Property was great for a family NYE! Communication was great.

My family enjoyed this property so much. It was very clean, just as advertised, and everything was in working condition. We loved sunrises and sunsets on the deck. The location was great and you can't beat the views. It is a well maintained house and we highly recommend. We would love to stay here again. Thank you to iTrip for being such a great company to work with and answering all of our questions!

My overall impression was Good. Nice house which reflects the time it was built or renovated. It showed signs of wear which happens with a rental property. The house was clean which I credit to the cleaning staff, excellent job. The beach was great and that’s why I chose a beachfront property. If you are considering this property please read and heed the prior reviews! Since this unit 1 is first and half of the second floor it has its own issues. As mentioned in a prior review, you are subject to the banging, bouncing and running of footsteps on the stairs of the second floor. When the upstairs guests arrived at 11:30 at night and had to run up & downstairs to bring in luggage & weekend supplies it was an annoyance. Also in a prior review - the oven does not work ! But that review was over a year ago! As soon as we found the oven did not work I remembered that review, those poor guest were there for Thanksgiving. Although I noted and recorded the many other minor damage and issues and contacted the management company I had given up by this time. The last item although not major was just another annoyance, the charcoal grill and ash bucket were both full of the previous users used coal and dust. Although the management company did offer to come over; I did not want to burden the on call worker on Labor Day weekend for this issue. So since I’m running out of text. Managers do your job. Pay attention to the property as much as the contract. I will not use VRBO again

We loved having a property right on the beach, so handy with all the kids. Owners respond quickly to all questions. Restaurants, parks, shopping, necessities are close by. Great place to stay.

The north end of Carolina beach is a great location. We enjoyed Going to Carolina Beach Prier for dinner one night, great food! It was fun going to Celtic Creamery, so close!! Glad there were beach chairs there. That was handy. Outdoor shower area was beautiful.

Entire family stayed at the beach for my daughter’s 40th birthday. House was great! Loved the set up , the beach Access and the outdoor shower!

Property was beautiful, view incredible, so comfortable and the host was great communicator!!! Highly recommend!!!! The little market across the street also had incredible egg sandwiches and French toast!!!! Hidden gem!!!!

Our 3 families of 3 generations meet every year to enjoy a week of sun, fun and conversation. Catching up is always fun and being together in this house makes it so special. Beachfront property is a special experience.

Awesome location, property a good fit to host group of 10-12, equipped kitchen. Grill is less practical, living room can seat 6 adults. We struggled waiting in pouring rain to get inside our designated parking spot, property managers were not reachable (only text). Other than this painful experience, everything else was as advertised and good. We will visit again.

My Family enjoyed an Amazing weekend at this property. A great open floor plan with Beautiful views of the ocean. The beds slept well, very clean, the kitchen was fully equipped and plenty of space for family. The host was excellent and very responsive with easy check in. We are looking forward to returning to this property!!

We had a great stay at unit 1 of Dolphin Watch. Eleven family members from around the country came in for a wedding reception. The unit was clean and nicely laid out. The process for check in and access was easy. We will stay there again for the next family get together.

This property is on a spacious, lovely section of beach with great opportunities for jumping waves, boogey boarding and fishing. Plus it's out of the traffic congestion you find south of the boardwalk. Our large family all loved it! Clean space and pleasant layout with a great ratio of bedrooms and bathrooms. The property management company was very communicative and friendly . ONE CAVEAT: You are occupying the first and second floor. The third floor floor is occupied by people renting the neighboring duplex. Be prepared for lots of foot noise overhead. We had to listen to children jumping out of their bunk beds at 6:00 a.m. Even so, this did not lessen our enjoyment of the vacation. Just be prepared for that and bring earplugs.

The property and location were perfect. The rooms felt very clean and we wanted for nothing. All that we needed was there for our group of 13 people. It truly felt like a home for the few days we were there. Access to the beach plus the views were a huge plus for everyone. This is a great place and the staff did a wonderful job of communicating with us. Highly recommend!!

We rent a different beachfront property at Kure or Carolina Beach every summer. This did not measure up. House was poorly cleaned: 3 towels and 2 bedsheets were stained (badly). Washing machine smelled moldy. Remnants from a previous renter's celebratory banners still on the wall (!?!) Return vent clogged with black dust (gross!) Master Bath shower didn't drain well. Sand not cleared from stairs, landing or path from the outdoor shower before we arrived. House was also poorly maintained: Shower doors in 2 bathrooms didn't close properly. Venetian blinds missing slats. Several deck boards were soft/rotting. Walkway to beach collapsed while we were there (they did fix that). Stovetop's burner info nearly worn off - 2 knobs' high setting is left, and the other 2 knobs high is all the way right. are the mirror image of the other 2 - We thought only 2 burners worked on the stove! Cockroach crawled across face of one guest in the middle of the night!! Each time we let the company know these things there were apologies, but we expected much better at this price. Based on the run-down condition and abysmal cleaning, we would not stay here again.

Beautiful property and we loved our stay! The kitchen is very well stocked and has many small appliances. Lots of dishes and utensils! Bedrooms are all very comfortable. Excellent communication from our hosts! It made everything very easy!

What A wonderful time our family just enjoyed dolphin watch. The house was beautiful, had everything we needed. Carolina beach is clean safe and fun for everyone. We will be booking again soon thank you I trips

Perfect place for friends and family

Judi, her sister and the "Tolerance League" all enjoyed this splendid dupex right on Carolina Beach. Some of the reasons: Quick response and fortification of a minor toilet issue. All the utensils needed , including an ice cream scoop. First rate appliances. A wine refrigerator with a massive ice maker. The sliding doors opened easily, not as usually encountered in beach houses. There were spices for cooking in the cabinet. The beds were very comfortable, though w could have used another king. The rooms were well lit. There was a brand new Weber grill, though we did not use it. Great directions and communications were provided. Easy check-out procedure.

The house is great, just as pictured and well stocked with all the amenities you need. True to it's name we even saw multiple pods of Dolphins!! Definitely will rent again!

Perfect location, easy access to beach with short walk to downtown area. Quiet, peaceful. Ideal vacation.

If you seek to enjoy a great home, this is the place. It fit 13 of us very nicely, is very quiet and comfortable (everyone loved the beds!) and is located on a great beach. We were lucky in mid-October to be blessed with temps in the low 80's, so the grandkids and the rest of us got to fully enjoy the water as well. The kitchen has everything you might need. If you are looking for a home to rent on Carolina Beach, do yourself a favor and book this one!!

The house was fully stocked with kitchen utensils, accessories, and nice starter kits for bathrooms. The bar in the living room is a nice touch, separate fridge for alcohol. It was clean on arrival and was notified who to contact if we had problems, which we didn't. Three master suites were perfect for my family of adults. Even though it is a duplex and another family was in the other unit we barely knew they where there. Beach access is nice and a shared pool is awesome. The sunrises were magnificent from the balcony or a short distance to the beach. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect for our needs with a king bed/spa tub for the young couple, a double and twin for the 5 year old and her parents, two queen rooms for the mermaids and a two sets of bunk beds room for the pirates. Open spacious kitchen/dining area with room for all to eat meals and play games together, a private balcony off the king room upstairs and a large balcony off the living room perfect for watching sunsets and waves. Short, private boardwalk to the beach, outdoor sand off shower and beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Clean! Lots of kitchen amenities. Highly recommended!

Nice clean house right on the beach. Good supply of beach chairs provided at the house. All rooms were clean and well kept. Would come back again.

Recently stayed here with a group of girlfriends and it was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out and enough bathrooms/sinks for 11 ladies. Right on the beach and plenty of beach chsirs and umbrellas to use in the storage. Kitchen was well stocked and the additional bev fridge with ice maker was definitely a plus. Would definitely rent again.

The house was in a great location within walking distance to the boardwalk. Beach access was great and plenty of parking.

This place was perfect for our group of 10, including 2 families and 5 kids. The private beach access was so convenient. The outdoor shower made coming back in from the beach so much better. The decks were spacious with great views and provided extra space to spread out and relax. The kitchen was decently stocked. The property managers were very accessible and responsive via text. Overall it was a fabulous vacation!

It was a great time for all our family. The rental company was easy to work with and responded quickly to any texts or emails I sent.
