Wonderful property right on the beach. Everything was clean, comfortable and the beach chairs and umbrella were a wonderful surprise. Would definitely go back!

We had a great experience at this condo! One problem is that the master bathroom shower did not drain when we first got there but we text them about the issue. They fixed it the same day and we didn’t have a problem since. It’s a perfect location!

Check in was easy and communication with owners/iTtip was great. A few hickups with no parking pass but was issued with one later! Problems with showers & tv but was resolved efficiently. Could be a bit cleaner in a few places but overall good.

Always a great time at the Vistas

The condo was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was by far the best stocked I’ve ever had meaning dishes and cooking items. My primary complaint would be the dishwasher. I had to wash all dishes by hand the entire week because the dishwasher was useless regardless of the instructions posted. This is a plus on vacation- not to worry about washing dishes! The other suggestion I would give is to check the TVs and remotes, dead batteries and useless cable boxes. Just an unnecessary hassle. But all said I would book this condo again.

This condo was exactly as advertised and more. Directly on the beach. Pool was nice also. Our trip was interrupted by hurricane Idelia but our host kept us informed on when it was clear to return. Would definitely recommend and return. Thanks for everything.

The room and furnishings were beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The beach is awesome and the nearby resort rents chairs, daybeds and umbrellas. My only complaint is the pool is smaller and it is not cleaned everyday so it can get quite cloudy from sunscreen and too many people in it.

Stay was very nice. 2nd bedroom was a little tight You definitely need a noise machine or something for the road noise at night. Very easy walk to beach. Owners respond quickly to texts. Would stay again

Overall a wonderful property and ideal location. We had a few issues (no pack n play in the unit as requested, one TV never worked, and a shower clogged), but once we brought the issues to the attention of the management, they were prompt, communicated very well, and timely.

Wonderful location in a beautiful condo on the most amazing beach! Will be back!!

This condo was a great place to stay. Right on the beach, has a pool and hot tub(which was inaccessible due to a failure), and convenient to lots of places.

This condo was incredibly nice and clean equipped with everything we needed. Despite being noisy because of the traffic from the street, the location was amazing where it’s literally right on the beautiful St Pete beach that we love. Also close to everything and the everywhere we needed to go. Absolutely loved it!

Great area and great condo. Easy check in and clean comfortable condo! During our 2 week stay, the main shower started draining slow. We called the maintenance # and they fixed it the next day. Very satisfied with our stay!

My family and I stayed for 4 days and had a wonderful time! Excellent location! Our flight was delayed and we did not arrive to the unit until about midnight, and we were so grateful all the info we had received to get into the unit was available to us and we had no trouble. Unit was spotless when we arrived and had everything we could need. Beds were comfortable and appliances and bathrooms are all updated. Once we needed to text our host and they responded very quickly. Steps away to a pool and the beach. Quiet complex, fabulous location and loved that Alexa welcomed us and had some information for us:)) The unit is close to the road which is a busy one so I was not sure if I would sleep well being a light sleeper. I just put my white noise app on and slept like a baby. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!! Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our time here. The location is great, close to restaurants and the beach! The heated pool and hot tub were a favorite and warm enough for swimming in December. It is on a main road and the front room is right, but was as listed.

Our family loved everything about our stay. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Vistas. Extremely clean, great location and amenities. Few cons were the master shower was beautiful but not functional. Be careful of water getting all over floor. If traveling with younger kids beware the tall chairs on the balcony and the fire/sprinkler right next to the top bunk in the second bedroom. We were told our check out time was 11 but cleaning crews greeted us as we were leaving at 10. Other than those minor things, definitely would stay here again!

This rental was perfect for our family of four. The condo is super close to the beach, had a nice pool, and the host was very easy to communicate with.

The condo was perfect for our family of 6. If was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the location was great. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, and beach access. The views were great, even being street side/bay view. We cannot wait to come back.
