Great modern design and well equipped. Location was great too.

The apartment was large, had excellent facilities and was styled well. The bed was really large by Australian standards and was super comfortable. Having a washing a machine and dryer in the apartment made what's often a challenge during holidays really easy. The building itself was modern and secure. The rooftop area was great with 360 degree views of the surrounding areas and into the centre of Seattle. It was snowing when we ventured up to see it. In warmer weather it would be a wonderful space to enjoy. We loved the location. We were able to walk everywhere from the apartment and there are loads of interesting shops and cafes to enjoy.

Everything! From location to cleanliness to comfort! Checking in and out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend booking a stay here!

It was hard to locate the building. Absolutely no markings as the address was hidden. I had to call 3 times to gain access as the directions were sent to my corporate address. It would have ben ideal to have known these directions were needed to get into the building.. from the start. I had to fiqure it out and have the messages changed and forwarded to my personal account. Also, I complained twice about the Roku remote not working and then decided it was the batterie? Maybe.. the service assistant to me to go get new batteries. Really? Still, I replaced them and it did not work.

Booked this property 10 months in advanced to find out 3 days before our stay that they double booked it. No accommodations or relocation was offered without paying 1,200+ USD when I originally paid 350 CAD for it. Reservation was confirmed in my email and never was told otherwise by the property.

Location was awesome, in the heart of Capitol Hill area. Close to shops and restaurants. Whole building is aesthetically pleasing, clean, smells nice, great value for the price.

sheets had a couple stains. The numerous reminders about checking out were a bit annoying.

This set the bar for travel with older kids - no hotel or short-term rental app has ever delivered something in the same league as Sonder.

This Capitol Hill location is within blocks of many restaurants and very accessible by train or bus to most Seattle locations including the downtown shops, Space Needle, University of Washington and waterfront with ferries and water taxis to the islands. Our Sonder Solis one bedroom suite was very clean. The bedroom was comfortable and all kitchen appliances worked well. The bathroom was spacious and bright. During my month long stay, it was nice to have access to additional supplies in the closet downstairs. Staff members were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The only thing I would change is a couch instead of the two living room chairs. I didn’t find the chairs very comfortable.
