Lovely pool area. Helpful staff. Excellent location, centrally located in Cavtat up the steps from the harbour. We would love to return and highly recommend.

Check-in arrangements were not clear. The hot water tank was confusing, got dangerously hot at times and ran out very quickly.

Excellent location for visiting the town of Cavtat, the property is maintained by lovely lady named Maria. Thank you to Maria for an excellent stay and help while we were there.

Perfect central location and Marija was extremely helpful with information and in checking we had everything we needed.

The location is ideal. The staff, Maria, was very friendly and helpful..the pool area was lovely and clean. Nice covered seated area also at the pool.

We had room no 2. There were no facilities to make any warm food, no hotplate, cooker, oven...not even a microwave oven. No chairs, only poor quality stools to sit on. Tiny table. No sink. .had to wash our cups in the bathroom sink. The worst fitted apartment that I ever stayed in, and it was by far the most expensive one. I would call it out as being disgraceful. I emailed the owner of the Villas twice to give them a chance to make some kind of a gesture of goodwill but got no reply. Other rooms had much better facilities...proper table/chairs, cooking facilities.

Perfect Location. Practically middle of town and resturants/bars/beach. Nice pool to cool off in. Nice blinds to block out the light. Clean, modern and lovely shower/bathroom. Mariya is very engaging and helpful if needed.

Maybe some extra loungers in peak season and expensive enough for a one bedroom appartment.

Great location, perfect to take shuttle into Dubrovnik & return to Cavtat to enjoy relaxed atmosphere after busy day sightseeing. Very welcoming staff; happy friendly helpful. Clean, secure room & gorgeous pool/terrace for a dip.

Nothing! We loved it all

The location and the facilities and pool were excellent. The host was very friendly. The rooms were very clean.

The visit was only spoiled by the noise coming through the walls of the room. In the design of the building noise management was not a consideration. Other guests would uncontrollably close doors, Some guests would be awake through the night and none were quietly respectful over their stay. It was possible to hear anyone walking about and in particular children running about at 06:00. This place could be wonderful. For adults best during out of school holidays seasons.

From the moment of arrival we were made so welcome. We stayed here for a week along with our family and we loved every minute. The location, staff, pool, everything we could ask for. Highly recommend.

Marija was on hand if needed and we were given durect contact number, great location and very clean.

Bed was comfortable but could do with some better quality pillows.

Great location from the old town. We have twin 2 year olds and had a double pram to take up and down a couple of times a day. But ot wasn't up too many steps which is a bonus as the old town is quite hilly.

location is perfect, a lovely short stroll down to the shops, restaurants, cafes and the beach/swimming spots. The apartment was clean, fresh and comfortable. Pool was great to cool off in. lovely views from the pool and our 1st floor apt. Maria who manages the property couldn’t do enough for us. We were there with a 7 month old so we booked a cot and high chair in advance and they were there for us on arrival. He had a lovely holiday too!

The pool area was nice and the whole property was clean and cute. Really good location, short walk to both sides of Cavtat.

It was first hard to find it, it is on a small cute alley between parking area and harbour.

quite a lot of steps to the property from the main marina but we managed

Maria, the host, is fabulous and so very helpful and welcoming. The location is excellent, literally 2 minutes walk from the harbour and it’s bars, restaurants etc. Also only a few minutes walk from the bus station and taxi rank. The pool and garden area are brilliant, very clean and offer privacy and a great place to relax.

Could go with a few more kitchen utensils.
