The overall cleanliness of the place wasn’t too bad the quilts that laid on the bed along with the mattress covers were very dirty. The shade on the one lamp was held on by velcro and ended up falling while we were there and we were unable to get it back together. The location was great and a lot to do around the place we stayed.

Highly recommend this condo! Very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. Plenty of parking and the best shops and restaurants were within short walking distance. I’m a clean freak and was pleasantly surprised to see the entire condo was pristine! The bathroom and kitchen appear to be recently updated and that was also appreciated. The building itself is not much to look from the outside, but don’t judge a book by it’s cover! Will definitely book here again!

We didn’t sleep in the bedroom since the vertical blinds didn’t appropriately cover the window. One bed was close to this not so private window which faced the covered walk way for all folks staying on the 3rd floor. Also, strange mirror bedside that bed. Would have been unsettling to sleep with window not completely covered and wake up alarmed by the reflection of my face in the bed side mirror.

Overall experience was satisfactory. The condo was a great location. The stairs are a bit tiring being on the third floor with elevator can be a chore when loading unloading luggage. Kitchen amenities need to be updated especially the coffee maker. We had an issue with the patio door and contacted the manager but did not receive a response which was a bit disappointing since she had been very responsive up until the date of the stay. Also, the bedroom television did not have cable only a DVD player which was very unsatisfactory.

Great experience! The place was well decorated and very clean, and location is convenient for major attractions. We were able to walk most places we wanted to go. Would definitely recommend.

Dont let the outside pursuade you...the decor of the 1-bedroom condo is great. Very clean with a view of the bay through the neighbors. Very convenient - make sure you can do stairs to get there and back to your car. Safe neighborhood.

Property was off street with plenty of parking and was quiet. Pool was a bit plus for the kids. Loved the view of the bay from the balcony

Good experience, owner very responsive

Stayed 3 nights in this condo over the 4th of July weekend. Pros: - Upgraded unit; nice living room, kitchen area, and bathroom. - Excellent outdoor pool with tables and chairs - Good location in Midtown - easy to walk to beach (5 minutes) and close to tons of places with your car - More affordable option than others in the area - Great communication and response time from host Cons: - Old condo building - if a family is above you, you will likely hear most footsteps and kids running around. We did have to run upstairs soon after our arrival just to let the renters above that it sounded like a bowling alley above us! Fortunately, they were really cool about it and noise was not an issue after that. - No elevator - just be prepared to get in your steps while unpacking/packing your vehicle. May not be the best place to stay if you or a guest have mobility issues.

Good location, clean, short walk to the beach

The condo is perfect for 4 people. Can’t beat the location; midtown and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Rosemary was very responsive and helpful. Huge balcony that overlooks the pool and the bay.

Perfect for a short get away

Really cute apartment, great amenities & great location! Communicating with the property owner was very easy. Subtracted one star from cleanliness bc as other reviewers mentions there were dirty dishes in the dish washer lol. We didn’t cook anything for our weekend stay so it didn’t bother us- just noted it! Everything else was clean and updated. Would stay here again!

Very nice location. Very loud AC. No coffeemaker. Dirty dishes inside the dishwasher.

Arrived and dishes were not washed and coffee grounds were not cleaned out of the coffee pot. Hard to find location of cooking utensils (found on the very top shelf of a corner cabinet). General tidiness was good. Issues with WiFi second day stay. Otherwise, very modern, nice weekend beach stay place. Good views from the porch and within walking distance to the beach.

We were in town for an Allstar Cheer Competition at the convention center and found this property to be in the perfect location. Close to shopping and dining. The Property was very clean when we checked in and the pictures are accurate depiction of the space. The bay view was stunning at sunrise.. The communicating with the owner /management was easy and I received quick responses.

Great spot, better location!! Everything we needed was right there within walking distance. Says it can sleep 6 but with 4 it was just the right amount. Feel as if 6 may be pushing the space. Still a good spot to stay!! Definitely recommend.
