First time visiting Avenches....location was perfect for my stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will be returning with family and friends.

On Weekend Restaurant or Bar should open very much longer. This was quiet poor. 23.15 Restaurant and Bar closed ... on saturday ? not understandable on a Event weekend.

Central location, floors not carpeted, breakfast staff friendly

Room cleaning only came mid-afternoon, when we were already back. No safe in room. No bedside table on one side. Mini-Bar Fridge not cold enough. Door didn’t lock automatically, but needed to use key

A very average continental breakfast. Not much choice, decent coffee.

My room was on the first floor facing the street. With the windows open (I stayed in the hotel on the very hot day) the street noise was all in the room.

The Hotel is situated in the middle of a small ”city” (dwelling really). It has its own parking (for 25chf extra/ day).

The room smelled of tobacco when we came. There was dust under the beds and behind the furniture. There were no decorations on the walls. A nice plus was a real orchid in the room. The fittings were mostly cheap stuff from IKEA - rather sad since the building and the location would give opportunities for so much more. The breakfast was meagre. The stuff never asked a question how our room/ stay is. I have lived ten years in Asia and is very acquainted with Asian ways of doing business - this is a typical example.

Nice big TV, good free coffee in the room, kind staff, great location, great comfy room with a church view. Highly recommended
