We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute vacation home. The home was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. Ken was a great host, very responsive, and even let us check-in early! The best part was having a pet-friendly rental with a fenced-in yard, so we could include our dogs on our Christmas vacation. Highly recommend, and will definitely be returning!

This beach house is in the gated Oceanside Village with lots of amenities. The street the house is on is quieter than some of the locations inside the community. We had everything we needed for our week stay and was comfortable. The outside deck area and fenced in area was great for our dogs. I spent a lot of time in the evenings there with a cool breeze and cocktails. We were close to Murrells Inlet and great seafood. Everything you would need is close by. The golf cart made getting to the beach with my Down Syndrome daughter so much easier and she enjoyed riding and seeing everything. We hope to get back next year!

Clean and neat with all the supplies needed for a great vacation ( beach chairs, umbrellas, fenced in yard for dog, golf cart, essential cooking items). Ken was prompt and helpful with any questions or concerns. My family all enjoyed our time at this gem of a home in Oceanside Village.

The home was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The amenities were great for the kids and the beach only a short golf cart ride away made the location extra special. Having the fenced in yard made traveling with the fur babies much easier too. The owner was extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. The location is close to the beach. The property was very family and dog friendly. The place is in a gated community with many things to do. The security there was very friendly and helpful. The property manager was awesome and had great communication with us.

I rented this property twice. Each time, the property was immaculate. Location is excellent. House is well supplied, with a fenced yard and golf cart. My dog was welcome. The owner is very accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Although there are some things that need attention, I enjoyed being able to take my fur baby and not worry about him in the yard with it fenced. Thank you for helping me get TV going and even willing to set up umbrella and chair on beach. Great host.

Nice Stay
The landlord was very prompt with info on the rental check-in. He also made sure when the ac broke to have it fixed in a timely manner. He went the extra mile to provide window units until it was fixed. When the beach umbrella broke he brought us a new one. It was a wonderful experience.

Perfect Place to Stay
We really enjoyed our time at this property. It is exactly as described and the photos are accurate. Beds were comfortable as were all amenities. Working with Ken was so easy throughout the entire process. The house has everything you could need (coffee filters, spices, dishes, pots, pans, blender, dog dishes, umbrellas, chairs, kids floaties, hairdryer, etc.) We have already let Ken know we are coming back next year and we are very much looking forward to it. Thank you, Ken, for an amazing stay at your beautiful home!

Perfect get away
We absolutely loved our time at this house. Very convenient location in Myrtle area. Loved being so close to the beach and riding the golf cart over was a great bonus. The dogs loved having the fenced backyard to play in. We will definitely check for this place on our future trips to the area.

Our host was excellent. He got back with you almost immediately. The beach house was clean and neat. The community was very friendly, clean and fun. The golf cart was fun to ride around and take to beach. Everything was spot on!!!

Wonderful Lil Beach House
This was our first vacation in 7 years and it was so nice and peaceful!! The house was perfect - very clean, fenced in backyard was a lifesaver, safe quiet neighborhood, golf cart use was awesome, literally like 5 minutes to the beach and the Host was friendly and quick to respond 👍👍 Would definitely recommend this rental 😁😁

Nice Quiet Stay
We enjoyed our stay especially since Jett, our dog, could stay with us. The neighborhood is close to the beach, very quiet and friendly. The house is clean and well decorated. I have suggested some improvements to one shower to Ken but they're not major issues. Seafood in the area is wonderful.

Myrtle beach
We absolutely loved the area and the home was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Golf cart made getting to the beach a breeze, groceries right across the street, and restaurants close by. Couldn’t ask for more!

Cute cottage-like place
My daughter, son-in-law, & husband stayed here for a long weekend. Neat as a pin upon arrival, good communication with host. Set up with bedrooms, baths on 2 ends was good for us. Neighborhood is an older one but I like that- no high rises!

Nice little home
Overall house was very nice. Had all amenities you could need for a short stay. House was clean and well kept. Ken was very accommodating for what we needed. Close to the beach but not on it. If we make it here again, we would definitely have to stay here.

Clean, cute and convenient beach trailer
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. We brought our French Bull dogs and they had a wonderful time riding in the golf cart. Quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. We would definitely return for another relaxing vacation.

Clean, convenient and nice place to stay!
Property was all we had hoped for. Very Clean and a convenient location to beach, activities and restaurants. The 3 of us enjoyed our stay and would recommend this cute cottage to others. The golf cart makes beach access so convenient. House has everything a person needs to cook meals if you choose to do so. Extra perk to be allowed to bring your pet and have a fenced in yard, have linens, toiletries and even a hair dryer available. Very nice owner and great communication.

Relaxing unplugged vacation
We really were lazy and relaxed during our stay. Loved the golf cart and easy access to the private parking. Beaches we're wonderful and the conch cafe was a bonus. Owners have us some great recs as well.

Best vacation ever!!!
As soon as you pull up to this sweet lil beach home you will feel relaxed, happy & comfortable. The house is beautiful & plenty of space for family & pets!! The fenced in yard & golf cart are icing on the cake. You will not believe how well stocked the house is, only thing needed is you !! Ken is such a gracious, ki d man & went out of his way to ensure we had all we needed & always a text/call away.
We had so much fun with the amenities, pools, hot tub,the turtles at the pond that we went to see everyday. I would highly recommend renting this gem & I hope to be back again in the future..

Family beach vacation
Minutes from beach. Golf cart with house is a huge bonus. This is our second stay in Oceanside village. We absolutely love the area and people. I would stay with my family in this place again, if given the opportunity.

Great family vacation
Wonderful house and location. My son and nephew enjoyed the close proximity to the ball field and basketball court. Outside deck was was shaded most of the afternoon and we were able to see the fireworks on the beach in the evening. Fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. Enjoyed taking the golf cart to the beach and on rides through the neighborhood. All in all a great week!

Obsessed with Oceanside Village
Best beach vacation we have ever had as a family. The 2 bedroom 2 bath unit was the perfect size for us. The unit is decorated beautifully and well stocked!!! The beds are comfy and the AC was great!!! We really enjoyed the golf cart and our pup loved the fenced in yard!!! It was so very relaxing and a wonderful quite gated golf cart community. Ken Dyer was a great host with great recommendations for the 4th of July and great places to eat!!! Greggs Cabana Grill seafood platter night, Bubbas fish shack all u can eat catfish, the conch cafe beachfront dining and Mojo’s brunch at Murells Inlet!!! We are hoping and planning to make this our yearly family trip!!! Can’t wait to return to this unit!!!
