The only thing I found was the washer had mold in it and I called them to let them know.
No dry towels in the kitchen only paper towels. And no pot holders in the kitchen. We had problems with the front door locking . And that was a problem.

Everything was great! Very clean suite and property area was cute and well maintained. Beds (including the sofa bed) were comfy!

the facility around need and update. pool area not clean at all. inside the pool dirty I was bitten by lots of bugs, and did not smell cleaned and we walked around property needs lots of update little boring I will say.

Flooring in bad shape, gaping hole in sheer
Curtain, shower head in main bath not adjustable, and no cable in main area( we called but it was never fixed). If those things are

Have been perfect! In fairness, I must say the couch was new and clean, comforters were very cozy, and beds were very comfortable. Install new flooring and you have a winner there.

Location is opposite side of famous landmarks.

Loved the pool and hot tub. Also, watching the planes from the balcony.
There wasn't a very good supply of kitchen utensils or pans. The unit could have used a little more cleaning attention as well. Drawer under stove was dirty with food crumbs, floors were not clean at all.

We only used the room for sleeping. The beds were comfortable and we got a great nights sleep.
There was no on site contact and emailing was not answered while we were there.
