Brilliant location for a large group of friends. Gautam is an excellent host who did his best to ensure we had a nice time.

The villa has everything what you need for a perfect vacation. Spacious and clean rooms, beautiful pool which has been regularly cleaned, pool table, table tennis. It is located in a stunning area not far away from the town. The landlord ensures that everything goes smoothly, is really helpful, communicates on regular bases, explains and sends useful videos how to operate the villa. Big thank you to him for providing everything for us.

My family and I have just returned from an outstanding week stay at Villa White Sands. The Villa was very spacious and comfortably accommodated our party of 9 (7 adults and 2 children). The Villa was very clean and modern. There was plenty of outdoor facilities including pool table, table tennis, BBQ and the pool was heated to a pleasant temperature. Excellent location with a short walk to restaurants and bars but quiet enough for a relaxing stay in complex. Finally, Gautam was an exceptional host who made sure to attend to our needs from the minute we booked until we returned home. We cannot thank him enough for making our holiday so memorable. We would not hesitate to book this beautiful villa again!

This is an excellent Villa, fully equipped in a great location with an excellent pool and sun area. The property is spacious with plenty of room for our needs (family of 5), but could easily accommodate more. it’s in walking distance of restaurants and nightlife and also a really nice beach. really nice and quiet within easy reach of life.

The Quinta da Balaia complex is a little tired in parts, which is a real shame for some of the excellent properties like this one.

Great location, quiet & peaceful. Lovely heated pool and plenty of space. Pool & table tennis a great addition!
