience.

I love the hotel the front desk was very helpful and breakfast was good very clean by the way!!

No microwave in the room… I like to eat late at night so having to leave my room to go heat up something that’s one minute is a no for me.

I was told when I checked in that housekeeping would not check my room each day, bc I was staying 3 days, unless I requested it. So I requested it upon check in. After spending the day out seeing the sights on Sunday, we returned to the room to find that the trash had not been taken out and we still did not have clean towels. So I had to go to the lobby, bc the phone was not working in our room, and once again remind them that I wanted our room replenished each day, since there was 6 of us staying in a family suite. He assured me that it would be taken care of. On Monday we returned from a kind day, and needless to say, the trash can was still sitting outside our door, because this is where we had to sit it. We had no more bags and still no clean towels. So I had to go down to the lobby and ask for everything again. The only thing I was told that they could do for me was investigate what happened.

The family suite rooms were the size of regular rooms with a sofa couch in them. We barely had room to move.

Amazing location, staff, facilities.

Bathroom in the lobby after the dominion party was trashed, and still was the next morning after. Pee in every toilet, toilet paper all in the floor and trash can overflowing. Probably needed someone to clean it after the party. That was literally the only thing I saw that could improve.

We got a really small room that was nothing like the pictures. The floors are hardwood so in the mornings who ever was in the room above us was wearing heals and rolling a suitcase which woke us up several times. The sofa in our room smelled of body odor and in addition the toilet paper in our room had not been changed out and there was barely any left on the roll and hair on one of the towels. Also the hotel says they offer food in the bar area but when we went down to dinner they said they didn’t offer it.

The night clerks were great. The two males went above and beyond. They were both very friendly and helpful and made sure you felt welcome. The room was huge and a great place to relax and watch a movie

In the morning we went down for breakfast and the worker wasn't pleasant or polite, there wasn't enough food and even when we asked and several other guests said something about the food being gone, she said nothing, she just smiled. It was a holiday weekend, and they knew they had a good number of people. The eating area was full, so I wish they would have planned a little better. We were looking forward to breakfast before the last leg of our week of traveling.
