Great place to stay, grab your bikes and bike to downtown or walk to the ski hill. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I was a bit disappointed not to hear about moving up the checkin by a few hours until 2 hours prior to the stated checkin time. Just hard to plan arrival without more notice. Then there was no bar soap provided for the bathrooms. Instead there was one little tiny travel size bottle of liquid soap for each bathroom. So I had to go buy bar soap for 3 bathrooms. Not a big expense but it should be provided at the price of this rental. The kitchen counter was dirty but I could not find spray cleaner so also had to buy that to clean the kitchen counter. The trash receptacle in the kitchen was not working properly and had evidently been noted by prior renters. One of the ceiling fans in the master would not work properly at high speed which was needed due to the summer heat. Finally, although I paid a cleaning fee the checkout instructions required us to do several things that should be included in a cleaning.

I booked this property because it said no pets allowed. I was super disappointed to learn upon checkin that this was not a pet free rental. There was dog hair EVERYWHERE. The floors. couches amd pillows were covered in hair.

Well stocked kitchen with plenty of refrigerator space. Surface level clean but could use deeper cleaning-in corners, under beds. Pots, pans and baking pans getting pretty worn.

This property is AWESOME! The location is great! There was more than enough room for 5 adults and 2 children. Parking for 3 cars was appreciated. The new hot tub was perfect at the end of the day. Chris is very informative and responsive. I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The property has all the amenities we could expect and the location was a short walk to a public transportation stop. The layout is perfect for a large group.

Overall a great location to the mountain and ski area. Riding the bus was simple and easy walk from house. The house was clean and very nice amenities. Hot tub was great to use after skiing each day.
Recommendations:
- more towels for large groups especially with hot tub
- hanging racks for coats and shoes in main entry way
- water pressure for showers

This was the perfect home to stay with a group. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was a great place to cook a meal for a group. A close walk to the base of the mountain or to the shuttle stop if you want to get downtown.

Perfect for our family of 10
We had an extended family vacation with 6 adults, 1 teen, and 3 toddlers. This place was perfect! Great family space and the rooms were spacious to escape to when we needed a little less family time. The neighborhood is awesome!! There are several trails, walking distance to the ski resort (lots of kids activities), close to a park. It was very quiet. A lovely getaway with everything you need.

Steamboat 2022
We completely enjoyed our stay in this well equipped, family friendly house. The location is wonderful. We communicated easily with Chris throughout our stay and he was very accommodating and prompt with his responses.
We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this house to others.
One note: a little hot the days we were there and no central air so a few more portable fans would be good to have on hand.
All in all, a great summer vacation 2022 in beautiful steamboat!

Perfect Ski House
Spacious house with easy access to Steamboat. Our group loved hanging out in the large living room, hanging out at the hot tub, and taking the shuttle all around Steamboat. Chris was a wonderful host who was very responsive and accommodating.

Great stay
Large home with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Clean. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Third level was perfect for kids. Loved that they had two full size refrigerators for us to use.

Great location, plenty of room
The house was much bigger than expected so everyone had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We really enjoyed the daily après-ski in the hot tub. Pro-tip: The shuttle stop by the house is one of the first on that route so it took a while to get to the mountain in the morning. Getting home on the shuttle was a breeze.

Spacious and serene
A really big house with really big living spaces. The master bedroom is enormous the master bath is enormous. All the other rooms are normal size. It is a one minute walk to the bus line. The bus ride to the gondola is about 10 or 20 minutes depending on which bus you catch. You can walk to the gondola which takes about 20 minutes. The hot tub is new appearing, large and clean.

Great house and great spot!!
This was our second time staying at this property. We still love it! It’s more than comfortable and the location is great. Kitchen has everything we needed. Plenty of TVs for everyone to watch whatever they wanted. Furniture could use some updating but other than that 👍🏼👍🏼.
It’s a 5 minute drive to the resort or 20 mins in the bus (shorter on the way back). We would easily stay there again.

Nice House
The townhome was spacious with very large bedrooms. We spent a week at the house, and skied at Steamboat during the week. The house is an easy walk in ski boots to the bus stop, and being an early stop on the bus route there was always space on the bus. We enjoyed the radiant floor heat, gas fireplace, and hot tub. The host was very responsive and we would stay there again.

Excellent Stay
We rented the property for a hunting trip/family vaycay. My wife and kids liked being in town close to activities & use of free bus which is right down the road. The house was clean upon arrival and easy to get too.

Great home for a group
This was the perfect spot for a group. It was two families, both with two young kids, and we each got our own floor! Communication from property manager was excellent and they were responsive. Kitchen was roomy for shared cooking, hot tub was wonderful, and beds & living room couch were super comfy. Appreciated the garage spot too. A close drive to town.

Awesome Group Accomodation
We stayed in this property with 12 adults and this place was perfect. Everyone had a bed, we were all able to gather in the living room together, and all had a chair at the dining room table. There was also plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware. Seems funny to mention, but plenty of places overlook this when advertising a place for a large group. The hot tub was a great activity in the fall. All12 of us did not use it at the same time :) In addition, there are other great perks like bikes, snowboots, and random touches that make the stay that much better.

Family enjoyed it all but with the unusual warm weather the 3rd floor was a little too warm. Kitchen was well equipped and the house was a good size for our party of 13.

Great Location and Housing for a Group!
Our group of about 10 adults had a fantastic time at this property. There was plenty of space for couples to get their own area and privacy, but a very large gathering area on the first floor of the house. The location to the bus stop to town was quick and convenient. It'd also be great for ski season! Chris was very informative, professional and quick to respond to any questions. Very happy with the overall experience and stay.
