Got sent wrong code to enter the building so had to wait in pouring rain with cases.When I rang the duty manger who was driving home asked me to ring him back in 10 minutes , We finally had shelter from the weather . There were no utensils , well 2 forks and a knife , no frying pan , 1 pan . leak in en-suite sink hanging off wall . matress filthy! stained , the write up said there would be fresh milk in fridge so didn’t bring any ! there was none the list could go on !this all led to a very miserable stay .

The only thing was the seating if you watched a film after an hour your arse got sore,

Quiet location good access to town centre and bars.

Lodge itself was very nice however seating area could have been more comfortable but was adequate. Bathroom sink was too small and it failed to have any slow running hot water and shelf on mirror above hindered being able to use sink adequately.

We were in a Lodge - Modern and seemed quite new. Three rooms - bedroom, shower room with loo, kitchen area with TV. Small outside area. Very clean. Generally comfortable. Well situated for local Asda, Goodsheds, Pumphouse and High Street so lots of restaurants locally. Very good communication with Urban Space. Convenient parking (at extra cost).

The apparent was so comfortable and spacious and the location was perfect. I will definitely return it had everything we needed there lovely shower very comfortable bed . The surround sound speakers were perfect and with the rooms being sound proof you couldn't even hear anything outside the front door . The parking was close by at an extra cost but was worth paying . Thank you

That is was spacious, bed was comfy & shower was amazing. So perfect mostly included what was wrong but it was so lush all together honestly just few things weren’t ok. But can’t fault it and would stay again! Didn’t want to leave.

We got in a noticed a chair was broke, the sofa was dirty, one of the blinds was broke. A oven rack wasn’t clean a full of grease so couldn’t use. The bin was dirty so we had to clean it and still smelled like a garage truck. There was a coffee machine but no pods to use or sugar which is fine just wanted to try it. It was nice to sleep at just very noisy from other apartments due to slamming of doors or shouting. Tele didn’t work for a day think it’s a wifi connection to the tele.

spacious , great use of space. Exceptionally clean great location for train into Cardiff and only a 10 min walk to the beach. Great urban food and independent boutique shops next door at the Good Sheds

location was great for closeness to some good facilities with goodsheds and academy nearby.

The cleanliness was not great - we found rubbish under the bed, used underwear up high in a wardrobe, spillages on floor, and lots of cobwebs in the eaves. areas of high usage were clean but hidden places weren’t tended to which made us believe the cleaners do a “surface level” clean between occupants.

Location was great. Nice and modern. Spacious. Good value. Clean.

Toilet seat was loose. Could do with more towels. TV remote in living room didn't work. These issues did not affect our stay but they are the only issues I can think of.

Property exceeded my expectations and I thought it already looked good from the images beforehand. Everything was neatly organized and professional on arrival

Some of the furniture were damaged on arrival, the bin was also damaged though these were minor.

The apartment was clean. The beds are comfy. Showers are really nice! Location is perfect! There is an Asda very close by and doesn’t take long to get to the town centre. Car park is literally 1 minute from the apartment.

We were allocated Apartment 2… While knowing we were bringing our 3 year old and 1 year old, the steep stairs were easily accessible to them. Stair gate was not available to us so had to put our pram there the whole stay and constantly keep our children away otherwise they would’ve fallen down the stairs! Another door should be put there or a stair gate should available. The window handle in the first bedroom is broken. We were provided a broken travel cot so had to get in contact with the company. The lady we spoke to was really nice and the manager did come round an hour later as he was in Cardiff but meant we couldn’t go out as it was too late. The remote control in the living room was very hard to use. It needs to be replaced or batteries need to be changed! Same goes for the remote in the first bedroom. It doesn’t work at all and the back is broken! The washing bowl was cracked so we couldn’t use it. The spatular was bent. Barely useable. The heaters around the apartment don’t come on until a certain temperature so you can’t choose a lower temperature if you wanted. The heater by the front door stays on 5, you can’t adjust it so it’s freezing down there! A chest of drawers would be much easier to store clothes and our children’s clothes during the stay but instead we had to store them in these tight cupboards/wardrobes… This whole apartment needs checking over! We stayed in apartment 11 last time and had no issues. It was perfect! So we came back and was given this apartment and I’m very disappointed! I personally think we should be able to choose which apartment we would like. I would happily wait for the apartment of my choice on a different week if it’s not available the dates I previously chose. Please have this apartment checked over again and maybe the others just incase… We spent a lot of money on this apartment and it definitely was not value for money for what we received. I would like my money back to be honest.

The place was very clean. It was very well located. We would stay there again.

The beds were not the best. Also our particular apt. was above a bar which did have some noise. Fortunately, it closed at 11:00 P.M.

Liked how modern the appartment was and was very clean. Really enjoyed our stay.

This property was exellent in all ways from the modern look, the build in sound system to the modern kitchen, it was in a very clean state. The location was good with bars and restaurant all around. I would certainly want to stay there again.

The main problem I had was actualy with Booking .com as they tried to over charge me by £105 for this property. Needless to say I wont be using them again.

The property was modern, clean and well appointed. The toiletries and cleaning pack were thoughtful, welcome additions.

The electric radiators made a great amount noise especially noticeable during the night even when they were set to low temperatures.

The audio system was really good. The place was very clean and very modern.
