My husband, two boys and I wanted a spacious, clean and comfortable room with a wonderful view - and that’s exactly what we got! The room is on the 4th floor so the ceilings are higher and the windows in the family room and kitchen have a perfect view of the Ballhooter lift. That was so great because I could watch my tweens waiting for their friends at the lift area and coming inside at the end of the day. We also found it was super easy and quick to use the stairs to access the locker room, making it very convenient to get on and off the mountain. The condo was well stocked with toiletries, coffee pods, and all the kitchen items we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. We had such a great time and will definitely try to stay here again!

The views and location do not get better in my opinion. Host was very accommodating and communicated often when we had questions. Highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic time. It was our family’s first time seeing snow and we arrived on the day of the seasons first snowstorm. The host was so accommodating and offered an early check in to beat the storm. The unit was impeccable and stocked with toiletries. They even supplied coffee. Thank you for a vacation our family will never forget!

If your enjoy watching the sunrise over the mountains, then this is the place to stay. Lots of space for the family.

Best place to stay at Snowshoe, has the best views and plenty of space. Stayed during Labor Day weekend and there were fireworks right outside of our window. Will definitely be staying here again

The layout of the rooms are great for separate families. The location is perfect for access to the amenities.

My whole family enjoyed our stay given we were there for 3 nights and 4 days. The place was immaculate and when everyone walked in they said, Wow, this nice! The two bedrooms with 4 beds total was awesome sleeping arrangements, we didn’t even use the 2 pullout couch beds but they were available also. There was so much to do in the village and the surrounding area. Golf, horseback riding, the lake activities, hiking, waterfalls within driving distance. You just had to step outside to find something to eat at one of the many restaurants, such good food! The views from the penthouse were beautiful and we enjoyed staying in after dinner playing games and cards. Would definitely stay here again and it was very affordable. Thank you for a terrific trip!

The view is wonderful! We stayed during the gncc and it was perfect location! The hosts were so thoughtful and thorough with their booking!

It was a pleasure to work with the owners. Unit- Tons of space, perfect location, absolutely awesome views, resort itself is the best of all avail-pool, slope access, locker room for ski equipment, etc), kitchen has all the appliances and amenities you’d want and more! We loved the fireplace! Complimentary coffee (variety to choose from) and toiletries! We absolutely loved our stay and even extended to keep the fun going! (Not to mention got season passes while there!) Would definitely recommend for friends and family and come back again. *also left behind our child’s loved stuffed animal and they were so kind to locate and ship back to us!

I can’t say enough good things about this rental. It did not disappoint! Perfect location! Panoramic view of slopes, comfortable, clean, roomy, very well stocked!!!! No need to bring extra cookware, towels, Toiletries, etc. Well worth the money!!!!!!

My family and I have rented this magnificent condo for four years in a row. We look forward to it every year. And every year, I am reminded of just how special it is. There is always some special touch that is added year after year. The fresh (provided by the owner) Keurig coffee pods in the morning pair perfectly with the expansive views from the panoramic window that overlooks the mountain. There truly isn’t a view on the mountain any better than this. The kitchen is fully stocked with new pots, pans and all the kitchen equipment that you will need. We like to cook and just relax at the end of the day and you won’t need to bring anything. It’s all there. There are too many little special touches to list but it truly is a different experience. I am always sad when it’s time to leave. Thank you, David, for another wonderful family vacation.

This was our 2nd year staying in this rental. It’s very spacious with two bedrooms two bathrooms with 4 beds. It accommodate our family of 8 adults and two grandchildren with no problem. The location is right in the village.

This property was the best of the best! Very clean and accommodating, great location to the slopes and dining, and excellent perks like the ski lockers. We had a fabulous time and you can't beat the views from the living room!

The unit is great. It’s well stocked with everything you’ll need. It has an amazing view and the location is perfect. I’d definitely stay there again.

Four of us friends stayed here in July. The location couldn't be better. Probably the best view on the mountain. It had four queen beds in two bedrooms with two sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen was stocked well. We ate all of our meals there. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, k-cup coffee, shampoo, etc. Great heated pool and hot tub. The bike and ski lockers in the basement were great as well. The balcony was a bit small but enough room for 2-3 people. We didn't have any issues with parking about a three minute walk away. I would love to stay here again on our next trip.

Had a great time. Great location. Can get a little noisy at night when they are blowing snow and then plowing in the morning, but that comes with the perfect otherwise location. Great amenities with heated pool, hot tub, sauna. Stunning views. Very nice owners/hosts.

This has to be THE BEST condo in Snowshoe Village. It is actually 2 units - 444 & 442, with a door between the units. (similar to a hotel suite.) Each offers a generous amount of space with 2 beds and it's own full bath. 444 is the main unit and is wide open with tall ceilings, lots of seating, and OMG panoramic views. You literally look down on multiple slopes. There is also a small balcony with views. It comes 2 ski lockers which hold your skis, boots and anything else you want. These are located on the first floor (basement) of the building. From the lockers to the slopes is no more than 20 yards. From the building exit to multiple restaurants and shopping is only 20-50 yards. It could not be any more convenient! The kids love the heated pool and hot tub. The beds were firm and comfortable and a lot of the furnishings seem as if they were recently purchased and the carpet recently replaced. Overall, the unit was clean and tidy. David was very responsive and even proactive in communication. If you are used to ski resort rentals, you know that many are run down. This place was a breath of fresh air.

My family and I look forward to staying at 444 all year. It truly is a Penthouse experience. Every little detail makes it feel like you are home. The views from the large rotunda window are like no other. We own property on the mountaintop and still stay here because there is nothing like it. I have never stayed at a place that gives so much attention to detail. The kitchen is fully stocked all the way down to the Keurig pods that are provided for the cold mornings. When you want to come in from the cold, the fireplace warms the room. There is plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy their own space. We are already looking at weeks next winter to book. It is truly worth every dollar you spend to stay here. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again, David. Until next time...

Beautiful condo with beautiful views of the slopes in all the rooms! Condo was spacious, clean and so relaxing. Truly one of the best vacations spent with my family! We enjoyed skiing, horse back riding in the snow and snowmobiling! Condo was fully stocked with everything you could think of and the location was perfect! Just Steps from the slopes and the village! We will be back

This was a great condo and location for our family of 4 and another family of 4 to meet up and enjoy a little ski trip. The weather was not the best, but having the spacious condo and views made up for it. We were still able to get good runs in and would love to return when the weather is more compatible for skiing. The condo was stocked with pots/pans needed, coffee pods, linens, and plenty of games. Wi-Fi was great in the room!
