Dropping off our daughter at a nearby camp and decided to stay overnight for a little beach excursion. This lovely cottage was just right! Clean, quiet and close to the beach and town. Just right for what we needed!

For 2 people this cottage was just perfect The walk to the beach was an easy one.The view from the porch was pleasant. The neighborhood was quiet. The cottage was pristine.

Cottage was as advertised. Location was great and convenient. Communication with host was great. Weather was pretty severe while we were there, place was very soundly built. Adorable decor.

We were dissatisfied with linen service follow up. Wrong dates were recorded snd difficulty getting the linen service contact info. Also mix up on check out date.

This place is adorable but incredibly small. The bathroom is sufficient with the exception of the walls not going to the ceiling. Basically anyone sitting in the rest of the unit can hear everything going on in the bathroom. Fortunately, we're a married couple but it was a little odd when we had a friend over. We expected to bring our linens, but thought there would at least be soap, shampoo, paper towels, and extra toilet paper. There weren't. Fortunately, there's a Food Lion just down the road so we could grab what we needed. The access to the beach was great and the proximity to restaurants and bars was great too. The bed was very comfortable and overall, we enjoyed our stay. Stefan, the owner, was very responsive and very helpful. It's a cute little spot in Atlantic Beach.

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway. Just the two of with a beautiful view of the ocean from the kitchen. Beach was great for combing for shells and fishing for my husband.

Nice and quiet, quant, cozy, clean, 100 feet from the beach, close to grocery store, restaurants as well as fast food if that’s what you want. Owners were very friendly and accommodating to any needs or suggestions we had, and gracious. We will return cause this is a hidden jewel At Atlanta Beach, not to mention its very updated unique!

I can't say enough good things about the Little Mermaid cottage. We chose it because of all of the glowing reviews. We were not disappointed . Stefan, the owner, took our phone call the night before and graciously answered all of our questions. He was very kind. He even gave us helpful hints about the area to make our stay better. The directions to the cottage were easy to follow. We found it with no trouble, parked, and went right in with no delay. Upon opening door the place smelled and looked immaculately clean. The space was well designed and tastefully decorated with a mermaid theme. We felt comfortable immediately. The location was perfect: a short walk to the beach; and several restaurants a couple of blocks away. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet at night. When we return to Atlantic Beach, this is the place we'll check for availability first.

Great little cottage, perfect for 2 people, very clean and well kept. The location is perfect and you can sit on the porch and see the ocean! We really hated to leave and will definitely be back! I highly recommend this cottage for your next getaway to Atlantic Beach!

We were stuck in a rainstorm. Never got the entry code from the person. Therefore, we went elsewhere! Very disappointing & avoiding VRBO!

Loved the location. Right on beach. Could hear the waves from the porch, which was great to have your morning coffee. Place is adorable with just enough room. Definitely planning on staying again.

Wonderful weekend rental. Enjoyed our 2 days. Had easy access to the beach and right near plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

This is the third time we've stayed at the property. The location is so close to the beach. We enjoy relaxing on the porch in the morning and evening. It's just right for two people. The property owner is very attentive and was able to address our minor issue quickly and efficiently. Overall, this place is great. We plan on returning in the future.

This little cottage is so perfect for a couple. My husband and I enjoyed our visit so much! Just a very short walk across the sand to the beach. Beach views from the covered porch are nice! Great area for dining and drinks. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants, bars, donut shop, and brewery! Excellent location! We will definitely be staying at this little gem again!!!

My husband and I stayed in this cutely decorated guest house to attend a beach wedding. It was a perfect location and a perfect place for two. Loved being basically beachfront and so close to shops, yet it was quiet. Some reviews mentioned no blinds or place to hang clothes but both were there. I brought my own iron, beach chairs and even floor length mirror so we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Superb decision.

This cute little studio was perfect for my daughter and I to stay at for the weekend. I didn’t have to drive anywhere unless we wanted to. We cooked our own food, This was our first time renting a house instead of a hotel and it was much better! The owner was easy to reach with any questions.
