House was just as described. Great location! We tried the local restaurants, took a boat tour, and rented a golf cart. We also took a bike ride and was able to kayak right from the house. You do have to take your kayak down stairs to get to the sand to launch. We had a great stay!

Greatly enjoyed our stay! Our unit was clean, very comfortable, fully appointed, quiet with good views of the water from the two screened in porches. Katie and Adam of McCormick Management were excellent communicators. We were newbies to Cedar Key. Our stay left us wanting to return to this quaint island before we reached our home in Jacksonville 😊

Renting thru VRBO was easy and accurate from the description of the property , to the pictures of the most amazing views of the gulf! My hubby and both sons loved it as much as I did ! Great time!

This was a great place for 5 family members to gather and visit Cedar Key. LOVED the dock! Spacious bedrooms too. So much to like about this place!

Great view of the water with access to dock. Great sunset. Cedar Key is a quiet community with quaint downtown and nice restaurants plus variety of water activities. Nice weekend or week getaway.

Loved Whitman Point #A! The layout of the condo is interesting, and it was incredible to have a porch on both levels from which to look out onto Daughtry Sound. There isn't a fan on the bottom porch and the fan on the top porch is a little too big for the space, so it doesn't really blow the air onto you, but outside of you. Made for some very hot, sticky porch sitting, but still worth it to enjoy the views. It was great to have bikes to ride to and from breakfast and dinner and to explore town. Aside from some raucous folks in the pool at the next door apartments, it was very quiet. The dock was a lovely spot to sit and watch the stars at night while listening to the fish jump. Beds were a little hard for my taste, but the room darkening curtains in the master made for sound sleep. The whole place felt inviting and cozy, and I would definitely go back!

My husband and I have been to Cedar Key many times. This was our first visit to Whitman Point after finding it on VRBO. When I booked it I liked how spacious the rental appeared. And it lived up to the pictures! It being a multi-level unique was unique but made it feel so spacious. The water view is always a must for our family and having 2 screened in lanai's to enjoy this view from was wonderful. The townhome provided all the amenities that we needed to enjoy our trip. We will be back for sure!!

Wonderful stay in Cedar Key with friends of more than 50 years. Condo has beautiful views of the gulf, neighborhood is very quiet and you can walk to downtown.

Nice clean waterfront property with beautiful views. Only caveat is if you are adverse to or cannot climb steps, this would not be an appropriate rental for you.

Everything was tastefully decorated and furnished. Only thing we didn’t really like were the 3 levels and kitchen and living area on second floor. Everything else including location was excellent. Manager company was not overly informative about suggesting places to see.

This townhouse is great for 2 couples, lots of privacy. Both large bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Master bedroom is on the 1st level with it’s own private balcony. The 2nd large bedroom is over the garage allowing lots of privacy for everyone. The living area is on the top level with another balcony. TVs in both bedrooms & living room. It was super clean. I would definitely stay here again & recommend it to everyone.

This was a perfect place to enjoy the beautiful Cedar Key. With great views over the water, sunsets on the fishing dock, short distance to the centre.and a very comfortable condo, our stay could not have been better. Cannot recommend this place more highly and we just loved our stay.
