The house was very clean and a perfect family home for a wedding weekend. Our host Joanna was very accommodating and let my daughter move into the house in the morning after a redeye flight from DC. Thank you Joanna! Plenty of room and lots of windows. Great experience overall. We will stay there again on our next visit!

The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. The host was responsive and accomodating - we'd love to stay again! The long term renters in the basement level were no issue for us - we were barely aware they were there.

We gathered as a family for the memorial service of my father's passing. The house was a perfect size for my husband and I to be there with our 4 adult childten .Then later after the service family came over for a time of fellowship and being together. It was the perfect place for what we needed. Thank you so much!! Clean and comfortable with a retro feel. It reminded us of my mother in laws home. :)

Nice peaceful place to stay after long hot days in the sun at silverwood. A/C worked wonderfully and all around nice place with comfy beds and couches.

The home was well supplied, neighborhood very quiet. With varying ages the home was well laid out. The purpose of our visit was to visit Silverwood Theme Park and the distance was no problem.

No TV services or TV's in any of the bedrooms. People living in the basement of the house.

Our stay was nice and comfortable, with plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely stay again, we were close to the Hub which our niece was playing VB.

Property was spacious. Home is older but very very well maintained. We did not do any cooking as we were visiting relatives but kitchen was very well stocked. Would gladly stay at this home again.

I liked this property because it was very roomy and welcoming. The decor was perfect not to much or to little. It was a home away from home. It was unique in that they allowed smoking on the property and had a specific instruction on where to dispose of them which we greatly appreciated. It also had a beautiful yard to view ie a garden and beautiful flowers that were all in bloom. It was easy to find and close to the interstate for easy travels. It is an absolutely wonderful place!

This house is well stocked & comfortable and in a very convenient location to anything you’d like to do.

Very clean and worked well for our large family
We have stayed at this property twice and it works well for our family of 8 — 6 kids ranging from under 1 year up to 15 years old. There are plenty of beds, a decently stocked kitchen, and it’s near everything in Post Falls. If you’re coming up for an even like Confirmation at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church or St. Joan’s Catholic Church, then it’s very close to both.

Very clean house, great communication with manager
The home was just as listed, nice big family food with a very comfy couch. We had just about everything we needed in the kitchen to cook many meals there. We got a good amount of snow during our stay and my kids had a blast in the back yard.
I didn’t realize the “other rental” on the property was people who live in the basement, but we had zero issues.
Overall great stay! Joana was very helpful and very quick to respond to any requests.

Beautiful home!
This property was very clean, well-stocked, and was very nice overall. The neighborhood was a little run down and there was quite a bit of noise from the nearby school — children screaming and school bells.

Wonderful experience overall
We had a wonderful stay in Post Falls. The home was clean, well equipped, and more than enough room for my wife and I, our two young children, my mother, and an adult cousin of mine and his young daughter. The location was great, good quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and I-90. The host Joanna was very informative and provided several food and entertainment recommendations. Would definitely recommend this property and host! Thanks again, Joanna!

Great Stay!
We had a wonderful time here! The house was very comfortable with plenty of space. Well stocked kitchen! Joanna was absolutely wonderful to work with and very flexible, allowing us to check in early and answered any questions that we had quickly.

Nice place to stay
The rental was very nice and clean. It was fully equipped with everything you need. The property is well maintained and looked just like what is shown online. The only thing that I wasnt aware of, which I may have overlooked when making the reservation is the house is shared with another renter, but their entrance to their rental is located on the other side of house. We share the same laundry room. The property is located on a quiet street. Joanne, the owner of rental, seems very hospitable although our contacts was only through text messaging. I would recommend this place as it is a great base home to travel to Spokane and CDA.

Perfect house for family stay in the Post Falls area
This property was perfect for our stay in the Post Falls area. Our group was 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The sleeping arrangements were perfect and all of the bedrooms are on the main level. The dining and living room area were roomy enough for all of us to gather in the evenings without it being crowded. This property is centrally located with good access to Silverwood, Couer D'Alene, and Spokane. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in the area.
