Very good place to stay. All of the accommodations were excellent. The only difficulty--and this is no fault of the apartment itself--was that it snowed and the roads did not get plowed the morning I needed to get out and it was nearly impossible to drive up the huge hill unplowed. If I hadn't had a four-wheel drive rental car, I would have been stuck. Just FYI, regarding weather and conditions of the resort. It is very hilly and road care could have been much better.

The condo was clean and comfortable, really nice space. The walk to the main resort/water park was about a mile, which was fine. Like many vacation rentals, furniture was outdated and some of the kitchen items needed to be replaced. But overall, everything was workable except the keypad for the door. Vacasa support was excellent in helping us locate a physical key since the keypad did not lock the door. Each time we contacted Vacasa, they responded immediately. We also appreciated that there was not a long list of chores to be completed when leaving!

Convenient not the village lift to get you to the rest of the mountain in the morning , we enjoyed our stay here quite a bit. The living room is comfortable too !

We had a great experience. We did not have any problem with the check-in. The condo is really clean, complementary soap, shampoo and dish liquid were really appreciated. Mattress were really confortable. Bunked beds safe. Kitchen is well equiped. A lot of activities were closed around on site, so we end up staying inside for half the time. It was perfect for us, reasonnable price. We received the instructions for check-in the day before (would be great to receive them a bit earlier during the day) and everything worked.

We love the house, only when we came, the code on the door key pad didn’t work, so we had to call to find out and finally, we got another code for the key box to get the key for the house. Then we could couldn’t cook our dinner because we couldn’t start the gas stove… another long call to get it fixed. They didn’t come to fix it until the 2nd night when we only stay 3 nights. Not sure why the previous guests didn’t notice or they never fix it until our stay. However, everything else is good. It is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. We will give them another chance next time.

We absolutely adored the condo the kids felt so at home. It was great to be able to have a place to just relax and spread out. We saved a lot of money on our trip being able to cook our own meals and it was wonderful to have a washer and dryer. So many hikes and fun things to do and the views are amazing. Vacasa was great to deal with whenever we had a hiccup they were so helpful in walking us through an issue. Would 100% recommend them to anybody and would definitely book a stay again.

It was a wonderful stay. Cooked some nice meals, slept well and got some much needed R&R. It’s the perfect place for a vacation. The place is clean, fully stocked and extremely comfy. The sofa is so wonderful and the view of the trees all day long is so peaceful.

Loved everything about the condo. Liked that it has its own washer and dryer. Liked the gas fireplace. Made use of the kitchen as well. Really loved the short walk in front of condo to Racoon Run trail which you can ski down to Village Chair Lift.

Place was ok. Mattresses are not good at all. Springs poking through. Bathroom fan doesn’t function. Fridge not cold. Ice machine barely worked. Fireplace which we were looking forward to after skiing didn’t work either. Then asked for little later than 10am checkout and got denied. Should be charging me full price.

Great location, Comfortable and clean. Master bathroom toilet doesn't flush well, water & ice on refrigerator is broken, too late check in and to o early check out. Also hot tub & pool is not included you have to pay for a pass.

The location is great, very short walk to the Village Chair.
The living room furniture is tired. The bunk bed mattresses may be good for kids (no box spring), but are very uncomfortable for an adult.
Be aware, this is a ground floor unit and there is a unit above. While the 1st 2 nights were quiet, the 3rd night had a loud party complete with thumping music going until around 11pm. More like Breck than Jay.

Maintenance issues. Door didn't work for five tries, one of the toliets didn't work, no batteries in remotes, pillows cause allergies, bunk beds old.
One of the couches with old throw also cause allergies in couple people.
Third party administration forces user to third party app for user identification with bad software and extra steps.

Great location right on the trail. Clean property. Toilet in master did not flush. Clothes dryer was not hot enough, had to run 3 times to dry a load. Master needs room darkening shades. Tough to sleep at night because of outside lighting shining and sun is so bright in the morning.
