The stay was pleasant and we will return. Only three issues. There no bath clothes, bathing soap and not enough glasses. Also there were no printed instructions as to garbage pickup.

Great property especially for the price. Home is not brand new but is clean and well located. My son caught fish off the back dock every night and it is an easy walk across the road to the beach.

This is our second year to stay at this same place. Location is amazing! However, the kitchen is lacking on being stocked. There are several areas from last year that needed repair, like walls that had been patched but never painted. From the VRBO pics we were planning on using the boat lift and were told just a few days before that they did not work and we’re not included it the rental. We used one last year. Just really disappointed this year.

We definitely recommend this house. The house/property was as advertised. Tom was great in answering our questions. We were a little concerned that we would regret not spending more $ to stay on the beach side but ended up loving being on the bay side and watching the boats pass by all day. Already planning to book again next summer and plan to bring our boat next time. As others have stated, the house could use a little TLC but it was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The deck was great for our 2 dogs and the massage chair was an added bonus after a long day fishing and at the beach. Can’t wait until next time.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The property gives you the best of both worlds! You have the Bay for fishing on one side and you have the Beach on the other side for swimming and fun in the sun. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. My husband and I agreed that we would be staying at this Wonderful Property again in the future.

More supplies provided than other rentals and No "Mandatory Requirements for departure like washing bedding and towels". Few outside light bulbs needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home

Great location on the bay. The island was perfect for a relaxing getaway.

This place rates a 5 for location. It has the beautiful bay views and is very short walk to the gulf side to enjoy the beach. Central location to everything. The place was clean in all the main areas; however could use a deep spring cleaning for under furniture, corners, on top of cabinets, decor up high. There are a few items needing maintenance as well..i.e. boards/nails sticking up, light bulbs needing replacing, broken hinges on blinds/doors in sitting room, broken lamp base...nothing major - just needs some TLC. Unfortunately they are building and repairing houses around this home, which made for a few very noisy days. We escaped to the beach when it got unbearable. Great place for 2-4 people and dogs. We loved that the deck which went around 3 sides of the house had gates to allow the dogs to roam freely when we were out on the deck. They had all the bare necessities covered hand soap, dish soap, sponges, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, towels, bedding, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils. Please note there are little to no condiments, spices, coffee as some places provide - no worries - just be aware so you can bring your own. Again best location - other than the noise - and a few additional touches could really add to a stay here. We would rent here again.

Property is very worn, especially the exterior deck and deck furniture. The location is nice and quiet, waterfront with excellent fishing opportunities. The interior of the house seems as if nobody has stayed there in quite awhile. Day one we could not get the TV to work...finally found the correct remote to the DISH system underneath a couch. LOTS of dirt, sand, and dust underneath all of the furniture. We washed the couch covers on day one also. One of the sliding doors in the master will not open and the windows are filthy. Massage chair in the master was a bonus and it works well. Leak underneath the kitchen sink is causing a nasty smell. Several light bulbs throughout the property need replacing. Overall not impressed, just needs somebody to care for it.

We loved staying at this property! Close walk to the gulf from the path across the street. We used the kayak and explored the bay side. My son caught a blue crab with the crab trap and a huge black drum fishing (released). The house was perfect for our family of four and two dogs!

Location, views, stocked kitchen, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, washer and dryer, with an amazing massage chair...absolute perfection...❤

This is our second stay in this property. Absolutely love the location. Fishing from dock. Breathtaking views of bay with wildlife and 360 sunrise/sets! Easy walk to gulf. Dog friendly. Everything we needed. Definitely paradise

The toilet chain was broken, the back door won’t stay closed, we had 4 wash clothes, maybe 6 towels. The light was out in the hallway bath, the tub won’t hold water and getting the faucets adjusted for hot water was a magical trick.

This house had perfect views and was so comfortable. It is located in just the right place on the island, close to food, close to beach. Very clean and had everything we needed. We will be back!

This home was PERFECT for our family of four + our Boxer. The house is not so “perfect” that we felt we were going to mess it up with our sandy feet and wet dog, but it was very clean, stocked nicely, and had a cute beach vibe. Wonderfully located! The back deck faced the bay and we fished daily from the pier/boat slip and we could also sit on the deck from the main bedroom and look at the Gulf across the street. The deck wrapped around 3 sides of the home and was perfect for our dog because it had latched gates where he could only get off the deck when we allowed it. The road directly in front of the house is not busy and we didn’t have to leash our dog to take him outside. Shops and one of the public beaches are within a 10 min walking distance. Full washer/ dryer helped with our laundry after a day at the beach. We also used 2 of the kayaks to tour the bay in the evening. This was a great home to spend our Thursday-Sunday trip.

Great location, great for kids, nice space, roomy and had everything we need. Owner was responsive to my emails ahead of time, kitchen had what we needed, great laundry room. The massage chair was an awesome bonus! Beautiful views. It was a little run down, but for kids (and those of you with dogs), it worked out well. Side note (and not related to the property): you will want to bring your own food, most restaurants were closed or short staffed with very long waits and there is no real grocery on the island. Luckily there is a great kitchen with all needed appliances for cooking! :)

For us this place was awesome! Planning on coming again! The only thing I would suggest would be more plastic ware like bowls with lids for food storage and bake ware. This is minor stuff for me just a little inconvenient. We are a fishing family so it would have been really nice to have the other boat lift working as well. 5 Star rating for us!

Great vacation and house was perfect for what wanted to do. Dock for our boat and place to clean our fish worked just like we needed. Caught enough crabs to have a boil one night and sitting out on dock in evening was very enjoyable. Family is expanding so doubt we can stay here again but if a 2 bedroom with boat dock is what you are looking for then this place would be hard to beat.

Me & my best friend, our kids and our moms all stayed here for a few days. We all enjoyed our time here! Would definitely consider coming back next summer :)

The children enjoyed being able to wake up and fish! House was comfortable and plenty of room. We were able to get use out of 1 kayak which was so much fun.
