We stayed August 4-10 2024 and had a great week even though Tropical Storm Debby rolled in on us the first couple days. The house was perfect for our group. All the teens had their own room and the younger girls absolutely loved the spacious loft area. The pool table and puzzles were enjoyed during the storm. The house was very clean and had all we needed. There were lots of kitchen appliances like crockpots, electric skillets, blender, waffle maker, griddle etc. that were great. The middle walk through room was a little different but it worked out fine being able to walk around on the outside near the pool so it wasn't and issue. Jason & Dana were absolutely awesome. They responded quickly to our messages when we had any concerns (mainly from the storm). They offered suggestions on places to go and things to do. Jason took a few out fishing on the last day which was great. We would definitely recommend this house to others. The only slight issue is that you have a little bit of a drive to the beaches however that just gives you more options to try out the different beaches during the week. Sunset at Fort Myers is amazing, plus there are a few shops and restaurants in that area. The ice cream at Yoders is fantastic.

Overall, a wonderful vacation. Excellent communication with hosts. The house has everything one would need to cook etc. The outdoor kitchen wonderful. Spent all most all of our stay outside with exception of sleeping.It was an awesome place to make so many memories with our children and grandchildren. Rented pontoon, and had Jason captain his boat for an amazing day on the water with highlight of dolphins jumping in boat wake. We had such a positive experience with the hosts and hope to return in future. Thank you Dana and Jason!!

We loved the house, it was the perfect size for our group of 20. The location of the property is perfect. The pool/hot tub and the outdoor kitchen and seating areas were amazing. The owner responds almost instantly to any questions. We will definitely be back to stay in the future!

The location is fantastic you are only 45 minute drive to numerous beaches such as Fort Myers or Sanibel island. The layout out of the house is a tad quirky, but it works for larger groups with 2 separate wings which is connected via one of the queen Bed rooms. You get 2 Fridges which is great because the indoor fridge is where we supplied our Food for dinners and snacks and drinks were kept in the bar fridge. Also keep up with the towels for showers and pool as they will become overwhelming to wash on check out day. The A/C in the house was great, but the pool gets up in temp due to being out in the sun all day. Now let me tell you about the Host they are AMAZING quick response and overall a beautiful house. We are planning our return visit and will be looking at this house for our future stay. Thank you for letting us rent your house.

Great large family accommodation! Outdoor pool and seating were excellent as was the kitchen and dining area. Plenty of beds for 17 in our family. A few minor touches that could improve the use of the property. Outdoor sink faucet was not functional, master bathtub filling from ceiling splashed water on floor, more plasticware to be used outdoors and some window treatment to darken bedrooms.
Our family of 3 generations had a wonderful experience and would recommend this property to any large group!!!

Our whole family was able to stay here together, a total of 22 (10 adults, 12 kids under 10). There was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the heated pool the most and the pool table as well. The kitchen had everything you could want, and there were many items in the pantry like spices, etc. There were coolers and beach towels and chairs and a stroller and play pens and pool floats and life jackets, this house was just what we needed. We wish it could be a tad closer to the beaches (about 55 minutes away). The addition of a shelf or place for our toiletries in the master shower would have been helpful. Overall, a great stay! Communication with the owner was great, they left a number for us to text/call! They made room for an extra vehicle and we were able to check in an hour early! We had a great experience!

Our stay in Cape Coral was awesome even though the weather wasn't the warmest. The home is very large and there was plenty of room for our entire family. The wing with the pool table and loft was perfect for my adult children who wanted to stay up later than we did. I agree with one of the other reviewers that it is a little awkward to walk thru one of the bedrooms to access that side of the house, but we didn't care and the weather cooperated enough that we just accessed it from the outside. Pool and outdoor area is amazing. Colored lighting in the pool was a huge hit with our grandchildren, they each got to pick a color at night. The area is close to stores, shopping and restaurants.Quiet neighborhood, but somewhat close to a busier road, so you may hear some traffic. Definitely not an issue for us. Dana was in contact with us during our stay and answered all of our questions! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, appliances and utensils. We did end up buying plastic cups and paper plates because we didn't want any glass in the pool area. If you choose this property, you will not be disappointed! We are already talking about our next stay there. Thanks to the Fish family for an awesome vacation!

Our family of 10 had a good time, and there were plenty of dishes etc. to accommodate 20 people, but we felt 20 people would be too many. The house was 2 houses down from a busy road, but we did not hear a lot of noise from the traffic. Some of the area is still recovering from the hurricane of 2022. The only damage evidence on this house was the screened patio/pool area, which did NOT hinder any of our activities. The owners were always quick to respond to any of our concerns.

My family and I stayed in this house for a week in the beginning of November. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the house was very spacious. Property manager is very quick to respond to questions/concerns!
Layout of the house is a bit different. There is a bedroom between the two sides of the house that you need to walk through. We didn’t mind because we were all family and walked outside when someone was in there. I think our biggest complaint was the sliding glass door didn’t lock (or we couldn’t get it to lock), might be worth taking a look at in case you have a family with smaller kids who would be worried about locking the pool off at night.

This house is great for large groups. It is important to note that there is just one bathroom available for 6 rooms as the other two bathrooms are located inside the king suite and the queen suite. This could have been a problem but we made it work using the outside toilet and shower by the pool. Also, the layout of the house is interesting because if you are in the second part of the house- that has the loft, queen suite and a queen room- you would need to go through the two connected queen bedrooms to get to the main kitchen and living room area- or walk out through the pool. The pool area was a great hit. We loved cooking by the pool and hanging out there as a family. Dana was also amazing! She answered questions quickly and took care of any concerns we had. We loved her dedication to making our stay fun.

We really enjoyed our week. The pool and outside area was everything you could want. The outside bathroom was really helpful with small kids. The kitchen area was a good size and the table sat 10 comfortably. Only issue I see, layout is a little strange with the 2 middle bedrooms are joined and you have to walk through both to get to either side of the house. Some of the furniture is a little worn but comfortable. Kitchen cooking utensils also worn. But all in all a great house for a big group.. The outside area and pool make up for the small incidentals inside.

The house was perfect for my two week visit with friends and family. The owners were easy to contact and reacted quickly to minor problems. We had a wonderful time spent here with family for a end of summer vacation.The size of the home is perfect for large groups. I would have gave 5 stars for cleanliness but my only complaint was the pool which was addressed, so no worries there! Great communication with the owners. You'll never have to wait long for a response. A few little things were mentioned at the end of our stay and they were very responsive on taking care of any issues or concerns. ( no major issues) I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place for any large group! Thanks for having us!!

We had 3 Generations of Family Stay, Grandparents down to Teenage Grandchildren. We all had a blast. The house had a wonderful layout for family get togethers and then some alone time. The pool area was a great space for all of us to relax and hang. The location was great and easy to get to from the Cape Coral restaurants and shops. The hosts were very easy to get in touch with when the internet went down for a bit. The greatest surprise were the Alcove Owls that lived in the Alcove where the bins were. We followed them throughout the week, Added something special to our stay to see them around the house. You definitely know there are no little critters anywhere around! We enjoyed our stay immensely! Highly recommend for a family vacation!

Great family vacation
Overall we had a great experience. No ice makers functioning in either refridge. Owners tried to fix issue with a repairman visit, though it did not fix the issue. Only one bathroom in the 2nd wing of the house and it was in the master bedroom on-suite. That being said, we had a great time the pool was great and the property was large and accommodated all 16 of us very well. We would renting this property again for a family vacation in the future. The lanua and pool are was wonderful.
The kids spent hours in the pool.
