Easy to communicate with the host. She is always on site so can be addressed directly or via short phone call. Facility is not far away from Kuutsemae and Munamagi ski resorts. Furnishing and equipment quite new. Beds comfortable. Hosts supplied firewood for fireplace if we wished to lit the fire make our apartment cozy, which we eventually did. Quality bed linens, full set of towels (two for each person) were provided. Wonderful environment in the region. In general all good, and I would like to rate the property 8.5, but site gives me only two options: either 8 or 9. Small remarks why I did not rate full 9 further on.

Some furnishings and fittings lack consistency. For instance living room has curtains on the windows, but both bedrooms are without the curtains on the windows. TV was broadcasting just two channels, which in general would not be the problem, as we hoped to use wifi, which... was not available at the beginning. Upon our kind inquiry the host provided the wifi router on the floor, so wifi was finally working and quality of the internet was good. With the outside temperatures of -20 C during our visit the apartment was not too warm with the radiators set to maximum level of 6. Well, the radiators were not very hot on this setting. Next evening the water was not hot enough to take the shower. The house has several apartments (I think 4 or 5, or more). Host explained that two saunas were on the use that evening, so this might have been the cause. We expressed these remarks kindly to the host and she is very attentive person and we hope abovementioned details will be improved with the time since our impression is that this property started to provide accommodation services recently. Bet linens and towels are included price and even beds are made before your visit, but just kind suggestion that host mentions this under booking com description. Visitors planning for longer stay should also take into account that there is no dishwasher (at least in the apartment we have stayed). Prices for the stay are not small, but as I realized this region around Otepaa is quite pricey on the accommodation costs. For instance our four members family were staying in similar quality several apartments during the same period in last winters for half a price in Parnu - town on the Baltic sea shore (Parnu bay). Of course one then should account what activities he or she is coming for. Summarizing: despite of a lot of text produced it does not have a meaning of "what didn't you like" - just remarks for consideration of other travelers.

Beautiful location, great price, lots of space, lovely staff

Could have been a little cleaner. Surfaces were greasy and there was visible dirt in the bathroom.
