The house and grounds were perfect - exactly what we were looking for. I love this lake because the water feels good no matter how hot it is outside, and there are big trees that provide shade if you want it. There were so many spaces for teens and adults to go from the dock below, dock above, and three deck areas, not too mention all the space inside. If you're getting in the water, a bit of advice - be VERY careful on the top concrete deck BEFORE the stairs into the water. It is very, very, slippery. After a couple of slips we ended up using a stiff brush to brush away some of the slippery stuff. Overall a great stay!

Really happy with the property and and even more happy and satisfied with the property management. all the instructions were prompt and clear and it was such an easy process to check in and out , we were about 12 adults and 4 kids and we all comfortably slept and had lot of fun there . will go back anytime

Overall the property was very nice that is why I decided to give it a 5 star rating. The issue I had was that we only had 1 kyak and should have been 2 they brought the other one the next day. There was a hole on the deck where one of the boards had fallen off and could have caused a serious injury if we had not noticed it. The last thing is the built in microwave was not working and had been replaced with a very small one. It was a good thing we weren’t counting on needing the bigger one because we would have been very disappointed.

Wonderful house, beautiful setting, nicely equipped - grands, parents and grandparents all had a great time! Highly recommend this property and would love to book again.

Our family enjoyed this beautiful home for 2 nights.
The home is perfect for kids and adults. The number of restrooms was greatly appreciated! The kitchen was adequately stocked with needed supplies and cookware. The lake deck was the hotspot as the kids and adults swam and boated. We really had a great time.

Great location and accommodations. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds are great; I slept better than I do at home. Everyone enjoyed the lake and outdoor spaces. We would absolutely reserve this house again.

The neighborhood is very quiet and well done. This position on the Colorado River feeding Lake LBJ is perfect... and on the good side of the river that allows afternoon shade, and the huge trees in front and back throw shade everywhere. The water was perfect temperature for swimming in June and the HUGE lilypad was a big perk for hanging out in the water with the kids.
Easy walk-in/walk-out steps into the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked all the meals for 15 of us for 5 days. The management company was responsive to the few needs we did have and resolved most. We had 8 adults and 8 kids (ages infant to 18 years) and this worked perfectly. We would have wanted a bathroom in the garage dorm room where the bunks are, but we knew that we would have to work around that. Having lots of parking for 4 cars and 2 boat trailers was a huge perk. Be sure to check out the emus that are kept on the adjacent farmland behind the porperty... kids loved that. Host facilitated a late check-out which made pack up so much less stress.

The home is beautiful and spacious! Every couple had a master bed with full bath inside the main home; pull out sofa chairs upstairs were perfect for the young children. The single adult had her own double bed with full bath above the bunk room in the bunk house; the bunk room is perfect for teens/pre-teens. There are multiple outdoor decks/patios for enjoying the views. Recommendations and warnings: Bring river shoes for the slippery steps and rocky lake bottom. If you use the lilly pad, do not touch the bottom of it, because there are razor sharp barnacles that slash; step on top and stay on top.

Perfect home and good location
This house was perfect for our group (4 families). The lily pad was fun and the assortment of outdoor tables made it easy to gather for games and laughter, so much laughter! The boat dock made it easy to meet the boats to ski. The bunkhouse was perfect for our boys, but it does not have a private bathroom. It shares with the 2nd floor bunkhouse bedroom/bath. Our workaround for this, was to turn the half bath (in main house) over to the boys and they used their parents bathroom for showers. Great house, you won’t regret booking this.

4 generations annual Lake trip
We have a wide age range from 1 to 80 on this trip. The house was the perfect accommodation!
One large master bedroom downstairs and two upstairs plus the garage apartment and bunk room! We all had space and places to gather!
We are very thankful for the stay!

So glad we booked this property as a group of friends to just enjoy the lake and get away for the weekend.
The house was well stocked with everything we needed to make our meals and to enjoy ourselves. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and sleep. Everyone was impressed with the house and we definitely would consider coming back!

Great location for extended family stay
We rented as overflow for a family gathering for a memorial service. The location is beautiful and the host was very helpful and accommodating. Beds were amazingly comfortable and the home is beautifully appointed.

Me and my family had a blast here , the cleanliness throughout the house was as clean as it gets ! We cooked a couple
Of days and all the kitchen ware needed was at reach . Now the back yard leading to the boat dock and the river itself is amazing the view in the day and night is something we really enjoyed ! Brought my own jet skis and docked them on the lifts designated for the skis , we rode a lot of the time there and enjoyed the River . As for the swimming my toddlers enjoyed the orange mat tide off to the side . Overall the stay was more than what we expected , definitely coming back !

Great family retreat
Wonderful house, close to water's edge, boat friendly (except no local launch ramp), river is very busy and wake is constant- it made swimming with children a little challenging. We found that taking our boat to a cove made for a better swimming experience. Overall great house!
