It was self catering and very close to the old town. The studio is small but efficiently laid out, and has everything you could need, including a small stove top, kettle, coffee machine and microwave. The wifi was excellent as was the aircon, which was badly needed in the heat. The hosts were accommodating and responsive to any queries

The local public transport is very difficult to navigate and the tourist bureau were not terribly helpful. I think a car is a must in Pezenas

The studio was impeccable. It was well appointed and warm. The decor was fresh and modern but kept the character of the building with exposed stone walls. The location was perfect near a little park and right in the centre of the town .We would certainly stay here again if we are in the area.

The location was perfect for us. within walking distance of town centre. parking was a real bonus too at the property. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The studio apartment had all we required for a very nice holiday break.

Clean, comfortable and ideal location for us. right near the Saturday market and close to shops, bakery and restaurants

It is located on a noisy busy road lots of cars go up and down from very early in the morning

The property is in a great location, only a few minutes walk from the main town area. The kitchen is really well equipped and I loved the little study area which was very useful for making some work calls (the Wifi worked perfectly). Anaïs was incredibly accommodating with our timings and gave us a lift to the airport at a much cheaper rate than local taxis - thank you!

The pillows on the bed aren't too comfortable, but as we only stayed a couple of night it was okay.

Arrived in torrential rain and were made very welcome by Cedric & Anáis with umbrellas and assistance from car. Despite old appearances from entrance was beautifully renovated with good quality fittings and everything needed in a spacious studio. Quirky layout complimenting the room shape. we ordered breakfast separately which was brought to our room and served at our table. Handy robes in wardrobe. Easy 5 minute level walk into pleasant little town to restaurants and shops. Parking at rear right under our window. Small kitchenette offering the opportunity to prep a meal in room. Sofa bed / settee, noticed a privacy screen. handy for mixed groups.

Confusing entrance on busy road but once hosts saw us, came out to guide us to parking area which was two right turns away from house bring us to the rear. This was a relief.

Great location close to the old town, beautiful decor, excellent facilities and set-up. I could cook my own food, wander into the old town, and generally felt very comfortable, well looked after and free.

Small, but beautiful modern apartment with excellent value for money, almost ideal location with private parking behind the house - only a minute‘s walk to the heart of Penzenas

Traffic noise in the morning and during the day (but quiet at night); but as you don‘t travel to Penzenas to stay inside all day, not a big problem really
