A beautiful property! Love the outside and the inside. Just as advertised, all of the rooms were wonderful, clean and spacious. The main living space was the perfect spot for our daughter and her bridesmaids to relax and get ready On the morning of her wedding. Loved all of the natural light on the main floor. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect spot for our annual gals getaway. Lots of room and beds and a well stocked kitchen. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoyed the million dollar view.
Barbecued one night (good bbq with 2 propane tanks supplied). Had a blast playing fooseball and ping pong. Lots of room for us all to be together in one room. Would have loved to have a bonfire but we ran out of time.
Great shopping and restaurants in Collingwood are only 15 minutes away. The house is isolated, but we loved that.
We saw and heard some coyote pups playing along the back tree line. Lots of property to hike around.
Overall, a fabulous spot for us six 60+ yr olds to catch up and have fun.

Such a wonderful location for our 20th annual girls weekend away. The views were fantastic, the location perfect, and the house had everything we needed for a perfect weekend away. Loved the trails off the back of the property to explore, and the front deck views looking over Collingwood and Georgian Bay was a perfect place for afternoon beverages. The Great room was perfect with the cozy fireplace and the beds were so comfy.
Communication with Melissa was excellent and she was a great host. We look forward to a return visit.

Wonderful space with tremendous view over Georgian Bay and Collingwood ! The whole family enjoyed the comfortable beds and the games room. Bruce trail is nearby and we did a great hike to the caves. Would have been five stars but we mirror previous reviews commenting on bathroom doors not closing and bathrooms and kitchen are a bit tired and could use a bit of sprucing up. Overall a good place for a family bonding experience.

There were hundreds of dead and dying flies and bugs throughout the living area. We cleaned the vacuum so it would work and vacuumed the dining table! and floors 10+ times each day to get rid of the dead bugs.
The owner wouldn’t communicate- she didn’t answer her phone, the voice messages were full and she didn’t reply to emails. There was no info book so we didn’t find the trails which was why we booked there. The place needs a lot of work- mould in bathrooms, doors don’t close etc. we paid a lot for the stay - so disappointing.

Nestled amidst serene surroundings, this beautiful home is a true sanctuary of comfort. Boasting numerous bedrooms and expansive living areas, it provides ample room for relaxation and gathering with friends and family! We loved the living room with its cozy seating arrangements and the downstairs area is filled with games so there’s room for everyone! The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to cook with ease. The outdoor spaces are truly remarkable and it was a great place to disconnect! Melissa, the property manager, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make our trip a success. We would love to return! If you are looking for a beautiful home in a beautiful location to spend time with your family and friends, this is the house for you!!

We had a great time. The property layout was awesome. Tons of room to play lawn games as well which we loved and plenty of space inside. We also loved that Collingwood and Blue Mountain village were a short drive away. Only suggestion would be to have a second fridge to use as we were tight for space in the kitchen fridge but it wasnt a big deal! Highly recommend staying here.

We had 8 people spending two night at this wonderful cottage. View were amazing! Property was well maintained and the open concept made for great entertaining a large group without feeling cramped. Melissa was very responsive and provide us with everything we needed.

Very good but with some minor inconvenience. 2 of the bathroom doors cannot be closed properly. We need to use a sign to indicate the bathroom was being use. Clear storey window did not have any blinds. It was a bit too bright to sleep in.
Good range of kitchen appliance provided. It will be helpful to have a list and location of these items.

As the title says, the cottage was incredibly spacious with more than enough rooms and beds, in addition to a games room! The green space was also beautiful, and we took full advantage of it! Topping it all off was a responsive and kind host, making it a trip to remember. Would definitely go again!

We had the best weekend at this beautiful spot! The property had everything we needed for our big group-lots of bedrooms, plenty of space to hang out and, although it rained all weekend so we couldn’t take advantage of it, amazing outdoor space to run and play.
No shortage of amenities and we had prompt response to any questions right away.

Large family gathering was well accommodated. Lots of space, yet lots of privacy. Close to hiking trails. Many activities nearby, but have to travel to get there. Overall, delivered as advertised, and good time had by all.

Great property with amazing views. It felt like an old family cottage with the warmth and admittedly some of the quirks that come with an older structure. It was for the deck, the property, the views and the family room that we decided to stay — and we weren’t disappointed w these in the least. The bedrooms and bathrooms are simple, almost utilitarian, but that’s all that we required. Our host was very responsive on a couple of small things that we needed. This is a really beautiful property. We loved our week at this home. Our dogs had a wonderful time running around and going for walks in the woods. The view is spectacular. Close enough to town to be convenient but far enough to be quiet. It was relaxing and quiet which was just what we wanted. Would definitely come back!

Younger kids had so much ground to explore and run around to burn off energy. Also lots of toys and games plus a crib which was very helpful! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets every night. Will definitely be going back!

Fantastic weekend getaway for a young family!
This is our second stay at Clearview and it was even better than we remembered! Our four young kids and dog adored running through the fields outside and the stunning views. Inside there are toys and games galore, and even a crib this year which was so helpful! Peaceful, relaxing & comfortable setting for lots of family fun.

The Perfect Family Ski Getaway Home
From the second we pulled up to the house we knew we were going to enjoy ourselves. The house itself was bright, clean, spacious and well appointed in the kitchen and rec. room downstairs. We had family Ping Pong and Foosball tournaments, took advantage of the property and did some sliding and hikes.
Al in all, this is a perfect family retreat for March Break. Close to every single ski club we were skiing at and literally a 14 minute drive to downtown Collingwood.
Melissa (owner) was so friendly and prompt in responding to any questions we had pre-arrival and while we were there as well.
We are definitely coming back!

Family long weekend getaway
What a great spot. The view was amazing, and the home was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed for cooking. We were 500m from the Bruce trail and very close to cross country skiing too
