The unit was as advertised. Great location and peaceful. Unit was well stocked. Even though we were there in late September, it was easy to see why it must be a great place to stay during ski season. If you like hills (like me), it's a beautiful area for cycling. Great dining choices in both Manchester (Ye Olde Tavern among others) and Londonderry (New American Grill).

Owner made us feel welcomed from the moment we confirmed the booking! Obviously cares about their home and the happiness and comfort of guests. The decor is comfortable and "vacation-y". Everything was clean and we found everything we needed. The binder with local information was so helpful! All of us, and our yellow lab, had such a nice time exploring the beautiful woods and pond of Bromley Village! Would return if life brings us to that neck of the woods again! Thank you!

Cozy, comfortable and clean condo with ski out access to Bromley mountain. Pool and updated clubhouse is a few steps away for fun in the summer. The place has all you need for a weekend getaway or a peaceful vacation. Just 10 minutes to great restaurants and plenty of shops in Manchester. A short ride to Bennington, Brattleboro, Chester, and Ludlow. Our host was so accommodating and a pleasure to communicate with. If you’re thinking of Vermont as a get away you MUST stop here.

Our springtime visit to this ski village was absolutely lovely!. The condo had everything we could have dreamed of for our weekend stay, including welcome biscuits for our dog! Laura is a fabulous host and helped make this a vacation we will always remember fondly.

Easy ski in ski out of a cozy condo on a great family mountain. As a young family with a dog, this is the perfect long weekend escape. The trails are a few skiable yards away from the back door. The condo had everything we needed, a working fireplace, comfy beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. The condo was well taken care of with comfy couches and a few fun family games. The bath tile (missing tile) and bedroom fan (rattling) needed a little work. There is no washer dryer, but plenty of places to hang damp clothing in the condo and right outside in the hallway. Laura is a great hostess. She made sure we got in with no issues and she even left goodies for us and our dog on arrival. We loved the Vermont hospitality and loved the place. Everyone wanted to come back. The kids loved the pirate ship and enchanted forest. Dad loved hitting the slopes every day. And mom loved snowshoeing and finishing her book on the comfy couch.

Although conditions weren’t in our favor, made the best of our time and utilized the gym at the property. Location was right on the mountain

My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves with this ski in-ski out location. We just snapped on our skis and off we went down the slopes. Most importantly, we were able to bring our dog, Bernie, along who loved running in the snow and looking out the big sliding glass door. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed - fireplace, 1.5 baths, ski lockers and a beautiful living room and kitchen to just relax. Laura was wonderful with helpful tips and great communication from beginning to end. We thank you for a wonderful time.

Everything that was advertised and more. Located on the terrain park trail Plaza 5 minute ski to lodge. Easy access to Mt. Snow, Stratton, Bromley and Peru markets and Londonderry .Owner was best communicator I've rented from accessible on cell, vrbo and Instagram. Excellent woodburning stove, firewood,wifi and neighbors. Very informative handbook onsite as well as everything needed to cook.

Great place to stay!

This a very nice place for a family of four. True ski-in/ski-out of the patio door. Excellent communication with the owner. I would have put 5 stars if the kitchen was a bit more equipped for Covid times. More plates needed, dishwasher is old and noisy, we had to run it only when we were out. The oven had something burnt. Also, there is a gap at the patio door, a trip hazard especially when in ski boots.

We had a wonderful visit at Laura’s condo. The location is excellent t. The condo is very inviting, cozy and even nicer in person. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to ski. I will be back in the summer if she lets us stay :)

We had an amazing time at Plaza Lookout over the weekend. The unit was extremely clean and well cared for. Tom and Laura were excellent hosts and attentive to all our needs from booking through checkout. They welcomed any questions and made sure our stay was stress free. If you're looking for a true ski in ski out condo which feels like a second home, their place should be on the top of your list.

What a beautiful location! And a seamless check-in / check-out process. We were able to observe the major snow making operation we were situated right next to; the unit was so quiet and was centrally located to shopping and eating in both directions. Our dog , as well as us enjoyed all the amenities provided. We will be back !! Thank you so much Laura!

What a perfect family getaway! Laura is an amazing host! She truly ensures you enjoy every minute of your time at her place! She was so thoughtful in providing fabulous welcome gifts that even included bones for our dog. She gave us tons of recommendations on hiking trails, restaurants, shopping, and activities to do in the surrounding area and provides a binder that includes all this information along with her personal favorites. The condo was equipped with everything you’d ever need and attention given to all the details. There were lots of games for family game night, a microwave for movie night popcorn, and even dog bowls for our Chelsea. We enjoyed relaxing on the cozy couches with her soft blankets by the fireplace. The condo is immaculate. The location was perfect on the side of the mountain. We stepped out the sliding door and started hiking up Bromley Mountain. The views were breathtaking!! We were lucky enough to enjoy a sunny fall day and even their first snowfall of the season. Bromley is just beautiful! We truly enjoyed our family getaway and were grateful to bring our dog. We’d love to return to this perfect condo again! We highly recommend Plaza Lookout. We had a lovely long weekend at this clean and cozy condo. Everything exceeded our expectations, especially the thoughtful touches upon our arrival. I really appreciated how accessible and accommodating Laura was before, during, and after our stay. The location and views were great for catching the end of peak foliage. Our dog loved the easy access to the trail, and my husband and I enjoyed having our morning coffee on the patio.

Everything was as advertised, a great location convenient to activities, restaurants, tourist areas. Our best experience ever with VRBO. Owner was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was fully stocked, cozy and comfortable and we really appreciated the cleanliness.

Adorable, cozy, comfortable. We were waiting to close on our own home in the area and this was the perfect “home away from home”. Laura was great, very attentive and responsive to all of our needs. Stay here, you will love it!

We loved this condo's location on the side of Mt. Bromley. The condo itself is pretty small but doesn't feel small, it's cozy and well-appointed. The carpets had just been professionally cleaned. The kids loved the bunkbed nook. Our first day we found the little woodsy trail that led to the gravel mountain road and hiked up to the top of the mountain. It was a strenuous hike for our school-aged kids but they did it and were proud. Our dog joined us and was thrilled to be off-leash, like every other dog we saw on that hike. While walking within the condo village we always had him on-leash, though. Our kids swam in the heated pool (80 degrees!) across the street each day. We also hiked the Lye Brook Falls Trail, again very strenuous for our kids (5 miles round trip and 950 ft elevation gain) but we did it and the falls were gorgeous. Very crowded trail though--loads of dogs, all on-leash due to crowds-- and recommend getting a very early start. We went into Manchester and spent alot of time at the Northshire bookstore twice (dog-friendly!) and ate takeout pizza and ice cream, we did not eat indoors anywhere due to Covid. Our one issue with the condo is that there is no laundry, and no laundry facilities on-site. We did use a laundromat on the main rd into Manchester Center which was fine for us. We planned to use the fireplace but never did bc it was pretty warm while we were there. Overall it was a perfect little getaway and both of our kids give a thumbs-up and say they would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at this Bromley condo. Everything we could have needed was provided. We took a beautiful hike to Lye Brook Falls nearby. The next town over of Manchester has a wonderful park to explore with a very scenic rail trail to bike or walk. My kids loved swimming in the large pool at the resort and my dogs loved the long walks after dinner around the lovely pond on the property. A great place to stay for every season!

This was a perfect family vacation, especially during these rough times. The place and setting were stunning, and the rental unit was perfect for our family of four. The kids didn’t want to leave their bunk beds today when it was time to leave, and our dogs spent countless nights relaxing by the fire and enjoying their walks and nature. The pool was a great bonus for our kids! Highly recommend!

This was our first family trip since the pandemic started. The condo offered everything we needed for safe and fun adventures. From sleeping in bunk beds to playing tic tac toe, our girls have memories to last a lifetime.

This was perfect spot for us over long holiday weekend while visiting family in the area. The property is clean and well-cared for. It was comfy for my teens/young adults and me.

We wanted to do something special for our daughter’s 16th birthday. A family of skiers, a ski-in/ski-out vacation sounded like the perfect gift for our daughter and family vacation. The description for Laura’s place sounded wonderful. Laura was so responsive to my messages, answering all of my questions and so happy to share her insight regarding her home away from home, the mountain and surrounding area, so that when we arrived we’d know exactly what to expect and where to go if we needed anything or wanted to dine out, etc. Still, we were so pleasantly surprised and appreciative for how truly perfect—warm, cozy, neat, clean, charming, convenient, inviting, true ski-in/ski-out—the Brennan’s place is. We are a six-person family; our dogs came with us, too. There was so much space, storage, room to sleep, eat, chill, and even do work or schoolwork. The entire home is cozy yet there’s plenty of room to breathe and not be on top of each other. We all enjoyed playing the many vintage games together and watching a little TV at night. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook every meal with ease. There was enough room for all of us to sit at the adorable kitchen counter/table. The decor is also so nice with country/rustic and mountain-themed touches. Ski-in/ski-out was so neat. The mountain is just so beautiful and Laura’s place made it so that we could enjoy every moment of it. Our dogs seemed to love watching the skiers fly by, too. Loved that there were enough hooks to hang up everyone’s skiwear out of the way so we could be nice and organized and ready for the next day…space to put wet ski boots and skis right outside the door, too, or in the ski closet. Everything was just so easy and for a family of six with kids ranging in age from 9-18, this was just so nice and appreciated. As if all of that weren’t enough…Laura went out of her way to make this trip so special for our daughter and for our family. Our daughter was so surprised with beautiful birthday decorations throughout the entire place and a special gift for her, too—so thoughtful and generous. She left special treats for our dogs, too! We're all so grateful. We have stayed at many a B&B, hotel, etc. This was perhaps the most wonderful stay our family has enjoyed and we are all so thankful to the most kind and gracious owners for sharing their home with us and allowing us to have some peace, relaxation and fun together.

Fantastic condo with ski in/out for Bromley Mountain. Perfect for staying out of the ski lodge with Covid. Great ski/boot storage options too. We have skied this mountain before and this time we had tons of fresh powder and no wind! The view from the back slider was gorgeous-snow covered pines with the sun sparkling through the branches. The condo was cozy and we played most of the games that were there. The beds are really comfortable and the special gifts Laura left for us was a nice touch. The nearby Bromley Market has the best chocolate chip cannolis and we also tried various Vermont ales. The location is easy to find, the property is well maintained as it snowed for 48 hours! The neighbors are friendly too. I communicated with Laura and she was fabulous! She responds instantly, and she has great suggestions/recommendations. It was a pleasure communicating with her. We love skiing in Vermont and plan to stay again hopefully next year.

The property owner provided all the amenities of home. There were many charming accents throughout the condo. It was truly a home away from home.

We stayed for a week with our two kids. The condo is fantastic -- the beautiful views from the living room makes it feel like a secluded place in the woods, but it's located right off the plaza trail for easy ski in/out access. The layout is very well thought out with the bunk beds tucked away in the living room and plenty of storage and space to relax when not skiing. Bromley is a great mountain to ski with a young family and there is so much else to explore in the area. Laura and Tom are great hosts and we can't wait to go back again!

This was the nice and quiet condo for vacation. It has everything a small family could need. My daughter likes the twin bunk set very much. There are some local trails in the neighborhood. The homeowner was very nice and helpful, and replied quickly for any questions. My family had a nice and peaceful vacation there.

This was the perfect condo for a long weekend in the mountains! Located slope side, the condo is immaculate, exactly as described online, quiet, and has everything a couple or small family could need for a weekend if skiing or just enjoying every season in Vermont. The homeowners were super welcoming and helpful, offering suggestions for local activities and their personal number should I have questions or needs! This is a gem!
