As a newly retired couple we traveled from Wisconsin to Florida to stay for a week and enjoy the ocean. It was fabulous! The beach is clean, white sand and a close walk.we were able to get into the ocean easily and float around every day. I did some shell collecting-they are all over! This is my new favorite spot to vacation! We will be back again!

We have stay A107 a couple of times and everytime it has been perfect! The condo itseld is very clean, has everthing you need and so cozy. Beds are very comfortable! I love staying here and will continue to book for all our PCB vacations. Location is perfect for me and my family! Nicole is very easy to reach and very quick to respond!

Everything was perfect. We took this vacation with my brother and my family before his cancer surgery. It was so clean and perfect location. The beach wasn’t overly crowded. The neighborhood was gated and very safe. We felt safe letting our teenagers walk around without us. She was very caring about by brother and asked about his progress. We have already booked for next year. Any maintenance being done while there she text us and let us know progress and checked on us as soon as we arrived. Love this place!

Property was nice, just a tad on the small side for a family of 5. The condo property has plenty to do to keep the kids busy. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This property was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room, well-furnished, and in such a good location. We could get to everything but were away from the heavy traffic areas. Such a cute condo, and communication was excellent!!

The property is just as listed. It’s clean and the beds are comfortable. I like that it was only up 1 flight of stairs. We never used the busy elevators. They have nice beach chairs to use. The owner was great with communication. The walk to the beach was easy.

We enjoyed our stay but we’re disappointed the condo was lacking in kitchen and household supplies. I know these things are not required but we’ve always rented from people who had their units well stocked. Additionally the listing stated access to the property amenities, including an exercise room, which I learned upon arrival was only accessible for owners and long term guests.

Condo was perfect for our family of four. Pinnacle Port is definitely a family friendly place. Beach was great, just a few min walk from the condo and not crowded at all. Unlike some other VRBO condos we’ve stayed in before, this one had a great kitchen. Fully stock with CLEAN well taken care of pots and pans and silverware. My only recommendation would be to add a baking sheet or pizza pan to the supplies. Parking was plentiful, even though the condo didn’t have its own dedicated space, we always found a spot close to our entry points.

Highly recommend!!! This condo was very nice and clean. It was decorated so cute, and was very well equipped! The location was perfect! We loved being on the first floor so we could avoid the elevators if we wanted to. We loved everything about this condo! The best part of the whole vacation experience was Nicole!!! She was by far, the best that I have ever dealt with during a VRBO experience!! I highly recommend this condo and Nicole!

This property is great! We loved our stay and could not have been happy with the location (close to two grocery stores and many restaurants). The accommodations were just as advertised. Newly renovated and nice interior. Clean and even had starter dish pods, laundry pods and soap. The owner, Nicole, is amazing! Even checked-in to make sure all was up to par! Such a great place and Pinnacle Port/Carillon is a wonderful location to take advantage of all the resorts amenities! Will stay here again!

The condo is even better than described. We couldn’t have been happier with everything. It’s right on the beach, the building and grounds are great, close to dining and shopping, and just an adorable place for the whole family.
We will definitely recommend and look to dry there again.

Beautiful views on both sides of the condo! We had everything we needed for a week long stay in this well appointed condo. Nicole was an excellent communicator & answered any questions we had promptly. We hope to come back again

Amazing spring break! Our twin 11 year boys and their friend had the best time at the heated pool, on the beach and bike riding in Carillon. A very relaxing getaway. And the owner was super friendly and easy to communicate with on everything. Would highly recommend!

This location was excellent. There's a little community center just a short walk away with pizza, Our Little Beach cafe which was awesome and Shipwreckt which is a cute little shop. We biked along 30A and through the different neighborhoods/beaches... the bike path isn't quite finished to get onso slight offroading but easy enough. This beach and resort is definitely not a "spring break" crowd which was perfect for us. The beach was excellent with lots of shells and beautiful water. The pool was nice but unfortunately was only open for two days of our stay. The cute little beach bar would've been perfect but unfotunately that wasn't open at all during our stay. The location and access of this property was awesome and I'd definitely stay here again! Also, Nicole was great to work with and very communicative!

We love our stay and this is our second year at this condo. It feels like home. Nicole was always very responsive and friendly. The beach is so close. I used the pool this time and it was nice and warm plus the sauna was great to dry off. The washer and dryer and dishwasher were great amenities. There is a smart TV that you can cast from your mobile phone apps which was an added plus. Nicole has just about all the utensils you will need. There are pickle ball courts and almost always a group to play with in Jan-Feb. The grocery stores are close by. The neighborhood is a gated and safe community and it is another added bonus to be able to walk the neighborhood if the beach is to hard to walk on. Lots of people fishing on the beach too. I would definitely recommend Nicole’s place.

I love Pinnacle Port! Fourth time to stay on property, first time in this unit. Very convenient to the beach, and the unit was nice. Also, she had beach items we could use, which was great.

This place is a great location! Easy to get to the beach and grocery stores are nearby. We went the second week in August and the beach wasn’t overly crowded. The place is very nicely decorated. Nicole was very helpful and always available to answer any questions. Great place for children! We also rode our bikes around the Carillon community.

Perfect!!!
This condo is adorable and completely updated with nice floors, walls, nice furniture, comfortable bed, plenty of cookware. The kids enjoyed netflicks in their room. Everything worked well from the powerful AC to the washer and dryer, etc. The view from both bedrooms and the living room is nice. There are two balconies, one from the living room, the other from the master bedroom. The kitchen table and chairs are really nice too. The decor and lamps are really nice. I could go on and on. We loved it and hope to go again one day. ❤️

Wonderful Experience!
From the time of booking this rental until check out was such a pleasant and stress free experience. The condo was super clean and equipped with anything and everything you need for your stay at the beach. Nice view from upstairs and downstairs, you can’t go wrong with this rental. Nicole was quick to respond to my texts and checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure we had what we needed. Location was fantastic, far enough away from the crowd but just a short drive to the most popular dining, shopping, and attractions. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

Nicole was a wonderful host..VERY easy to stay in touch with before and during our stay. The condo has been remodeled very nicely and was EXTREMELY clean. Just a few steps from the beach and a few minutes from 30A. Perfect for our long weekend baby moon!

When we walked inside the condo we had a gorgeous view of the ocean. We sat on the balcony everyday! The condo was decorated beautifully. Every room complimented each other. Nit looks exactly as pictured. It was so bright and inviting. It was the cleanest condo that we have ever rented. It was stocked with everything that we needed. Nicole was beyond gracious!

We had a great time! The condo unit was very clean, and well maintained! Owner was quick to respond, and checked in with us to see how everything was. Location is great, the beach is perfect and not crowded at all! It only took a few minutes to get to everything we wanted to do. It was perfect!

Absolutely as wonderful as advertised
This was the perfect condo for a mother/daughter/aunts girl's spring break trip. The beach is steps away from the condo. The 1st floor location is perfect for quick in and out. It is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is well appointed, and the whole condo has a wonderful homey feel. The owner is very responsive to any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again.
Tip: if you are able to snag a parking spot in the back near the beach you can leave all of your beach gear in the car and not carry everything in and out every time you go to the beach. Also helps with not tracking sand inside.

Great stay
We had a great time staying here for two months. The property was as listed and was clean. Nicole was very responsive from the first time I wrote to her. During our stay we had trouble with the heat but Nicole worked with building management right away to get it fixed. My grandkids loved the place. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The condo is stocked with dishes and kitchen ware. The place is so convenient for walking the beach. It is a gated community and the houses are beautiful and you feel very safe walking within the community. We loved it so much here that we already booked for next year. Thanks Nicole for everything!

The condo was lovely and the location was really great! We loved walking out to the beach and the short trip to Rosemary, Seacrest and Seaside beaches. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Thanks for making everything so easy and nice!

No one was ready to leave! After 4 full days in this paradise, our family of 5 (kids 12, 10, & 7) has nothing but glowing reviews. The condo was an easy drive in from ECP airport. It’s located in a calm, beautiful, gated access neighborhood. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The beach was essentially quiet the entire stay. Tons of shells to hunt and crabs to find! The condo building had issues with the air conditioning that Nicole made sure we were aware of before we arrived. The problem was completely out of her control, but she gave me consistent updates on the situation and was INCREDIBLY generous in making things right. The condo was very clean, the beds were comfy, and it was well equipped with everything we needed. There was even beach toys, chairs and an umbrella for us to use. I would give more than 5 stars if available!
