- authentic and cozy house, great view, nice terrace - house owner contacted me in advance to confirm late arrival, he also has sent gps coordinates, so finding the place was easy - despite late arrivale we were met by a person who showed everything (23h) - this was really helpful

- the only minor thing is that we were short on bed sheets and blankets, so it took some time to find everything

top sea view from the terrace. the house is new and fully equipped (the kitchen has everything), very comfortable. nice to have the swimming pool (please specify in the house description that is not just for the house but for the all residence).

the indications that we received for the house were in french. please give it in english to not-french tourists!! once we were almost there, and we couldn't find the house, we tried to reach the house owner for 30 mins. once he answered, he told us to call the concierge, who told us that he couldn't come to open the house. he literally told to my husband "i can come tonight at 7pm"....! we waited an hour under the sun with a baby of 1 year before reach again the concierge and asked him how could we open the house. This is unacceptable. even if he was kind to bring us a bottle of wine, you MUST be there once guests arrive!! other negative thing: we paid extra 100 euro for bedsits and cleaning... and no towels at all in the house!
