The property is well appointed with comfortable beds, large bathroom, outside seating, utensils, television, WIFI, small appliances and beach accessories. The beach is close at hand as is the pool and hot tub. Check in is a breeze with the on site key lock box providing immediate access to the room. Shopping and decent restaurants are within easy walking distance. All good. Parking is a real problem, largely due to carelessness of people not paying attention to the lines of their selected space. The facility should provide well worded reminders to offenders. The room is a bit cramped. The TV could easily be hung on the wall to provide space for the large coffee maker freeing up much needed counter space. There is adaquate space to put in a larger dresser for folded cloths. Finally, there is no stopper for the kitchenette sink wasting water to do dishes, the is no stopper in the bath sink causing a big concern for those who wash gas perm contact lenses daily and, the BBQ grills [the only way to cook] are in disrepair and filthy. All that said we do consider this property a good value and recommend it a viable alternative. Note: the $500 security deposit is paid immediately when reserving the property but has yet to be refunded even though we left the property better than we found it.

Nice property, good location

The property was well stocked and had a high chair and pack n play for our little one. Small but we knew that from the start and made it work! Right next to the pool, which is nice with a little one and the beach below the property is great!

We had a good stay without any major issues. We needed to clean a few things before we settled in for the first night. There was something on the wall in the bathroom and the toilet was loose and kind of sideways. We mopped the floor because it smelled like feet. You don't want to come in late at night or you'll have difficulties finding a parking spot. Other than that everything was excellent.

The studio is in a great Location, not only the resort is beautiful, in front of the beach, with some shops and restaurants around but also Wailua is in the center of the island, easy to go to any direction. The studio is very confortable and charming. I think it can have some small improvements, but it was a very good stay. (The hair driyer was not workig, and a kettle for tea drinkers would be nice)

Easy access to north and south shore. Nice shopping center across the parking lot. Beach access, but pretty windy so waves were big but thats due to the time of year. Nice walkway along the beach. Great location to watch the sunrise. Pool is not heated. There was a musty kind of smell we couldnt get rid of. Toaster oven might need replacing. Took forever to cook frozen lumpia. All the essentials were there (plates, cups, silverwear, etc.). Overall nice convenient place. Little outdated (furntiure shows the wear and tear). A little crammed if there are 4 adults in your party since its a studio but doable. Would stay here again.

It is close to everything, walking distance to a great shopping center that includes a market, excellent restaurants, it's on the ocean and has a nice pool. In addition, it is centrally located with easy access to both Princeville as well as Poipu. We made the property work for us however it was not the stay we were hoping for. To be fair the pricing was probably in line with the accommodations. Just know if you book here it's more of a place to hang your hat during the day and a good launching pad for doing things on the island rather than a place you will want to hang out at for the day etc. Had I read the fine print I would have understood that there was NO place to cook anything outside of a toaster oven. There is a refrigerator, but it is dorm room style. You won't want to bring anything back to the room to eat as there is little space in the room for that. There is an outside patio which is nice. In short, the condos are older and outdated, they are what one would call "sufficient". The pool is ok, loved the bar at the pool. Being near the water is a huge plus however the beach is not very accommodating for stretching out on a towel or for swimming as the pacific is a bit rough in this area. The beach is however beautiful, and you can roll out of bed to easily see spectacular sunrises. It has a nice boardwalk with GREAT accessibility to Lava Lava a fantastic restaurant. It may have been just me but trying to understand how to get into the property was challenging. They use a tumbler realtor lock, and it took me a long time to figure it out. You communicate with the landlord or management company via text and for the most part they were responsive. I think they would just wait me out when I asked questions knowing that eventually I would figure out on my own the answer to my question. They were always nice and polite. I am not sure this would be my pick in the future, but maybe.

My friend and I had a great stay in Kapaa. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the lanai opened into the garden. Just a quick walk to the pool or pathway by the ocean. Close to restaurants and shops. Only issue we were not informed about is needing a parking pass from the front desk so we got a warning on our car the first night. Easily rectified and we had no issue the rest of our stay.

Great stay with everything we needed including beach chairs/snorkel gear. We loved that it is ground level and the porch was lovely and near but not too close to the pool. Also close to Lava Lava Beach club which was delicious! Only item to note is there was a weird smell that we could not get rid of throughout our stay…

Liked being close to beach and pool nice are overall. Condo needs updating, better lighting, and front door will injure you it’s so heavy and kicks back too quickly. Wife received skin injury as we tried leaving. Try add a doorstop.

Great location with shops coffee stores and restaurants within walking distance nice beachfront walking path and well appointed unit.

We have stayed at this location numerous time but first time at this property. The property manager has great communication when you need something. Everything you need for the beach is inside. Definitely a must.

Room was nice. Extras in room, beach chairs cooler, boogie boards were nice to have. Property was beautiful. Great location. Like we could walk to several restaurants and shops. Only suggestion to give some instructions on the TV remotes. 3 remotes there took us some time to figure out which ones to use.

The door code didn’t work

We loved our stay on Kauai. The condo was a beautiful setting for our favorite island during our Hawaiian vacation. The pool and beach are easily accessible and we walked over to the shops and restaurants.

We only stayed one night and chose the place because of its proximity to Smith's Family Luau. But it was perfect for that purpose.

Light filled ground floor studio with beautiful garden aspect in a large resort complex. Great pool, spa and bar area.
