The house was very nice. The price was very good and fit our location well!

House was clean, good communication with the owners even after the stay was done.

Location of home is good. There are no flat sheets on the beds but instead have coverlets. The base boards and floor corners need a good cleaning.

While the house could use some upgrades and the neighborhood was very lived in, the stay was good and it was nice to have a back yard gor my dog.

The place was clean and kitchen supplies adequate. The only problem was the glass door was difficult for an older person to open.

The 2 fellows had a grand weekend. Location was key with close proximity to the 2 golf clubs they enjoyed. No complaints and Jorge's response time is faster than the speed of light. Thank you Jorge.

Had a good stay. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Place was good for families, plenty of room and the coffee was a much needed touch 😎 Will add that a mop would be a good item to provide in case of small messes (especially with pets or kids!) Just a piece of advice for others that may stay in the future with pets. There are dogs to the back and side of the property. We did have a small issue with the neighbors dogs getting through their fence trying to get to our frenchies.

We enjoyed our stay and it was a nice home. One issue to note - dog poop left in the yard from previous guests. We had to clean up so our dogs wouldnt get into it.

Nice stay. Very thoughtfully furnished, decorated, and supplied. This location was LOUD at night: planes flying overhead, neighbors’ dog and vehicles. I recommend taking a white noise machine or using an app. Owner was very quick to respond to messages and was very attentive. The house had almost everything we needed, although I did go out and purchase hand towels as there were none. This is an older home which has been mostly updated. I was disappointed that the bathtubs were older, as I would have liked to give my small children a bath. Instead, they took showers. The house was clean. It is located in a great spot, very close to a mall and restaurants. Everything you need is very close by. Our kids had a great time playing with the Google Home Mini device in the living area. Tulsa is a beautiful city, and we enjoyed our stay.

We were traveling across country with 2 dogs. To have a place to rest that allowed pets and had a fenced yard for them to blow off steam was a God-send. Owners were very communicative and responsive. Definitely recommend

We enjoyed our stay. Well managed. Could use a deep clean. I couldn’t get any local channels on the tv and in Oklahoma for me that is a must even if it’s not tornado season.

House had everything we needed and more! So nice to have a TV in every bedroom. Very convenient location for our family visit. The backyard had nice patio furniture so we could sit outside while our dogs enjoyed the yard.

This was an excellent place to stay for the PGA of 2022. Nicely decorated beds were comfortable and just an overall great experience. Would recommend anybody stay here again and when the PGA comes back and will keep this one in mind for the next rental

The owner was quick to respond to questions we had prior to check in and provided our code to check in quickly. The home is situated in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. They decorated for the Easter weekend, which our kid loved seeing. The home is setup with everything we needed to make dinner and Easter deserts. During our stay we needed to extend our reservation. We couldn’t do it ourselves via the app, but the owner was on top of it and we were able to stay an extra night! If you’re looking for a nice home to feel homey and secure this is the place!

Good place for short rental stay.

The house was as described. Kitchen was well equipped with pans. Jorge was extremely responsive throughout the process. This was a great stay and we would stay here again if we are back in Tulsa.

Our arrival was delayed so we arrived at the house at 2am the morning of the 4th., it was clean and smelled nice. For our business in Tulsa it is early mornings and late nights so we spent 4 to 6 hours at the house per night. On the morning of the 6th when we woke we realized that the heat had not been working, each night we would push the temp up and the unit would click but no heat. It was below 50 in the house that morning So I sent a message to the house manager, he advised that he was having it checked that day. The next day Nov 7 Jorge sent a message informing that the unit has a bad circuit board and couldn't be fixed until the beginning of the week. But in his opinion the weather was mild and we can use the AC if needed!! I informed him again that the house was 54' that morning and the AC was not what we needed. Jorge then asked If we would like space heaters he would provide them. We are not comfortable with a house full of space heaters, but that extra blankets would help. Nov 8 Jorge dropped off 3 extra blankets. The evening of Nov 10 Jorge informs that the heater is now fixed, this is great but I inform him of a horrible Ant infestation in the kitchen. So bad that all of our bread, chips, crackers etc, had to be thrown away... Anything that was on a counter closed by chip clip or bread tie was infested. Every day we removed the trash from the house from food prep for the following day, so it wasn't from garbage left in the house! We were not informed that the house was ant sensitive therefore we left dry foods on the counter since there is not a pantry. Jorge replied that they have the house sprayed regularly and have "NEVER" had ant problems before, but that there is ant spray under the kitchen sink. I informed him that we used the bug spray all over the counter tops and the kitchen and that the kitchen was at that point not useable and we were not going to be expected to clean the mess up. Jorge never offered to have someone come clean the kitchen or replace the food we had to trash. I asked him for his email address so I could send him the pictures of the ants, he said it was against the VRBO rules. So we had no kitchen use for the duration of our stay. The house was nice and served our purpose but I did ask for some kind of compensation from Jorge and he declined and said that when he went to the house he saw NO SIGNS of the ants!! So I still have the photos if he wants to send me an email address......

Jorge is an excellent host. The house is great and in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to let our dogs roam in the back yard without having to worry about them getting out. We would definitely stay here again.

The bathrooms in this property were well stock with everything except extra toilet paper. After the first roll, we were expected to buy our own. For the price of this property, I think it should have been included should we have needed it. Same with paper towels, you are expected to buy anything after the first roll. The kitchen was not as well stocked. We had to go purchase a pitcher for iced tea. We left it at the property.....so you are welcome future guests ;-) All the empty cabinets and drawers gave off an unwelcoming vibe. I have stayed at cleaner VRBOs. Spiders were also an issue. Unusual noises outside the house and in the neighborhood were unsettling at night. There was no live TV so one of our planned activities of kicking back on the couch to watch the game on Saturday was not an option. If you don't have your own Netflix, Prime, or other streaming services, don't expect TV or movies to be your evening entertainment. We didn't like this because the purpose of choosing a VRBO over a hotel is so that we can all relax in the same room to watch a movie or sports etc. We avoided the patio door due to the previous reviews so I am unsure if that problem had been resolved. On a positive note, the living room area was roomy and had plenty of comfy furniture without being overcrowded. Would have been a great place to hang out and watch the game had live TV been available. I would give this property a C+ or at best a B-" rating.

Loved the decor and layout of this 3 bedroom house. It accommodated my extended family well, was close to family events, had all the necessary amenities with fun extra touches. Will definitely stay again.

Nice house. Sliding door is very hard to open. Air fresheners a little overbearing. Responsive owner.

The house was nicely furnished. The only issue we had was that the screen door was almost impossible to open and close. And, too, you have to supply your own toilet tissue and paper towels, which I haven't experienced before. Minor issue, though. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.
