La camera in generale è super bella anche la posizione del appartamento è quasi centrale proprio.

Innanzitutto è al quarto piano senza ascensore e il bagno centrale non ha un buon odore e anche un pochino freddo anche con il riscaldamento funzionante.

Pulizia e confort della camera.

La condivisione degli spazi comuni non era stata comunicata agli altri ospiti della casa, che non hanno rispettato il riposo. Non è stato chiaro che il bagno non era in camera, colazione assente.

Dall'annuncio su booking fa capire che sia un intero appartamento disponibile. Invece no,vi è una camera che stava un ragazzo che abita palesemente lì,in quanto aveva la dispensa tutta sua piena e la sera si cucina. Contesto in una palazzina degli anni 50 con condizioni più che pessime. Case popolari in decadimento a tutti gli effetti. 4 piano senza ascensore in zona poco affidabile.

I regret to say that my experience at this establishment fell short of expectations in several aspects. The discomfort of the pillows and bed significantly impacted the quality of rest I could attain during my stay. Moreover, the incessant street noises made it nearly impossible to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. The proximity of the air conditioning unit to the bed proved problematic, as the noise it emitted was disruptive and made it challenging to relax. Furthermore, the absence of an elevator to access the 4th floor was quite inconvenient, especially for guests with mobility concerns or heavy luggage. Additionally, I had anticipated a satisfying breakfast as part of my stay, but I was met with disappointment. The offering turned out to be minimal, consisting solely of a cup of coffee, which I found to be a disheartening start to the day. I hope these concerns are addressed to enhance the overall experience for future guests, as the current state of these amenities detracted significantly from what could have been a more comfortable and enjoyable stay

the fact that the apartment has 2 rooms that are shared. from the description you will not understand that the apartment will be shared with other customers.

The house was nice and clean. All facilities were there even 2 bathrooms.

The only thing missing was a WiFi.
