The location and the view

It needs a thorough clean including steam cleaning the carpets in the bedrooms.

The view was fantastic. Proximity to the lake, beach and walks around the lake.

The property was clean but some areas may need a bit more attention. We provided the property manager with a short list of areas that might need attention.

Location and quiet surrounds. Apartment was very spacious.

The apartment was very cold and there was no heater in the communal area. There were no small bottles of shampoo or body wash. We paid for the linen hire and we only received one pillow slip per bed even though there were 2 pillows per bed and there were no face cloths included in the linen hire. Also the tea and coffee supplies were poorly stocked and there was no small complimentary milk.

they do not supply sheets towels and linen and we were unaware of this and had to purchase our own. booking.com section regarding being your own linen is not easy to find or see until you realize you were suppose to bring your own linen. the property does not supply wifi and the check in process takes you back to the 1980s where you have to go and pickup your key and even fill in a form with regó and drivers license. when you check out you have to go out of your way to go back and drop the key in. this system is very outdated

Beautiful balcony with views. Lovely furnishings, spacious, comfortable beds, nice big showers. 😊
