The condo was a great space for my family of 10. The view and location were great. A few things that were unsatisfying were that the floors were dirty (2 toddlers with black feet after walking on floors for short period of time). When I received a text asking about the cleanliness, my response was that the floors were dirty, and in turn they replied to ask if I was able to clean them. I said yes, because I was done being bothered on my first day of vacation. The texts and calls continued asking about the floors so I decided to let them come and clean them. Every time they offered did not work out well for our schedule, (either it was raining and we were in the room, or our 2 toddlers were asleep, so the floors never got cleaned. The kitchen was lacking some essentials such as oven mits, and utensils and the refrigerator is missing shelving. The furniture could use a good cleaning as well. About day 2 or 3 there, the babies both developed allergy like symptoms with runny nose, cough, watery eyes and stuffiness, so that was a bummer. On the last day there, we notices mold on the ceiling of the bunk room and after looking around some more, there was mold on all of the air vents. I sent an email that day and included pictures of the mold. I have still not received a response from that email which has now been 3 days. Overall, our time spent was good and again the view and location was wonderful, however I would not choose this specific condo again.

First three days the water was ideal. Last day to red flags not allowed in the water rough seas but still enjoyed visiting under the umbrellas

The beach was great, water was clear. Overall the condo was acceptably clean. We were a little disappointed that it didn't seem ready for a nine person group. For example, there was only one steak knife and only 5 chairs on the balcony (2 being the short beach chairs.) We are a family with food allergies, so we enjoy making our own food and eating on the patio. So this was difficult for us. The pool deck was nice, but there are no umbrellas or much shade. The pool was incredibly warm all week, but it was a hot week. I have to say that this was our first experience with vacasa, and that part was great. They communicate very well before and during your stay. Overall the condo is fine, but we were a little disappointed in the stay.

Our party of six stayed in this condo unit for a long weekend. This four bedroom, three full bath condo is spacious and comfortable, with a nice beach decor. The condo has been well-maintained and nicely updated. The beds in the unit were all comfortable. A washer and dryer within the unit is also convenient. The large balcony overlooks the pool area, and the property has direct beach access. Each condo unit comes with two beach chairs and one umbrella, but you can rent more if needed for a reasonable price from the beach attendants. The kitchen was adequate for our needs, but we choose to not cook much while on vacation. The condo management was helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. This condo resort property has two large pool areas with plenty of beach chairs. There are also hot tubs on site along with a splash pad for kids. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would return to this property again without question.

You guys reached out to me everyday by text or phone or both. That's too much. Additionally when you called the day before checkout to remind me what to do before checkout I told you I knew what to do and I would be leaving the next morning between 6-7am. You then sent a text the next morning asking me to inform you when I would be checking out. So if you really cared about the customer you would have listened to what I said the day before and not sent the last text at all. Maybe review your processes?

We love renting this condo for our annual Christmas beach trip. While this time there were much colder temps than usual & below freezing temps. We were warm & happy the whole time. Condo is always clean, comfortable & accommodating for a large family. Vacasa is always a joy to work with as well! Awesome host!

Everything was great. Will definitely stay again next year.

This condo has an incredible view from the living room and master bedroom. The 4th floor balcony is huge and many of us would just sit out there and take it all in. Coffee every morning on the balcony was a treat. The location was great. We walked to Alvin’s for beach gear, Stewbys for dinner and ice cream at the put put place. The condo could really use some TLC. The balcony furniture is shot. The kitchen lacked many items making it a little frustrating when preparing meals. The refrigerator drawers are falling apart. A lot of little details that couid be so much better. The owners could easily make this a way better experience. Would be nice to have a wagon in the condo for beach gear. What about beach towels? We flew from Colorado and didn’t have any extra room to pack items like this. We had an issue with the air conditioner not working and Vacasa was on top of it and we had the issue resolved the same day. Overall it was a great stay!

Condo did not disappoint on the view and space. However, we could not enjoy the beach due to seaweed. I think adding a note regrading the beach conditions, if known, would help a guest better understand what to expect. Again, if that's not a concern, this condo would be great!

First time staying on Okaloosa Island but it will not be the last! We stayed with our 2 daughters (5 & 8) and some good family friends and their 3 small daughters (4, 9, 11). Had the best time! We loved being able to walk straight out to the beach/pool or straight across the street for mini golf/ice cream/dinner. Totally different vibe from 30a but refreshingly more walking-accessible. The unit was as advertised with plenty of room for all of us. The bunk bedroom was awesome and worked well for our needs. Downsides were the mattresses were all uncomfortable… thin and hard. And no real blanket/comforter on top. All the bedding was paper thin. But it’s the beach and it’s hot so I get it! Also as other reviews have noted there are very few spoons. So odd. The kitchen could really use a boost of flatware. We got plastic spoons at Publix though and it served us just fine. Refrigerator also had drawers that were broken or sort of falling apart. Other than those random things the condo was wonderful! None of those issues (except the uncomfortable mattresses) materially affected our stay. We will definitely return and stay in this unit if available!

The location and space was wonderful. Beautifully maintained facility. Whole family had a blast. There were a few small things in the unit that could have been better, was a bit noisy with no real enforcement of a quite time, would like to see a little earlier check in and a little later check out, and would recommend umbrellas for around the pool as there is no real shade but all in all we would definitely revisit.

Gorgeous condo, and VACASA provided excellent service and checked in with me via text and phone to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

Right on the beach, two pools onsite, clean, absolutely gorgeous beach with beach chairs...it doesn't get better than this! We loved our stay. Thank you!

We loved our stay at this unit. It was roomy, bright, and spacious. We had a great view of the beach from the balcony and loved the beach access. The unit was clean and ready when we arrived, and things we needed for our stay were available in the unit (as advertised in the listing). We are hoping to visit the area again soon and book here again!

We so enjoyed our Christmas Family Vacation at the beach. The home was clean and beautiful! Vacasa was an excellent host! Our original booked condo had an issue, Vacasa emailed immediately with other options. We are so happy with the condo we ended up with. They even had fun Christmas decor in the condo at our arrival. Made it the PERFECT Christmas at the beach!

Azure never disappoints this is our annual family fall vacation spot. Check in and check out was very easy and smooth. I would recommend this place to any family.

Beautiful condo with a great view and location, right over the pool & hot tub, which were great! Condo was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was lacking in utensils (No oven mitts & only 6 teaspoons and 6 butter knives in a condo that sleeps 11??) Not every closet had hangers. Could also use more spare blankets for beds. Overall, would recommend this unit.

The condo was perfect for our family. Each of our adult sons had their own comfortable room. We enjoyed cooking seafood each night in our quiet surroundings overlooking the ocean. Our sink was clogged but maintenance quickly fixed the problem. VACASA checked on us multiple times throughout our stay. The pools, hot tubs, water play area, and beach chairs provided helped to make this a great family time.

It was a great condo for our family vacation. Everything was great with a few minor things that could help. The kitchen needs to have some serving utensils and need a dust pan for minor clean ups. Loved it and would definitely stay here again.

This unit is beautiful and a perfect location. The view of the ocean is amazing. We sat out on the balcony far more often than the living room. It was very convenient having the washer and dryer in the unit. It was also nice that chairs and an umbrella come with the unit for the week. It was so nice to just walk out to the beach and have our chairs and umbrella waiting for us. The unit was cleaned incredibly well upon arrival. It’s also centrally located. We walked across the street to Stewbys for lunch a couple of times and walked down the beach to Rockin Tacos one night. I would highly recommend this unit and property!

The condo was very nice. I liked the beachy theme. Azure is close to everything we wanted.

The condo was spacious, clean, and centrally located to elevators, pool, and beach access. The balcony has a great view. I grew up in Fort Walton, so may be biased, but these are the best beaches in the world. seriously. clear, greens and blues, and amazing sand. Azure is easy to get to and close to restaurants, bars, water sports, put put, etc.

Perfectly located, near restaurants, grocery stores and boardwalks. Condo was spacious with perfect views of the coast and swimming pool. Will definitely be back! Thank you!!

The unit wasn’t clean Properly before our arrival. The floors were dirty , hairs in the bathroom.. The kitchen needs additional utensils. We had to buy and donate oven mitt, dish rag, and spatula.

We have enjoyed staying at Azure the two times we've visited this property, and this condo (#406) was wonderful! It was clean, decorated well, had a beautiful view, and was comfortable for our party of 10 people -- 4 adults and 6 kiddos. Would certainly recommend! I would ask Vacasa / the owners to purchase and provide a dust pan to go with the broom, however. The toilet paper holder in the master bathroom also needs fixing; it's too loose. Not major things at all, though! The patio furniture was nice and comfortable. Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay again!

We were traveling with our three kids and this was the perfect spot! There was room for people to spread out and have a nice quiet time every afternoon. We enjoyed many hours on the balcony, and the 4th floor is high enough to see past the pool area and have a great view of the beach. With a toddler, the 10pm-8am quiet time was amazing.

Beautiful view. Beautiful beach. Close to great food. Don’t miss the Gulf restaurant. Great family trip! Will say glad the condo had no issues as reaching anyone would have been hard but property beautifully maintained.

Very clean and spacious condo with everything you need to feel at home. We were able to make meals there. It was awesome to wake up and see the beach and be able to walk to it.

This was by far the cleanest and most beautifully decorated condo! The beds were comfy as well as the linens. Bathrooms were nice sized bathrooms. We all had plenty of room. This has been by far the best family vacation we have ever had.
