A nice little hotel in the very centre of the city. The staff is helpful and really friendly. The hotel is great for a short stay. As I do not need breakfast I did not mind that they do not offer any.

The staff was not at the concierge in the morning and check out was delayed. they advertised secure parking but actually the parking is the public parking lot that was not free.

It was an exceptional little apartment. The staff was extremely helpful, thank you. 1. I would have liked to have a cafe or breakfast room on the premises. And 2. while it is understandable that parking was a little walk and somewhat tricky to figure out, the parking was fine; but to unload the car, one courier driver (DHL) was angry (and shouted at me) that I was in 'his' space (in fact he did not own it - it was for shared use, i'm sure). But, all was ok besides that. I liked your hotel.

fabulous breakfast for good a good price and the opportunity to store our bicycles in the hotel garage.

They served breakfast as a room service due to corona restrictions but there was no table in the room to put it on. we had to improvise a bit for our family of 4 persons ;) but we managed.

The location of the hotel is great, very much in the centre. What I liked in particular was the friendly and competent staff.

The single room was a bit small and rather basic. Yet, for sleeping more than sufficient.

Excellent location, very close to the "Bodensee promenade" (100 meters) and to the restaurants.

Hotel taken over recently by new owners, some things are not perfect, e.g. some lights were defect. Hotel restaurant not functionable at the moment of our stay (mid August 2020). Closest parking 350 meters away (Parkhaus West), for 15€ per day. Receptionist often not available, but she makes up for most of that with her kind personality. During hot nights, the lack of air conditioning can make you sleep very miserable. City noice from outside the windows.
