Poziționarea hotelului este foarte buna,central. Curat,ambient placut,mirosul din recepție este plăcut :) .Camerele sunt micute,însă foarte cochete,frumos amenajate. Personalul foarte politicos . Recomand!!

Hotelul este nou, totul este curat, un design interior exceptional, de bun gust, potrivit stilului arhitectural al cladirii.

Nu am avut posibilitatea de a servi micul dejun. Desi pare un hotel de 5 stele si platim de 5 stele, nu exista posibilitatea servirii micului dejun.

I had the option to fill in the online check in form only to discover at the reception that I have to do that all over again because that one goes to the police. Very cold during the night. Again, I was told that it's my imagination. When i was there last year we had problems with the hot water at about 10 pm. I thought that was a random event.

The location is perfect, very close to the center and just across the park. The rooms are clean, bedding has fairly well quality. The staff is very friendly and nice.

The room (309) was cold. I tried to adjust the thermostat, but it did not work. We ended up by having 19 Celsius in the room, which is not very cold, but chill enough to be UNpleasant. On top of that, the hot water was not hot but luke-warm, with temperature raising and dropping. We have got explanation from the reception that they have a problem with the heating, but this was not really helpful. The second night we moved to another place. I think the entire back wing of the hotel has a heating problem. If you have to stay there, ask for a room in the front (street) wing. Also the hotel does NOT serve breakfast. Walking 200m to the next hotel where they do serve breakfast, in the winter morning, is not something pleasant.

close to the park. free tea and coffee in the lobby. every room has some nice colors and they are quite cozy.

some problems with the hot water when everyone is trying to have a shower. rooms have become a bit expensive lately. some have doubled the price.
