Fantastic location in the heart of old town Scottsdale. Spent half a day at the Western Museum of Art which is right across the street. Friendly and efficient working staff that makes your stay more enjoyable.

It is located in an excellent location. Within walking distance to many attractions... galleries, restaurants, bars and shopping. Also has a rooftop lounge with incredible views.

Rob and Junery were fantastic! I did not like the location of our room which faced the front of the hotel. When I went to front desk Rob made every effort to change my room. We needed to stay our first night in the room assigned but late next morning we were given the back side of hotel with a top floor and beautiful view. Microwaves are also given upon request, another wonderful surprise by Rob. Another special person was Junery that helped us decide to use the very convenient unground parking that the hotel elevator takes you to. Safe and convenient!

Disappointed calling direct to hotel to book reservations. The agent I talked to didn’t know much about the hotel. The girl was booking for all the Hilton’s and could care less, would repeat she was never there and didn’t know. I told her I was going to book with Booking.com to get a better rate and get a better feel for the room, she agreed that would be best. Upon arriving I did not like location of the room which could have been avoided if the booking agent knew and cared more. Rob helped me out and made our stay outstanding. Thank you again Rob!

It’s a beautiful property, nicely done inside and out. Underground parking to help keep the car cooler! Excellent food at the restaurant, huge servings.

No room service, I was told they’re working on it. But we were able to place an order and go down to pick it up for breakfast in our room.

Everything was top notch

Food was awesome! The accommodations were very comfortable and the staff was excellent. I like the more intimate feeling of the Hilton Boutique Hotels.

The poolside bar/restaurant was not available for a few days due to the air conditioning not working. We were told that someone would still be available to bring drinks & food from Cobre but that wasn't the case initially so we had to go get our own food and drinks.

Air conditioning did not work well in our room. Staff found a fan but one would expect a cool room!

Housekeeping didn't replenish toilet paper or Kleenex and ran out late at night. Noticed a weird sewage scent that came and went a few times.

Room location by the lift, this meant we got disturbed several times in the early hours by other guests returning from a night out. Not great when you have an early morning flight. Disappointed that breakfast wasn’t included in the price of the room given that it was expensive for one night stay.

great location, very close to restaurants and shops. comfortable bed. delicious breakfast! the burrito was so good I got it two days in a row. nice pool views.

asked for top floor for quiet but very loud techno music on rooftop bar went until 12:30am. seems like the place forgot it’s a hotel first that should make comfortable sleeping arrangements for its guests.

we loved everything about this property. The rooftop pool was amazing and the rooftop bar was perfect for watching the sunset. Rooms were very spacious, clean, comfortable and nice.
