The location is great, the ambient is very cozy and the staff is friendly and thoughtful.

No basic hotel toiletries one would expect from such a hotel. Overpriced menu.

Unfassbar hundefreundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr netter Service. Schönes Cafe mit lecker Kuchen. Ruhiges Zimmer mit bequemer Ausstattung. Für den Hund gab es extra ein Körbchen, Napf und selbstgemachte Hundekekse.

Das junge Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Lage ist Topas Frühstück außergewöhnlich und mit viel Liebe zubereitet,könnte allerdings einen Becher Kaffee beinhalten.

Zentrale Lage. Parkhaus 10 Min. Fußweg wenn man nicht das teure von Karstadt nehmen möchte. Zimmer urig. Begrüßungsdrink nach Wahl.

Frühstück nur ala Carte. Extrem teuer für das was man bekommt. Altes historisches Haus mit all seinen Wehwechen (keine Trittschalldämmung, teilweise einfach Verglasung bei den Fenstern).

Sehr freundliches Personal. Ein kleines Problem wurde sehr nett gelöst. Die Lage ist super und eine Ladesäule befindet sich in der Nähe. War bis auf das nicht beeinflussbare Wetter war alles sehr schön.

Bäder nicht vollständig renoviert, etwas ungewöhnliche Aufteilung. Das Zimmer war zum Nebenzimmer sehr hellhörig

Das Bad hat kontinuierlich nach Fäkalien, Ganmel gestunken. Durchlüften über Nacht änderte nichts daran.

Mein Zimmer war einfach zum Wohlfühlen ☺️!

Für Geschäftsreisende ist es etwas schwer, die Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption zu erwischen. Allerdings war es auch nicht weiter dramatisch, da man telefonisch immer jemanden vom Hotel erreichen konnte.

Extremely noisy Our room was at the back of the hotel just above an outdoor patio area where where folk were loud until gone 2am Not acceptable

Súper friendly atmosphere. Our dog had self made dog treats and water as a welcoming present. Nice healthy breakfast available. Beautiful house. We like to come again.

Only thing I would add is that my room was a little dark. But it's a listed building so I assume the hotel isn't allowed to put extra windows in.

The hotel was beautiful and comfortable, and very well-situated. The staff was friendly.

No breakfast served on Mondays and Tuesdays - this was not clear to me when I reserved the room. There wasn’t really staff around for most of the time while I was there, which felt odd. There was a group hanging out on Monday evening in the courtyard/patio, located just below my window, and they were super loud until late (well past 2 am) and I could not sleep.

The staff was friendly at the welcome and the room was very clean.

The breakfast was only possible after 8 am which was too late and only a la carte which was also not efficient for me. The room was very cold and the shower was also cold

A very cozy hotel in a historical building, perfectly located in the center of Lüneburg. The personnel were very nice and the cafe some nice options, including vegan options. Rooms were super tidy and looked gorgeous and gave you a feeling of being in the modern age while still feeling the significance of an old building with endless stories to tell. It was within walking distance of shops, restaurants and attractions, so a perfect place to stay if you want a romantic mid-city hotel experience.

Friendly hotel in the middle of town. Downstairs is a very nice cafe. Staff are super friendly.

Beautiful, medieval property with original features maintained (see staircase and ceiling). Central location, lovely cafe and bar and “secret” garden restaurant area too. The host/proprietor Isabel explains everything clearly and is very welcoming. The WiFi is free in the rooms.

A charming place in the center of city, oldest building in town, nice welcome, helpful, fantastic breakfast, a porch for late night reading and talking.

You promised breakfast included. Didn't happen. And we also paid double, through booking.com and with our own cards. Will settle the difference when we arrive back home. Would have been nice with aircontitioning. Too hot to sleep.

Everything was perfect.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were extremely accommodating with my mobility issues. The breakfast Acia bowl was a vegans delight.

I don’t have any negatives to report. Other than the lack of a lift. However, the stairs were easily navigated.
