Very tastefully decorated. It was clean and had everything that we needed (including beach supplies). The home is in a quiet neighborhood, we always felt safe. It is not far to the airport and many public beach areas. There are restaurants that are a short drive that we enjoyed (try Grandpas pizza, it’s delicious). This was an adult trip so there were only the two of us, but we would definitely be able to stay here with our entire family!

A few things to improve the stay would be better pillows, a clean sponge and dish wand, and some directions on how the TV works. Could never even turn on the TV in the master. We enjoyed spending most of our time out by the pool. The refrigerator, grill, and TV made it unnecessary to go inside for extended lengths of time. The location was perfect for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. A great time was had by all!

The front room is a bit sparse on furniture. Adding 2 chairs would be a great asset. The carpet in the smaller bedroom is worn and should be replaced with the other flooring that is throughout the rest of the home.

The accommodations were excellent, with great management! It had everything we needed for our stay in Florida! I highly recommend it!!

There is a chalkboard that had a welcome note and a stock of supplies we would need such as laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. Was nice not to have to buy them for the short stay we had. Overall a good experience. Located off of Old 41 and close to a wedding venue we attended. Quite neighborhood. Easy access to freeways and shopping areas. All rooms were clean and well maintained. Nice pool area. The only things that I might recommend is better labeling for the light switches and directions for the television usage. (all minor things). Would recommend and would stay again.

Vey nice and quiet neighborhood! House was very comfortable and clean! Beach was about 10 minutes away (Barefoot Beach) and had to pay $8 to park. TV was a bit odd as we were only able to watch via Roku - no regular tv programming. Overall a nice stay!

Beautiful landscaping, clean pool, well maintained inside and out. Comfortable beds, nicely decorated, plenty of storage space, access to an iron/ironing board, washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms- (master shower was AMAZING). Plenty of space to fit 6 ladies and ALL the stuff. So relaxing to lounge by the pool with cocktails during the day, nice lounge chairs and floaties, big beach towels. Outdoor kitchen was convenient with a fridge, so as not to have to go inside to grab a drink after being wet in the pool. Grill access to have a cookout and a big table for 6 outside for eating or playing cards. In the evening we had a short drive to Naples for nightlife, or plenty of restaurants nearby in Bonita Springs for a more laid back dinner. We ate most breakfasts and lunches poolside because- when you have such a beautiful pool- why not? Enjoyed a day at nearby Fort Myers Beach and was thankful to have numerous beach chairs, coolers, a wagon, beach blanket, towels, and blue tooth speaker for our use. We booked a Tiki Boat cruise and afterwards ate on the water one night and also went kayaking and were lucky to have the dolphins swim close by us, such a fun experience and all within a 10 minute drive of the house. Plenty of shopping, grocery stores, convenience spots nearby to stock up for your stay, grab forgotten items, or enjoy browsing at the shops in Coconut Point or Miromar Outlets. We will definitely book again and have thought it would also be a great place for families to stay. Highly recommend this place as it has anything you would need for your "home away from home," the owner has really thought of everything to ensure you have a relaxing time away in a gorgeous place. I would give this 10 stars if I could! Miss it already!

The interior is so nicely decorated and well kept up. The place was very clean! We found the beds to be very comfortable. Landscape was 2nd to none. Mastersuit was perfect. Don't forget to read the handbook...had I done that I would have known the Master suit shades close by remote. Quiet. Never heard any traffic noise. Will be back.

Everything was easy from start to finish. We all had a great time. The house was awesome and we hated to leave. But I’m sure we will be back

This is one of the very few instances where the property was far better than the pictures and description were able to describe. And the pictures and description were wonderful. The home has every amenity we could have hoped for and a few more. Incredibly well appointed to say the least. Easy to get to, short 10-15 minute drive to beaches with shells galore and breath-taking sunsets. Especially Lover's Key which we absolutely loved! Tons of shopping and restaurants close by and yet it doesn't feel crowded or busy. Property manager was extremely attentive making sure we had everything we needed and that we were happy with our stay. Our only very minor complaint was the king bed was by our standards very firm. The managers and owners were very interested and gave us the impression that they would be correcting this very soon. I cannot recommend this property high-enough and sincerely would rent it again without hesitation next time we are in the area.

Two couples and their children fit perfectly in this home. The home was beautiful decorated with a modern, beachy theme. The master was spacious, had a comfortable king-sized bed, and the shower was amazing! The second largest room has a comfortable queen bed, slider leading directly to the pool. The bathroom is right between this room and the third room for easy access from both rooms at night. The children slept in the third bedroom on the full-sized bed; however, the place is spacious enough to put up air mattresses if needed. The kitchen is a nice size, with a bar right off it and had anything that one could need. We wanted to stay inside as much as possible, so cooked our meals at home. There is a nice dining table for dinner as well as a breakfast nook right off the kitchen, but we ate most meals outside at the patio table. There is a gas grill in the outdoor kitchen and another refrigerator for keeping drinks cool when lounging poolside, which is where we lived during the entirety of our stay. The kids were in the pool from sunup until sundown. There are plenty of floats. We usually found ourselves floating around, listening to music, enjoying cocktails in the evenings. There is a plug in the living room to hook up both Android and iPhone for music through the pool speakers. The home is in a nice area of Bonita Springs. We went running each morning and we took evening walks. It is close to all the beaches. We did not take a beach trip this time, but there were beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler for renters. It is very close to shopping, Coconut Point, Miromar Outlets. There are also several restaurants with outdoor seating nearby. There is an ice cream place nearby where we took the kids and walked down to a café and had a beer outside while the kids ate. This was the perfect place to go on a staycation as we had so much fun without barely leaving. We will be back!
