Clean towels daily, room refreshed daily, great shower,, friendly staff gave us plates, silverware, napkins, and Ketchup to use, great breakfast and kitchen staff who kept items replenished and warm and who kept area uber clean.

No microwaves in room, tv choices very limited except for things you had to pay for, balcony door was pretty dirty.

Location was the only thing I liked and the elevators were quick and roomy

I chose this higher priced hotel because I thought it would be worth having a little more comfort during my stay. Wrong! It was obvious they spared expense in putting this hotel together - it smelled like it was still off gassing from using cheap building materials - chrome and cheap linoleum, very cold feeling to walk into. It was raining when I arrived and 2 hotel vans were parked under the front door loading/unloading area so I had to park and unload in the rain. Their computer system was glitchy and check-in took awhile. The glassware in my room was dirty (all of it!) - lip marks around the rim and greasy fingerprints - so gross. The room had a cheap linoleum floor and no kitchenette area that I expected. The little,cheap refrigerator froze the clementines that I had brought, ironically not the freezer packs. There was barely any horizontal space to put the food that I did bring with me. It would have cost more to have the "lake view" so I didn't opt for that and ended up having to use the blackout curtain to block all the traffic and parking lot lights to sleep. Walls and floor thin so was kept awake by the people in the room above me - tv and foot traffic noise. I could hear the person in the next room blowing their nose. The bed mattress was so soft I sunk down in like a broken down couch and the pillows provided a good neck ache in the morning. Then I got a wake up call at midnight - that I didn't order! The food was gross for breakfast - couldn't even find a bagel that looked edible. Everything was the cheapest you could possibly buy - all white bread and bagels, the "strawberries" were mushy and some kind of muddy mauve color. The fresh fruit wasn't fresh. And the best part about the seating area is that there were signs saying you couldn't bring in any outside food or beverages into the area.

According to my mother, the waffles at breakfast were too hard. She mentioned that cutting the waffle was so hard, she ended up picking it up to eat it (from her hand)!

Breakfast was decent. Had all the regular food, no waffle or pancake machines though. Coffee was ok, don't think it was Starbucks even though it said so. Very nice outside area with firepits and Lake view. Have bar and special coffees for extra $.

The inside looked newly remodeled.

The lake view rooms are kinda a joke. Looks nothing like what’s pictured on the website. The beds we’re very uncomfortable. They had lots of dogs in rooms around us and we could hear yapping and whining.

I asked for extra blankets and there wasn’t extra like I thought. it was a pillow not comforter in the black zipper bag. I was already in pjs so was cold all night

The room was clean and smelled good. The shower was fantastic with good pressure and long-lasting hot water. Very comfortable bed pillows. Room darkening blinds worked perfectly.

"Resturaunt/Bar" very disappointing. Only wine and beer at bar, very few options on the limited food menu. Heater in room was rather loud when kicking in, and the thermostat clicked very loud when cycling on and off (not good for a lite sleeper). Could also hear water lines banging in the wall when the shower was in use in the other room.
