Friendly staff, good location.

Very basic and dark room, uncomfortable bed. It was cheap but there are much better options in Ayios Nikitas that offer much more for only a little extra money.

We are so happy that now we have a place in Agios Nikitas where we would definitely return next time we're in Lefkada! We got a very nice double balcony ground floor studio, we slept like babies and loved the interaction with local cats. The room had twin beds, but it suited us well because of the August heat. We got really lucky because we got the chance to stay at Pansion Margarita for one more night, we decided on the extra night straight away in the first minutes we got the keys to the room; just lounged at the balcony enjoying ourselves in the quietness and knew we had to stay longer! The room has everything you need, it now has the classic charm of a basic room in Greece, but as the owner said they are step by step renovating and updating to more modern facilities. The house and the location itself has the most wonderful Greek feeling to it, so that cannot be lost in the modernization. The location is the best, it is not too near the busy street, but close enough if you park your car beside the highway. Supermarket and many tavernas just few steps away, close to everything and easily accessible. We wish all the best to the lovely couple running Pansion Margarita!

Agathi was really nice and helpful.the room was clean. The sheets were changed and the room was cleaned at 2 days. The location is better than expected. Closed to the atttactions but not on the main street, thus it was quiet.. We stayed in room 7 and the view was great. We didn't need to use the air conditioner as at night as if we opened the windows it was the perfect temperature. It is a good value for money as the location, the city is closed to the best beached. We went with the airplane so we don't know about parking long term. A really nice traditional accomodation.

You need to discuss before if the room has double beds or one double bed. We didn't. We managed and was ok.

A very peaceful location (with a balcony) while minutes away from the busy village and the beach - the famous Milos beach was about 20 minutes walk from over the hill. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

although the bathroom was a bit dated it was light and airy, with plenty of hot water.

Location is perfect. Nice balcony. If there was no booking, they were flexible to check out time with no extra cost. Everything is just 5 min by walk, you can buy anything you need. Fresh fruits, coffee, breakfast, tavernas, beach accecories, all the things you forget at home. Perfect if you dont want to rent a car or bike. The sea is so clear and blue, OMG.

The bathroom was overworn. The sink is terrible condition. The coffee cups, and the toaster was not clean. They didn't ask my passport or any ID, just gave me the key. I was surprised that I got a change iof towels and bedsheets in the room after 3 days but no more cleaning service. I felt they didn't care about me at all. The door to the balcony will not reduce ANY noise, you wake up when someone is loud or the garbage cars start to run, around 7 am. But the location counts more...

Great location, with delightful balcony and lovely view over the village. Room no 8 was fine for our four day stay and facilities were good. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the village and good supermarkets where we got fresh bread and provisions.

Very clean and quiet traditional location close to a wonderful beach. The lady owner is very nice and helpful.

host meet as personally and showed everything we have requested a specific room from photos, and lady keep the room exactly for us, we really loved it. perfect location with a minute access to Agios Nikitas beach and 15min to Milos beach. a lot of restaurant open near the property. we have our room cleaned as requested. have no any problems at all. would definitely recommend for everyone.
