The location is unbelievable and our host was the nicest person we met along our entire 8 week journey.

Nothing to dislike

Giannis has done such a good job with his place and we felt blessed to get to stay there. It is a beautiful place and very comfortable right on the beach. When the sun goes down and people leave the beach you get to have your own little desert island experience - but in comfort, drinking wine on your terrace with the waves lapping just metres away from you. Giannis the host was incredibly helpful and met us to check in. He helped bring the luggage across the beach to the accommodation. The bed is very comfortable with views looking out to the sea and beach. The kitchen is very well stocked with equipment. The hosts left a good selection of basic supplies to get you started. When we left Giants and his wife Anna met us and gave us a small gift. A truly wonderful experience.

This is such a unique and beautiful property. The location is directly on the beach, so you can walk just a few feet and go for a swim. The property itself is beautifully updated and has everything you need for your stay. The property owner also made this such a special experience. He was so kind and helpful with any questions we had. He truly went out of his way to make our trip memorable (even brought us wine one night). We definitely recommend this property!!

Everything was amazing ! Top notch ! There is nothing to not like

This had to be one of the most amazing experiences. The location was central to Plaka, Pollonia, and Adamas. You pretty much have a private beach all to yourself. The host was exceptional! Very welcoming and greeted us with a stocked refrigerator with some snacks to get us started.

Exceptional stay, more like an experience. The house is a renovated modern/cycladic style studio sitting right on the beach. The beach is not busy and we had it all to our selves most of the time. Super clean, we had a complementary basket of biscuits, snacks and the fridge was packed with drinks and local eggs! Kitchen was equipped with all you need, spices and local olive oil too. The house os also equipped with board games and snorkeling gear! Giannis was honestly the best host we've come across, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. He brought us fresh homemade traditional dessert and cheese pies and even brought us goodbye souvenirs. We were hesitant in booking at first as it looked isolated and security was questioned however the moment we got there we felt comfortable and safe, the property is equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras (he taught us how to unplug those for our privacy) and the surrounding beach was lit at night. Giannis told us all about the best beaches and restaurants on the island and was very easy to communicate with.

Nothing, it's a gem!

Our stay at Peter’s sea and sand residence was beyond perfect. You cannot get a better location the photos do not do this place justice, we were quite literally just steps from the water and basically had our own private beach just outside our door. The beach is beautiful, and always very quiet. Giannis is the best host we have ever had, he was very welcoming he carried our bags upon arrival from the car to the house which was lovely and was very informative and helpful on recommendations of what todo and see in Milos. Giannis often checked in to see if we required anything and makes sure you have everything you need to have a perfect stay. The house was perfect it was equipped with everything you may need for an amazing stay, swim equipment, snacks, eggs from the farm, drinks, coffee and other items that made our stay very comfortable. The house was also very clean, well kept, and equipped with items for self catering. The bed was also very comfortable and we had the best night sleep listening to the waves. My partner and I got engaged during the time of the stay and Giannis made it extra special with the stay being decorated with balloons and a cake which was just amazing. This is by far the most amazing stay we have ever stayed at and a memory which would last forever, we will be back. Please note: a vehicle is required to park at the parking spot and guests are required to walk across a short beach (2-3 minutes) to get to the accomodation
