Everything was perfect! I love love love the location… and the room was spotless!! Everything we needed was right there and we WILL be staying again!!!

The property is beautiful and clean and the room was as well! The property manager was extremely helpful and communication was excellent. The location is great too. Everything we needed was provided and we loved the convenience of having a microwave, coffee maker and fridge. The tub was amazing and fills up fast! It was very quiet and relaxing and everything was just as described in the listing. We highly recommend!

Our stay exceeded our expectations! Beautiful/ clean room (along with the jacuzzi tub) provided a very relaxing end to each eventful day of shopping and taking in the counties rolling hills. It’s perfect for a small getaway!

It was the most amazing sleep we have had in a long time! The grounds are well maintained, our sitting area was just the right size for us. The only thing I wish we had during our stay was a fire pit like some of the other units. But the cabin was spotless, very spacious, the entry way was well lit, clean & inviting. Overall we enjoyed a peaceful & restful weekend. It was exactly what we needed.

Nestled in some pine woods and very private, we stayed at the "Farmhouse" which has about 5 suites in it. Looks like a redone barn when you arrive, only to walk into a beautiful common area with couches and an ice machine. Each suite is named and has a pushbutton lock. The Cottonwood suite was beautiful, clean with beautiful views . The room had a gas fireplace, jacuzzi, and a huge bathroom. Also, a nice kitchen area and very quiet. Once you rent here, you won't go elsewhere. They also have tree houses. Truly a. great place to stay.

Relaxing, quite

My husband and I had a great time, the suite is so much bigger than the pictures. The farmhouse was quiet and peaceful. We will for sure be back.

It was a close drive to get places. The room was nice for two people. It was quiet. Other people were staying and we never heard noises. The shower was big and the jacuzzi tub was relaxing.

Excellent! Close to food and shopping. The driveway is very narrow. Be sure to look out.

This was quick and easy. Very friendly people to work with. Neat and clean and just the right size.

The property was as pictured. The suites are in a secluded area just off the main road. Our stay was extremely quiet which was a good thing. There were three other couples staying there the same night but we never saw anyone. With no check in it was like we had to place our self. There was one major drawback that kept me from giving this five stars. The television service. There are instructions in the room that show you how to navigate to YouTube live TV which I did the first night. The television is trying to stream a signal from Wi-Fi and it took quite a long time to get YouTube live TV up and running. Once I selected the show and started to watch it the signal would start to re-buffer every minute or two and it would last for 15 to 30 seconds. It was so annoying I just gave up. The second night I thought I would try again and when I tried to find YouTube live TV it was not on the list. Amazon prime was there so I started that service I was able to use my phone and my password to activate it and I thought I would be able to watch something from my list on Amazon prime but when I selected it it buffered for two or three minutes and eventually just gave me an error code. Again extremely annoying and I just shut it off!! The Wi-Fi was sufficient for my phone so I ended up watching a movie on my phone. If you’re planning to watch television at night to entertain yourself bring an iPad forget the TV! With that said as long as you can navigate around the problem with the television you will enjoy your stay it was peaceful and quiet.

the perfect getaway

The property was exactly what we wanted. The building and room was very very clean, bed was comfortable, jacuzzi was fun and relaxing. They supplied "real" dishes and glasses. The shower was huge! And the chairs on the little patio outside our door was nice as we like to sit outside in the early morning for prayer/reflection. We didn't use it but there's a personal BBQ grill as well. There's also an easy accessible ice machine in the lobby. We plan to come back sometime this summer!

Beautiful room and grounds! Bed was awesome with a lot pillows. Tub was very cool with great lighting with a real nice fireplace. Shower was humongous.

My husband and I have been to the miller’s burg area multiple times and had never heard of this place. We were VERY pleased with our stay. It was just off the beaten path and it was GORGEOUS!! Usually the pictures make places look better than they are… this place, the pictures didn’t do it justice!!! Very quiet, never saw another guest the whole time we were there and that’s how we like it!

This was just about the cutest suite ever. First of all the drive-in with the big beautiful evergreens, I felt like I was in some other state than Ohio. The suite is just adorable so well appointed. Cozy is the best word I can come up with. The bathroom is beautiful. It was just what we needed

This place is amazing! So relaxing. From the initial drive through the pines we knew this place was going to be something special. Pulling up to the front door, our expectations were even higher. The suite lived up to and beyond these expectations. We had such a relaxing stay. Will definitely make this our go to place to stay.

My husband and I stayed at the Cottonwood Suite a couple nights for our honeymoon and it was AMAZING! Everything was very convenient, clean, and beautifully done. Very private and quiet. Awesome jacuzzi and shower. Cozy patio with comfortable chairs. Great location as well, about 10 minutes from Millersburg and the main shopping strip in Berlin. One complaint - the curtains didn't block light the best so the room was a bit bright when trying to fall asleep and also in the morning. Overall, we loved it so much and didn't want to leave. We will be back!!!
